They took excellent care of both our dog and our cat.

Dr's. Laur and Persia are wonderful vets. We have never waited more than 10 minutes on a scheduled appointment. We have a dog and cat and both receive the same level of care....excellent! Even during the Covid crisis curbside service was wonderful.

The staff is wonderful. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. The Dr. is thourough, he makes sure you understand what is going on with your pet.

They take amazing care for both of my boys. I absolutely love the way you all care for my kitty's just the same as I do. Thanks for always being there when we need you.

First visit to Arborview Veterinary was great. The vet was very knowledgeable and helped our dog get well. We had already visited another vet without success. Next is an appointment to get a feral friend neutered!

The doctor left my dog in the room while blood work was being done, my dog had a heart attack and was suffering for 15 minutes.

They were the only vet that knew what was ailing my dog Albert and able to fix his paws. Recently, my 17 year old dog Cali had to cross over and I could not have asked for a more compassionate team of people to be there. They made sure I knew what was going on through everything and helped make a difficult process more bearable. They are great people working to help our beloved pets. Prices are reasonable and they have very knowledgeable staff.

My parents have been taking their fur babies here since I was young. Now that I have my own set of fur babies, I take them here as well. There is no question. Kind, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

First time visiting was a little rough lol. But I see they have friendly staff!

Nice people but they have very poor record keeping skills. I brought vaccination records from another vet to them and 6 months later they re-vaccinated my dogs to the tune of $500. I just received a faxed copy of my pets' records and the double vaccinations have mysteriously disappeared, they only have the vaccinations from the new vet. I called for rabies info, they said they had none, so I had to go to Animal Control to get rabies certificates. And there's absolutely no apology anything from the veterinarian.

We have taken our two dogs to Arborview for 3 years and every visit has been caring, compassionate and informative. When we rescued our second dog, shortly after moving to Lapeer, they were the Vet we decided on after one visit. Our second rescue pup was apprehensive of care but they tried different ways to calm her until she was comfortable. At the moment we are trying to figure out allergies, Dr. L took the time to give me all the information I needed. I so appreciate the care my dogs receive from the Vet Techs and the Vets.

Great doctors and staff...very knowledgeable and caring....option to go into building or stay in vehicle and they come and pick up animal...best clinic!!!

Decided they were going to lecture me about the covid vaccine because I asked how long curbside was going to continue. Illegally asked me if I was personally vaccinated...will NOT be back!

My Yorkiepoo had started itching and biting at himself so bad he had bald spots and had just started to see blood as he was going at it like he never did before. I called around to various vets and 3 wanted me to wait for a few weeks obviously he needed to be seen right away. I called Arborview they got my Tyson in the next day and put him on vet food and meds he was all cleared up within 1 week. No more scratching and he's doing great. The vet was very thuro about everything and the staff was also very helpful and nice. Thank You Dr. And staff for helping us out!!

I thought I had what was an emergency and could not get a hold of my regular vet for 4 days. I went to Arborview and they saw me the same day. I am really happy with them.

Had to put My dog to sleep after he failed to remove the entire mass during surgery. After spending thousands on surgery and antibiotics for months from infections after surgery he had to be put to sleep because the cancer was not completely removed. Dr Laur showed no compassion when discussing treatment and even laughed when I asked his opinion on whether my dog would improve. Took him to Thorpe animal hospital and was shown more compassion and understanding then this jackass did the entire 6 months of my dogs suffering. Go somewhere else he is only in it for the money and it cost my dog his life

Been coming here for years. We have 2 Lhasa apso dogs. My Dolly is going to be 14 yrs in Nov and my son’s dog Willy will be turning 12 yrs. They have both been coming here since birth. This time around I called for an appointment for my Dolly. I suspected it was her teeth bc she had stopped eating hard kibbles and only ate soft. I called for an appointment and tech told me the soonest opening was June 12. I also asked about pain meds to help her until her appointment. The doctor called me back shortly after to get more details. He did not want Dolly to wait that long with pain. So he got her in that same week for an evaluation and was able to get her on pain medicine & antibiotics. AND got her in the following week for teeth extractions. He said he would just give up his lunch break if needed in order to get her in! The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr.Laur is amazing! He never rushes you through. He always always takes the time to explain details and answer any/all questions I have. He is very gentle, compassionate, honest, respectful and upfront about everything. Let’s you know what tests he would recommend and which ones you don’t need. It is a 1/2 hr drive for me and over the years I have tried a couple of other vets that are closer to me because our boy Willy gets carsick but I always go back to Arborview. Yes some things may be a few dollars higher but for that kind of care and quality it’s worth it to me. I know our fur babies will be well taken care of.

My husband and I have been with them for over 20 years. They are special, they treat our pets just like family. Thats why we keep coming back. Thank you!
