Horrible waited almost 3 hours ????

Very good place here I trust them with my dogs I have been going here for a few years now they just did a surgery on my male dog they are very good they answer all your questions they are not expensive I feel my animals are comfortable with them

Very very very slow at getting you in.. never get you in at actual appointment times always waiting. BUT once you do get in staff is good, nice and helpful

What a wonderful , polite , and very energetic management:) Love this Clinic :) Liz the manager was very sweet to my fur babies and was able to get us in quickly :) Dr Al was amazing took his time with my Sammie and cupcake and Ari and my Godiva:) He didn’t care how many of my animal brought in at the same time . Liz and Dani are are incredible for making my fur babies happy to go to a vets office :)

The staff made my Abbey feel safe coming to get her shots. She has never been comfy with any other vet clinic.

Came on a Saturday evening so there was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. The staff and doctor are amazing! Asia gives two paws up. :)

I was so disappointed in this place. I wanted a new vet for my dog, read many good things about them, so booked an appointment on August 9th for tonight August 19th at 6:30 pm. By 7:30 pm we were still not inside. Their story kept on changing: 7 pm, they said it was taking so long because they "squeezed" me in. Appointment was made on August 9th!! They said wouldn't be too much longer. By 7:30 pm, we said cancel. They said it would be another 30 minutes and they had emergencies. We watched 5 different dogs walk in while we waited who all seemed to be fine. This vet clinic could of cared less that we were a new customer. At the high price of veterinary care these days, I will take my hard earned dollars to a vet clinic that cares. Never in my life have I waited this long for a pre scheduled appointment.

Very unprofessional. Had appt at 6pm, took off work early to make it with 3 dogs and they just had us sitting outside and let others in before us without an appt. Receptionist very nasty and rude, pretty much threatening my girl on phone. Never will go here again. Waste of time!!!

Once you and your pet get into the clinic they take great care of your pet.But the waiting time to get in is really long.

The staff are friendly and treat the pets like the are there own.

I was recommended to come here since another vet that I was going to closed. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and reasonable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their fur baby

I had the worst experience at this place. I have been there before with my other cat. The one problem then . my cat was dehydrated when i picked him up. I took my other cat this time to be spayed and front declawed. Had her shot records. They told me that she needed a bordella shot. And this other shot before they could do anything. So i said okay. but i didnt have enough money. It came to $375i handed the girl the money and told her that i would appreciate it that when i pick my cat up that she is not dehydrated like my other cat that i brought here before. The manager liz blew up at me and said that if i didnt like the place and i felt they treated my other cat poorly then why did i bring this cat. She told me to take my money and my cat and leave. I got to my car and got in . i counted the money she gave me back. She only gave me $255 back. I called them and told the girl. She came out and brought me my other $100 and apologized . she told me the other girl was nervous. Because of what was going on. I cant believe she tried to get me for my $100. Shorting me like that. I will not go to this place anymore and i will make sure that people know how poorly they treat people. That manager liz is a hoorible manager and to talk to me like that. That was uncalled for . she should not be working there with that bad attitude.

Dr. Al and the staff at Pet Care Clinic were amazing. Our dog, Bowser, was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea overnight and through early morning Saturday, and our usual vet was closed. We spent all morning trying to reach a vet clinic or emergency center but most were unavailable or had extremely long wait times. PCC assured us they could see our dog at a much more reasonable time and so we drove out to them and they were so responsive and helpful. Happy to report that thanks to their care and prescriptions, Bowser is doing great and we couldn't be more relieved. Thank you so much! We'll never forget your kindness and help.

I absolutely love going here. I used to go to Nichols Vet , but someone recommended this place. I have a cat who is always licking her stomach to the point where it bleeds and gets raw, every time I went to Nichols I would see a different DR and they told me different things each time. When I go here, I see the same DR , who is super friendly,understandable and takes his time to answer any questions you may have, and gave her a diagnosis and recommended a cone (something Nichols never recommended, an easy suggestion really but I also never thought of it) . I will always recommend this Vet. Thank you for being awesome.

Honest and very well staffed. This is the best vet you can ask for. The doctor is truly an Angel from Heaven. My cat is always happy when we leave and seems to have a renewed life just by having a regular check up. I recommend going here to anyone who needs an honest and caring doctor for there pets!

My appointment was at 4. Showed up at 350. Called to check in and gave my info. They said it would be a minute to clean a room. Half hour later I call. I get the same check in questions and they act like they never heard from me the 1st time so I canceled the appointment and will never be going back. I love my dog like everyone else. Show me you care too, even during the ending of a pandemic. Forget this place. Go to VCA. You may have to wait for an open appointment...but they'll stay true to your appointment time.

My 2yr old girl Cane Corso had a allergic reaction to Victor dog food I bought at pet smart....her face was swollen her body had 100 lumps....I called a couple of places....who basically did not help....so after trying to compare I just came back to this place which turned out to be awesome! Not to mention I didn't have a vet doctor so this was my 1st time taking my dog to a vet.....the staff was so nice an the doctor was even nicer....they didn't try to rip me off....the prices was for everything needed to get my dog reacti.....

DR. AL is the best! I have a cat who hates men, my cat took to him with no problems. The staff is fantastic!!! I take my dog and cat here and will not go anywhere else. My sister and mother use this vet for their animals as well. 5 stars for sure.

Highly recommend this place for your fur babies. The staff (Danni) was absolutely amazing with my dog/dogs that has crazy anxiety. No pressure. Phenomenal prices. Such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

Very humane & most reasonable vet anywhere around. We drive quite a ways because they are worth it!
