Daisy is the first animal my family and I have had the pleasure of owning, and Creekside is our first vet. From the time I made the appointment, to the end of the visit, the staff at Creekside did everything possible to make myself, and my dog, comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. The veterinarian was kind and patient with me and my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Creekside Animal Hospital ten times over. Picture of Daisy for your enjoyment.

They took very good care of my daughter's cat. The cat is 18yrs old & had a very bad cold. Kitty is doing quite well now.

Very friendly. We had decided to have our dog put down because his quality of life had started to decline significantly to the point where he could not walk. Everyone at the hospital was respectful and made this difficult time in our lives a little easier. Thank you to all the staff.

My daughter has been taking my granddog, Goose, to Creekside and she is very happy with the service she receives!

Absolutely horrible! We called and made an appointment for our brand new puppy. Because they lack any attention to detail they made a curbside appointment instead of an in-person appointment without ever explaining this to us. When my husband got there and explained that our puppy needed shots and this needed to be an in person appointment they still tried to charge us when they were the ones that made the mistake. We waited 2 weeks for this appointment and explained they needed to see us because the dog needed shots but they would not accommodate us. Unacceptable…we will NOT be back!

Very disappointed with the responses received today from the receptionists. I understand that it might be a busy day but when your pet is continuously getting sick, you would think it would be considered an emergency and you would try to help any way you can. Instead I was told that “their hands are tied” and “there is nothing we can do”. I have been coming to Creekside for many years and this is just a huge disappointment. When I asked if there was any place they recommend, they gave me 3 emergency animals hospitals that were closed and did not open until after 5. I told the receptionist that my dog has thrown up over 10 times in a couple hours and still no care. Over the last year the service at Creekside has not been what it used to be and it’s even worse that a vets office that is not even one I go to, gave me a reliable place to go to and make sure my dog was taken care of. She even called to make sure I was taken care of.

The staff here is amazing! From the front desk, to the assistants techs and doctors! They are always so informative and nice, and my dogs love them! They take amazing care of them and truly care about our pets. They have been very busy lately, but when we really need them they always find a way to get us on the calendar! We never have to wait too long past our appointment time, normally being brought in right on time. At my old clinic, we used to have to wait so long to see the Dr!

Not a very good experience the last time we went. Never had issues with this place in all the years we been going. Front desk was extremely rude. Mishap on our appointment time, 10mins late they were going to turn us away they ended up taking our dog for a 8min appt and charged us a $15.00 late fee which was more than what our appointment cost. Never was told about the late fee. The last few times we have been there the experience has been different. It's too bad because knowing Dr. Anderman I'm sure she wouldn't like it.

I have been taking my dog here since 2010. He was last seen in 2019. He is an older dog and was diagnosed with kidney disease but was managing it fine. We tried taking him there for a sick visit and they said since it’s been 2 years he can not be a patient here anymore. Just this morning he was not doing well and we tried getting him in thinking we might need to put him down. It was already a tough pill to swallow but they told us they stand by their policy and will not see him. I guess 11 years of seeing him doesn’t mean anything. We had to take him to a new vet where he had to be put down. I will never take another animal of mine here again due to the lack of compassion and courtesy.

I've been taking my dachshund here for years and they always take great care of him. Now that he's getting older they have medicine for his aging bones and don't pressure us into buying anything we don't want. You can tell they really care about your dog.

You can tell a lot about a practice when the going gets rough and your pet actually needs care. With Dr. Anderman on vacation, I called to speak to another vet, Dr. Cronin, with some questions about my dog’s CHF and medication increase. I got a return call from a receptionist stating the doctor wanted me to make an appointment instead of talking with me in the phone. My dog was stable and not in distress. I had questions. I know when my dog needs to be seen. I refused the appointment and told the receptionist I’d go to the Internet with my questions since Dr. Cronin didn’t want to call me. I was upset of course. Then I received a call 15 minutes later from the office manager scolding me for getting upset about it! This place is not the place for me any longer. Looking for a new caring vet for my chronically ill pet.

