I am 51 years old and have had dogs my Whole life..I now have a Pomeranian named Teddy bear(also known as my baby boy)who has shown me more love than any i have had before and stole my heart!..for years my family has gone to Morris Hospital(Which for reasons unknown are very difficult to contact lately)..Therefore I was forced to find other services..I started with Avon animal clinic and was not impressed at all!..then I found Sheehy..because of covid they were not allowing family in..I begged them to let me be with him during his examination because I thought there was really something wrong..the staff was second to none and not only made me feel more at ease but after some time allowed me to be with him..after a few minutes in came DR Davis..I can't lie but after seeing his beard was longer than mine I immediately felt more comfortable..lol..the second he started talking to me i knew he was a down to earth kind of guy and cared about what he does and even more so about his patience and their families..after examining my boy thoroughly he thankfully told me there was nothing to fear!..then he did something that really earned my loyalty(something no other veterinarian has ever done!)..he let me use his stethoscope to listen to my baby boys heart beat! ????..I know some people look at their pets as just pets but others think of them as family!..and I know there have been complaints about pricing but i have always believed in you get what you pay for!..if you feel the same then Sheehy is where you need to take your loved ones!

Dr Davis is the best, as are all the doctors and staff. Attentive and caring

they are the nicest people on earth! this was our first time with sheehy and they really surpassed our expectations! i love the way they communicate and Choco seems to like them as well.

Compassionless. All about money. Rude af. Horrible at diagnosing. Told me me cat was hyperthyroid but providing no evidence of that. Sent labs months later. Put her on meds she didn’t need and now she’s dead.

My family has loved Dr. Davis for years, I recently got my own puppy and at 10 weeks old he suddenly had some bad symptoms of something being wrong. Called Sheehy first thing and they fit us in their busy schedule. Even with how crazy busy I could see they were, Dr. Davis showed amazing compassion, quickly diagnosed my puppy, recommended a plan, and referred to a specialist, who he then regularly followed up with. I wish I knew the names of the other people there, but ultimately everyone I interacted with was so helpful, quick and kind. It’s so scary when such a young pup is sick like mine was, but the compassion and attention shown at Sheehy was amazing. I was so well informed, and I know my Sam was well taken care of. I cannot recommend this team enough, they are busy and there is a wait for an appointment, but I can see why. Your furry friend is in good hands here, not only are they knowledgeable, but they are so loving and compassionate towards your fur baby. It’s easy to spot that everyone here is a big lover of animals and will take great care of your pet. 100/10.

The staff at Sheehy is excellent! They were friendly, knowledgeable & comprehensive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the diagnosis & treatment in detail.

I’m a new client, and took my bunny, Fry to his appointment on Friday and it went well! Looking forward to his appointment for his neuter in February. :)

We have been here 3 x this year. First time was an emergency on Saturday for our cat, and the other 2x were for vaccines and general yearly exams. Dr. Brad Davis, DVM is wonderful. The entire staff is wonderful. We switched from veterinarian Livonia hospital on Farmington road that we went to for 6 years straight to Sheehy because they are closer to home, and treat our cats and us very good

We love Sheehy!! I have taken my frenchie there a few times now and the staff is great. Dr. Davis is AMAZING. He is so attentive & patient. I was so impressed when he walked my pup out to me! I’m so thankful we found them!

The Best for your pet . The fur babies dont lie. No stress. No fear. Just healing. Very gifted Doctors and staff. My spoiled Pomeranian would have let me know if she was unhappy. She was extremely calm and content. That is a miracle!

I am very confident taking my dogs here. Most of all I trust them and Doctor Davis has a deep passion in what he does. The only issue I have is there is a long wait for a vet appointment for some reason.. I'm thinking they need to hire more people.

Dr. Davis is amazing. He showed such genuine care for the well being of our terminally sick dog and gave us sound advice that made sense on a practical, financial and emotional level. When I was waiting for results on my dog's condition, he called me directly and spent a good amount of time on the phone addressing all of my concerns. This man truly loves and cares about animals and it shows. The staff is also phenomenal.

We just had a visit for our puppy Domino. The staff is amazing and treats your pet like it's their own. We will be back and highly recommend this practice.

I followed Dr. Davis to this practice love how he he takes the time to talk to you about your animal and goes over the options, answers your questions. I have never felt “rushed” at an appointment. Even helped my brother out with his dog last minute even though he had never been to them before. I appreciate these Vets and the work they do.

My dog is 8 yrs old and hates going to the Vet. We went to Sheehy Animal hospital and within minutes he was calm quiet and relaxed. Everyone there is so awesome from the receptionist to the Tech and the Doctor. We have seen Dr. Sheehy and Dr. Davis for over 25 years and there is no other place to go.

Dr. P is an amazing Vet and she's cared for my dog for a few years, now. She adores my fur baby and she works fiercely to keep her seizures under control. She has patience and she's personable, the qualities I think we all look for in a Vet. Dr. Sheehy is wonderful as well. The staff at Sheehy loves their fur patients and my dog is never upset when I take her to her appointments. That's important to me as a pet parent. I recommend Sheehy Animal Hospital. You'll be more than satisfied with the care and peace of mind.

The curbside service was efficient and thorough with a friendly flair. My parakeet and I were very satisfied and will return for nail trims as needed.

The staff at Sheehy's is amazing. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there, everyone is always very helpful and friendly. We rescued a stray three years ago and found out he had heartworm. We took him to Sheehy's and they did a wonderful job of helping him to recover. Marty (our pup) has also boarded there while we were out of town and he had a blast each time. We also brought our senior kitty in last because he was very sick, and thanks to their hard work we found solutions to his problems and he's maintaining a happy life now. He wouldn't be here today without them. I'd recommend Sheehy's to anyone looking for a vet, the people there are simply wonderful and work tirelessly for their patients, and most importantly recognize that our pets are family.

Stop! If you’re looking for a vet office with great staff, great vets, great value; look no further. Seriously. My entire family had been going to another popular local vet office for years and watched as their office lost that “special touch” that made them so popular in the first place. My dog has skin allergies and I got tired of different vets just sending her home with medicated shampoos. So, I searched around and found Dr. Davis and I will never consider going anywhere else. Our first appointment was in the spring and I called the day of. Not only did he stay late on a Friday night to see us, I was immediately blown away with how thorough and experienced he is. One appointment and we were on the right treatment track. I left feeling so sure that I made the right choice. I mean this- staff really takes their time during consults to make sure you understand what’s happening. But what really blew me away was the first “follow up” phone call we got a few days later to make sure everything was going well, and we still occasionally get them after appointments. Dr Davis and staff clearly love their jobs and the pets they treat.

My pup has seen Dr. Davis 3 times for puppy vaccinations. Right now everything is curb side service. They are very good with my pup and take time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions.

I had a new cat that needed to come and get up to date on his vaccinations, and was running late for my scheduled appointment. They stayed past opening hours to accommodate me and make sure that he was all set and ready to go. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, and made my the whole much easier than I could have asked for. I'm very thankful for the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care for their pets!

My constant companion for 15 years-Cody needed to pass. Dr. Sheehy and her staff are exceptional. They spoke to me with kindness and compassion. They took good care of my little buddy. I was unable to come inside (my choice as I was too upset) but they reassured me that he would be well taken care of. I am sure of this or he would not have gone inside. Rest in peace my love.

Doc Davis has been our vet for over 18 years. We even named one of our dogs after him. ???????? Doc and his staff are the most compassionate and caring people we trust every furbaby we have ever had. I highly recommend Sheehy Animal Hospital. ????????????????????
