Been going here for years, staff is very friendly

The staff and vets are amazing.

Been going there for years Now an emergency on New years eve an hour before they close. 12 people in there but can't do a stool sample or examine my dog. LOOk Elsewhere! A facade!

I went today for a follow up on my puppy’s broken leg. The vet and staff were so helpful and friendly and they took great care of my baby! Definitely going back!

People are always good and friendly especially Dr. Good

Our sweet boy Robbie had to go over the rainbow bridge after a long fight. He was in a lot of pain, and terrified of the vet. They came out to our vehicle to take care of our boy, and sedated him, so he just thought he got to go for a car ride and take a nap. The compassion and empathy shown by the amazing staff is something I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Whenever you have a stressful day, just know that what you guys do matters more than you know, and you’re so appreciated.

If you have a emergency, don’t bring your pet here. They will turn you away even if you are a patient there.

Safe to say we will never return to Dunckel. We took our four year old Lab here, as he had a high fever, could not walk, among other issues and it was an urgent situation. We used the call prompt for emergency services and they told us he would not be seen until December 1st! We reiterated that we called the emergency line and we could not wait. They continued to tell us we would have to wait and call the next day to make a future appointment! Being turned away in an emergency situation after being a patron here for our dog’s entire life was like a slap in the face. Go to Child’s instead. They made accommodations given the circumstances, and were incredibly kind an empathetic!

The staff and Dr. Are amazing. My sister took her dog here. They were so kind and compassionate. Thats the first thing i would look for when picking out a vet even above pricing.

Really like these vets and the support staff. They are OK with "out of the box" practices (raw diets, no pediatric spay/neuter) and really listen to client concerns. A little pricey but worth it!

Just started using them happy so far with their services hopefully they get a repro vet in the near future ♡

Been 2 years since they lied to me and took my money. I only used them because I was new to the area. After the crazy procedures and the lies over their prices I ended up taking my cat back to Almont. (where I should have gone in the first place) My regular vet was shocked that medication was never administered and by then it was too late and we had to put him down. I have nothing good to say about this "practice".

They did a great job with our new liter of 7!!!!

They were amazing. Sadly had to put my cat down, of 23 years, and they comforted us immensely. We thank everyone there at Dunckel, they went above and beyond.

I had a great experience here with my little reptile. My gecko had a pretty bad looking eye and within days she was looking better & eating better. Dr. Wallace was very kind and knowledgeable. It was not crazy expensive either. Great vet and vet assistant staff

Our Baylee has injured her knee and these very kind people saw her short notice and even worked with us to make our visit affordable. Very friendly and pleasant people. And just an aside unrelated to this visit. They have their own store that you can get your meds from and have them put on autoship to get a nice break on the price. And the convenience of having them delivered right to your home can't be beat.

Very clean, staff is wonderful! I felt like they loved our pet as much as we do..never going anywhere else again!

I cannot say enough about the staff. They cared for our black lab mix from 8 weeks until he passed at almost 10yrs due to cancer. They truly cared for and loved him. Our Perry loved going there. They are open minded and included eastern and western medicine to do everything they could for him. Dr. Wark made every visit from pup to senior a good one. They didn't just treat, they educated. Truly grateful for them. They squeezed us in when we needed same day appointments, stayed late to help us in our time of need and helped us get low cost meds for our baby at Kroger. They seemed expensive at first but the level of love and care as well as education and service is worth every penny. They are an amazing place for pets and made us feel like family.

We were so happy with the way they helped us with our beloved family dog, Tiger, at a time that she needed to be looked at for a bad ear infection. Even though we are from out of town we were so impressed by their caring and kindness we are excited to be making them our new Veterinarian!!!! THANK YOU entire team!!!

Been going here for about 6 years now and have never had any problems.

This was my first visit at Dunckel. Everyone was so kind/ friendly and they loved Milo (my dog). They were very thorough and they answered any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend checking them out if you were looking for a new vet! Also they were reasonably priced too! Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed!!

Nice competitive personal, that let the animal come first. My puppy is not afraid to go back again.