My husband and I decided to bring our new puppy here. I booked all her appointments in advance as both he and I have very busy schedules. Every appointment you book you have to specify whether you want to go in with your puppy or curbside (they take the puppy in without you). I was very specific that we would go in with her for every appointment I booked because she is still a baby and would be terrified without one of us. We booked her third appointment again specifying this. When we arrived to the appointment we called from the parking lot to let them know we were here. The receptionist told me that she had no appointment booked for us? I went inside and showed them the confirmation email that they sent me after booking her appointment three weeks in advance. They then proceeded to tell me that they must have “accidentally cancelled” the appointment and they would do their best to “squeeze me in” for the appointment that I had already scheduled and made it seem as if our time was not important. After a few minutes they called me back and told me the doctor could see me however we were not able to go in with her. I told them we will not be bringing her in for shots if we were not able to come in and they said “ok” with out a care of inconveniencing us in anyway. We wasted 45 minutes there for nothing. So rude and unprofessional I would not recommend taking your animals here.

If you don’t go every year, they drop your pet as a patient, I last went before the pandemic in 2019 which is not long at all in my opinion. I was never warned of this policy, in fact they continue sending me reminder emails as if my dog is still one of their patients. I just needed to take my dog to the vet urgently one day and was told he is now considered a “new client” and they are not taking new clients at this time so I had to deal with the stress of finding a new vet for my dog’s urgent need because it’s been “too long” since I last came here. Only reason I didn’t put 1 star is because they are a good vet office when your pet can actually be their patient, but reviews don’t even affect them at this time since they’re currently not taking new “clients” anyway.

I needed to find a vet and Creekside Animal Hospital fit all of my needs. The doctor and staff were very warm and friendly. They took the time to give my dog a thorough check up and we’re attentive to all of my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Creekside doctors and staff have my full confidence when it comes to treating my pets. My appointment times are never "guesstimates", but are strictly adhered to. I highly recommend Creekside Animal Hospital.

We have been coming to Creekside Animal Hospital for almost 7 years. They take amazing care of our little lab Winnie, who is the happiest girl in the world. Winnie had to have a toe amputated and the care Dr. Geise, the vet techs and front desk gave her was remarkable. I am not sure how they do what they need to do when she’s with them, but they always say she’s a good girl. Thank you for all you do!!

This little guy here was a stray I found, I named him Moo was trying to transition him from outside kitty to inside kitty. He was the sweetest most lovable baby ever. Moo got injured so I took him in to care for him and he was getting better, then he declined quickly. I brought him to Creek side and I in all honesty have never felt so calm and comforted by a vet office ever. They are such amazing and compassionate people. I really can’t put into words how extremely caring they were, not only for my pet but for me as well. Moo ended up not making it, but there is no doubt he was loved and cared for before he peacefully passed. Thank you so much to the staff for being so compassionate

I can’t say enough great things about Creekside! I’ve been taking my 1 year old Goldendoodle here since he was a puppy and the staff have all been so accommodating, friendly, and helpful since day 1 (even with COVID restrictions). I’m so happy we found their office and am so appreciative of all they have and continue to do for my little fur baby!

I’ve been taking my cat here for close to three years now and I’ve never had a hard time. The staff are friendly and respect your time. Even with Covid, they kept me up to date on vaccines for my cat and got me in and out for my appointment. Great facility, highly recommended.

So far we are happy with our transfer from Pattersons. Like others, it is hard to get in but they do their best to work with you on priority issues.

This is sweet Karl. He is an 11 month (almost 1 year) old sweet boy. He needed his nose opened and his man parts removed…After lots of searching we found the absolute best vet’s office for our sweet little guy! Creekside Animal Hospital treated him with professionalism and kindness that was unmatched to anything we could have imagined. So…you need a new vet, or maybe like us, just needed a service our local vet doesn’t do-check them out! You won’t be disappointed! (This pic was taken before he went in for surgery. He was super excited to go in! His friends inside had peanut butter last time ????). The staff here is WONDERFUL!

My first time.????as I waited outside, I was chatting with another patient..(patient's parent...????) They raved about the place..said they had been coming for years..wouldn't go anywhere else..Doc was great..etc.. Staff came to get my "terrified of car rides" shaking Dog ..they were kind, understanding & attentive. When the Dr. called she was very thorough as I asked many questions. They way she spoke about him reassured me that some of my concerns for him were accurate, and relieving me of worry in other areas. This entire staff shows true compassion for these animals.. I was very please to meet them..and will be back..
