They are very professional and have a separate room,with a love seat and recliner for the end of life of your fur baby. Very home like atmosphere for what has to be done. Thank you!

What a wonderful Veterinarian Dr. Childs really cares. So does his wife Cindy and staff. They have helped me many times with fur babies.

Takes weeks to get an appointment, mailbox is frequently full, they were very compassionate when we first started going there, now it seems it's all about the money.

Very through exam of our dogs. Took all the time needed to perform tests etc. Never rushed like an assembly line. Caring service.

Dr. Child's & his staff went above and beyond for our 4yr Rottie. Although the outcome wasn't what we hoped. We are thankful and at peace knowing we moved heaven and earth trying to save her. We are SO very greatful.

Dr child good with dog but i had a pit before her he got cancer and they gave good pain meds he lasted about a week i miss him so much

I love Childs they take great care of my fur babies!

Appointments were running a bit late but it was so nice to chat with Dr Childs and his staff even wearing masks and keeping our distance.

I brought my pets to this location for years because they were reliable in helping my pets. My dog currently has cancer and is in a lot of pain. I called the vet three times when they opened and would not return my call. Finally on a fourth call they answered, only to tell me they "can't" see my dog till after the 20th!? My dog is dying and needs help and they won't see him. Devastating. I contacted two other vets in the area, places my dogs have never been too, and they are taking him in today. Childs is a nice guy but this vet isn't going to help my animals. They will be going elsewhere for help.

They offer everything needed at better prices than others. Staff is very polite and their love for animals shows.

Beautiful new facility. However, terrible, TERRIBLE service in the event an emergency arrises for your pet. Especially if something happens after hours. No guidance on signs and symptoms. No guidance on who to contact, will not call back on following business day either. But you sure do get mail saying that your pet is due even if they are not due for treatment. We had always recommended, but now since the move to the bigger facility, quality of care has slipped away. Sorry.

Took our kitten in for a front declaw. Staff was very rude during drop off and then gave us empty containers for pain medication. Once we realized what had happened, we called and the staff did not apologize or offer to make things right, only to "bring in the empty syringes and we can try and fill them up'. Our kitten has now gone days without any pain medication due to negligence and we get nothing besides a 'tough luck". Would not recommend.

While the staff is super friendly and easy to talk to, this was an overall poor experience. I had to put my kitty to sleep. They brought her back to me super sedated after they shaved her leg to do the catheter where the anesthesia would be administered once we were ready. I was not expecting to get a ragdoll back barely breathing, tongue out, eyes stuck wide open while my daughter and I said farewell. I understand sedation may have felt necessary but as her cat mom, I could have held her still and calm if given the opportunity. I just feel kind of robbed with this experience. I guess I had expectations that were unrealistic? To be able to say goodbye to my cat while she purrs (which she would have done if with me regardless of the situation) but instead given a flesh bag of what used to be my life long pet.
