This place is always clean and neat and usually stocked I bought a cat tower for 49 bucks. The saleslady was especially attentive and nice I Will be back again

Quick and easy experience. In store pick up was very nice as well with lovely and kind staff.

They are always friendly, welcoming, informative, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience in this store. Highly recommend for pet necessities and for their dog training classes (I have taken all 3 of my dogs there for training).

They really take advantage of post Christmas exchanges. I bought a sweater for my boyfriend's dog that was too small of a size. It was never even worn, tags were still attached and it was in perfect condition. I didn't even need a refund, I just wanted to swap it for the right size. They said no without a receipt (who hangs onto a receipt for a 15 dollar dog shirt?). Anyways, instead of offering even a store credit the girl told me if I wanted the right size I had to purchase another one. This place is a rip off.

Just picking up some dog treats for dogs of my family members. First time in to Petco here.. Merry helpful staff guided me to some healthy snacks for the puppies.

Had the cat food I wanted in stock (good variety) and I got him a new harness too. Pleasant staff.

Did not have what we needed even though their online site they had several at that location

Pros: great location, well-stocked store and feels like a local pet supply and NOT like a warehouse. Cons: Staff's favorite response is "I don't know". No greeting upon entering or leaving. Poorly organized store. I need a map to find a can of pet deterrent.

By far the worst grooming services I’ve ever experienced with my pet. They take hours upon hours and do a very poor job with a terrible attitude and poor customer service. You can call them 100 times and they still will not answer. I called cooperate that’s how bad this last experience was.

I had a grooming appt. today, 10/30/2021, at 8am. I drive from Canton to Livonia and about to pull into petco parking lot and get a call at 7:48am while I am pulling into the parking lot only for the associate to tell me they have to cancel. Mind you, I received 3 texts within the last 24hrs to confirm my appt. Was not offered a discount or anything for wasting my time and gas. Lost of a customer!!!!

I work at a petco in Illinois, and I am appalled by the fact that my Grandmother was treated so badly at this petco. She was looking for flea spray for cats, and two workers a male and female (who were not wearing uniforms or name tags which are required at my store and every store in Illinois) were not helpful in any way, they just said the computers were wrong and didnt offer any further assistance such as telling them where they could get it. The workers also didnt even take the time to show them to the isle. It is heartbreaking that my family was treated in such a horrible way my grandparents are not young people and it is not easy for them to walk around all over a store. Its heartbreaking to me that a company I work for and promote and encourage my family to shop at has such horrible customer service at this location.

Honestly their options have gone down a bit, and their prices haven't.

Sold me a ear mite infested ferret n told me before i bought her it was just dry skin took her to a vet and had to start a resolution dose i would not recommend buying a animal here unless you are ready for a immediate vet attention

Main purpose was dog training. Another customer had a very aggressive dog. Dog was so aggressive she was unable to participate and they were asked leave.

Very nice and clean and they have a large variety of fish and pet supplies

My daughter and I went into the store today and we were helped by one of the friendliest employees his Name was Benjamin and he went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. We will definitely be shopping there again.

Used to be great now 3 times rescheduled grooming. Last appointment I had to leave because groomer was running late , store employees said he’s always late on Saturdays. Spoke to manager Rachael about not giving me a days notice when they rescheduled for 3rd time she said a groomer went to hospital which was real sad and exactly what they told me the previous rescheduled grooming appointment. I lost work hours????

Staff is always friendly and RJ is the best groomer!
