Great with dogs they love the animals and treat them like there own.

Friendly place. I took my corgi puppy in for the first time for a full groom. The trim turned out okay. It took 4 hours. More then I think it should have taken. I believe that it took so long because after coming home I notice two of my dogs nails had been cut way too short. It was so short that it was red. I wish I would have been told that they cut them too short by accident. I will not be coming back again.

They did a great job and were so accommodating with my dog who is a very stressed out pup under pressure! Thank you for being so kind and wonderful. He smells amazing! And is very dapper with his bandanna ????

I rescheduled an appointment for Wednesday the 15th but HANNAH decided it would be a great idea to put it for the 22nd which she claimed she didn’t know why but they couldn’t accommodate me in anyway. Then DOUG proceeded to tell me I heard it wrong or wrote it down wrong then when I told him I didn’t because I have a work schedule for that week so I would never schedule that he said that HANNAH is incompetent and shouldn’t set schedules ????????????

I have been a customer since they started at Partridge Creek Mall. I have faithfully taken my 2 dogs even after one of them came home with abrasions which became infected after a grooming. However, there is something going on with the staff lately. Claudia was rude and unprofessional to myself, husband and kids all in the same day when they appeared to have lost our appointment. The management was not apologetic for their error or behavior of the staff. Perhaps, they too are overwhelmed with the world right now. I will no longer trust that they can handle the simple skills required to schedule appointments or maintain professional behavior to their customers. If they can’t handle this, how can they properly care for and groom your pets???

I tried this new groomer on a referral from my coworker I was a bit nervous to leave my baby girl I'm a very overprotective dog parent ???? to a 13 year old 6 pound Maltese my baby's groomer was awesome her name is Claudia she loved on my dog and had her looking like a million bucks smelling like a beautiful bottle of perfume!

Marie hands down is the best dog groomer in the area. she is very experienced and always does a great job.

Best place ever to bring your 4 legged child. They are just like part of your family and take wonderful care of your pets.

She did a great job and my DJ was very pleased

HORRIBLE!!! I took my dog there once and she came back INFESTED with fleas. her stomach was covered with bugs and bites and she gave them to my other 2 as well. It took us 3 times to finally get them out of the dogs and the house!! It’s disgusting and upsetting that they don’t pay enough attention to notice an infestation of fleas on other dogs. If they’re missing that, I don’t even want to know what else could be getting passed on around there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very nice place my dogs look good but very very Expensive they tell you one price over phone and charge you different 90 dollars for a poodle pet smart grooming is even cheaper 71 dollars I will not be going back there. 1 week later Doug calls and tells me 2 change review because it’s bad for business how tacky, don’t worry my pups will not be coming back I will stick with my normal groomer. Your work is good but overpriced!!

Doug was super nice when i arrived and when i made my appointment. Lisa is the BEST groomer ever! She's one of the few groomers who not only accepts cats, but she does an exceptional job on them. My cat loves being there, and is such a different cat (in the best way) when he gets home. I trust her 100% and recommend anyone and everyone to take their pets here!

Marie groomed my dog Jazzy. She did an excellent job! Everyone was nice and friendly.

They use old and moldy towels on the dogs, the tubs and bathing area has black mold everywhere. The employees are sweet, but they are taught on site how to groom and some don’t even know dog breeds. The owner doesn’t require vaccinations and if you add that on top of not cleaning properly, the chances of your dog getting sick is pretty high. Edit: *just found out that have new owners. This was mostly a problem when Lynn owned it, so I am sure things are better now *

This grooming boutique is a sweet and friendly business! Your pet is pampered here and can visit with their pampered friends just like you at a hair salon! They are very nice and give you a friendly call when your pet is all done! You can even pick up something for your pet on the way out that will make your pet the coolest in town! All 3 of my Dogs see Lisa who is the NEW Owner!

We took our Toy Poodle there today. He had a couple of knots but nothing we couldn’t handle. We addressed this with the staff. When we picked him up, he was completely shaved down to his body!! He looked horrible! We told them to do a “puffy cut”. Please do not take your pet there. They should have called us if they decided they couldn’t comb him first. He will grow his fur back. We will NEVER go there and hopefully this helps others who are looking for a place for their pet.

I was in the parking lot and saw a little black and white dog come running out the door into the parking lot... I didn’t see any workers come running out, just a customer I assume is the owner screaming the dogs name. Having fur babies of my own, I feel like this is something that needs to be addressed. How unsafe! Thank goodness the dog is okay and listened to its owner!
