Love the staff and attention my little Boston Terrier gets.

Just missed being able to go in with my pet.

I felt great care was taken with my new puppy. They staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. All immediate needs were met, and future pertinent appointments were set up as well. I will be looking forward to their focused care in the future. It was a very good experience overall. The Covid protocols were certainly adequate.

We had an emergency scare. When I called they were very helpful. Compassionate, informative, and just kind. I was very happy with Frankies experience. And would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.

I have taken my baby Mia Rose to VMC for quite some time now. They have always been soo nice and welcoming. Mia had a surgery on her back foot and only a few days after surgery she is able to walk on her foot, which she was limping before this. They are very professional here .. Doctor Sara always makes sure I understand everything and when we are in the room we are never rushed.. she always answers all of my questions before I have to ask lolol!! Whenever I call they are so nice, even when busy. My favorite part was when I first met Jennifer the technician there she was extremely sweet and even sat on the floor with Mia (like I do) and made her feel sooo comfortable because she has super bad anxiety about going to the doctor. Mia's body was all shaking and after that she was like oh ok these girls are nice like my mommy lol.???????? I am forever grateful.. Thank you.. all of you❣️❣️????????

New here and already very impressed with the way they treat me and mostly the way they treat my new puppy I can tell we are Going to love it here ♥️????????????‍????

They were able to fit Snowy in their busy day which was so appreciated as she was quite ill Dr. Sarah did a great job and the Tech's (Jennifer n Victoria were very professional)

Just had my dog fixed here. They were very thorough and even called to check on my fur babie the next day after surgery.

The Vets and support staff are the BEST Vet care service providers we've ever experienced. We currently have 10 pets, 3 dogs + 7 cats. They take amazing care of all our pets and do so with loving kindness. They are also excellent at geriatric care as several of our "Children" are old. The Vets and support staff are very compassionate when it comes to letting go of our loved ones when that times comes, as as it seems to happen for us almost annually. I would go nowhere else for my pets' care.

I was very pleased with the care Ruby received at Veterinary Medical Center. Dr. Sarah is excellent and gives skilled compassionate care.

Our summer home is in Ludington so this is not our usual vet, but we took our dog here last summer because of an incontinence problem. They took urine samples, said everything looked fine and then asked us to come back in a week for another urine sample. We did and again they said the urine looked fine and asked us to come back in a week with another sample. There was no explanation or diagnosis and her problem was not solved. I have no idea what the point of all the urine samples was if they looked fine each time. When we got home to Florida, we took her to her usual vet and they figured out what was wrong right away and prescribed her medication which cleared up the problem immediately. I’m not sure why this vet office couldn’t do the same.

The staff is wonderful, they help my rescue kitty!

They did a great job handling our 2 dogs with the Covid situation. It is not easy accomadating everyone with having to go in & out to meet clients & their animals... We thank them for all they do... ????

Great staff & doctors. Saved my Zoe after she got out for 12 weeks. I think she got trapped somewhere. ???? A bit expensive I think, but worth it for my fur baby

I love the place it's awesome everybody is caring the doctor explains everything in detail he's very caring and concerned about your pet and so are they associates I couldn't ask for a better vet

Friendly staff. Been going there over 25 years with dogs and cats. Paul(vet) is the best in the area.
