Everyone there was so sweet to my dog. They did an excellent job saving his life and caring for him after! I couldn’t ask for more than that. Highly recommend their practice.

I have a nervous dog who’s not great with strangers, so the vet and the tech took the time to sit on the floor and get to know her-by the end of the exam she loved them! 10/10 would recommend

Ive gone here for years and have always had good experiences, but the most recent stands out. Recently my cat was limping and not wanting to use his right leg. Despite not having any appointments available, they squeezed him in between appointments and he ended up not having any bone left in his elbow due to possible cancer, which lucky didnt spread anywhere else. So they amputated his leg. The procedure was expensive, but that was to be expected, and it ended up being less than i thought it would, seeing i read it can be almost $3000 in some areas. When getting a slightly higher price at check out than what i was quoted by staff, they actually knocked it down for me to the price i was quoted. They truly care about their patients and their owners. I was a bawling mess thru this whole ordeal and they were always so friendly and sweet. My boy is now doing well, albeit minus a leg, but he is adjusting extremely well.

Immediately seen and treated my dogs emergency c section, I am so appreciative of this place for showing genuine concern and treating my girl right away, as I just left another establishment extremely disappointed. They were upfront about range of cost, which was very reasonable and made this process easy. Can't express how happy I am. Thank you and God bless!

Even though we found out our baby girl has cancer the Doc & staff treated us GREAT, with compassion as if they REALLY care.

Pennsylvania Vet Care is the best veterinarian clinic I've ever used. The entire staff is fantastic--they're great with animals, and great with animal parents, too. Dr. Joe has taken care of my last three dogs; and I hope he never, ever retires. We've faced everything from new puppy shots to saying our final goodbyes at Penn Vet...I've never had a bad word to say about them. Highly recommended!

The staff and doctors here are very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Also, in my experience, it is one of the more affordable vet clinics I've used. I have had pets my whole life and I was, and continue to be, very impressed and please with the quality of care Pennsylvania Veterinary Clinic provides. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Hi. Very happy Pennsylvania Vet care was able to fit me in their schedule due to unexpected circumstances. Joslynn the receptionist was kind and helpful in our wait until seen by Dr. Joe. They wanted $443 dollars for one Female Kitten spaying, and you have to do mandatory bloodwork and an exam beforehand, which is another $157 dollars. If you want to spay your animal, do NOT go here. Complete rip-off. Even higher end places in Lansing do $200. $443 is an insane price. Unreasonable. I only attempted to go here because most places are booked for 2-5 months, but I can see now why this place isn't booked up at all. Spare yourself the trouble and book ahead somewhere else. Edit: Staff is saying it’s incorrect, this is the quote they emailed me themselves… it is not from the website. Directly from the staff. I understand the bloodwork and exam can be necessary but $443 dollars for a spay is ridiculous for any veterinary office. I called to make sure the quote was correct and was told to visit the humane society instead.

Very disappointed with this office...they could not fit us in during regular business hours for an emergency appointment.

Dr. Rizzo impressed me with her attention to Adie during her physical. This is the first time we have met this veterinarian. It's not easy for me to be impressed by medical staff in general. I am both impressed by and grateful for Dr. Rizzo's thoroughness and care for my 'baby' Adie. Thank you!

Aspen's visit was great. Wait time was short, the feliway blanket helped keep her calm, the vet and tech were both wonderful. A great and stressless visit!

This is our second cat that we have taken to thus vet. Unfortunately our 12 year old cat Vito, that we had since he was 3 weeks old, got cancer and got so bad we had to put him to rest. The whole staff here treated this with the utmost kindness, towards us and our family member. They didn't rush us through the process and treated Vito with the respect he deserved. Thank you for your Sympathy towards Vito! Therefore, when we finally rescued our 2nd cat Lilah it was a no brainer to take her here.

I had to find a vet for my cat, Ivy, and needed to get in hopefully the same day (the vet used in the past had closed-being indoor cat I didn’t maintain regular vet visits). I was so thankful that they were able to get her in the morning I called. Great staff and service. Ivy was as not anxious at all. My new vet for all my pet needs. Thank you so much.

I had to take my puppy to a vet because of an emergency problem with his eye. The staff at Pennsylvania veterinary care were amazing. They were able to see my pup the same day. Dr. Joe and the vet tech Alanna were wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone.

Took my cat and dog here recently, the staff and visit were better than expected. Super nice and kept my super anxious dog calm throughout. Highly recommend and the pricing was really reasonable, will be back and suggest you do the same.

Artie (my 11 yr old Dsh) & I just met Dr Leppanen & staff today for booster vaccines & a check-up. We loved our last vet, (2 hrs away now after a move.) so it was hard to make a change. That said, we were extremely pleased & had a great experience!! Even with the Covid parking arrangements still in place & a bit of a wait. VERY happy to have found Pennsylvania Veterinary Care. Knowledgable, courteous Staff & a great Doctor. All have a true love for animals & it shows! A+++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Nothing could have made our experience at Pennsylvania Veterinary Care better than what it was. Every staff member seemed concerned and compassionate while trying to give my rescue dog the best care. I was informed of every step before it was made, as well as after, since I couldn't go into the building with him because of Covid-19 restrictions. I could not ask for anything more. Thank you for helping me give my scared, precious dog the care he needs and deserves.

Have been going there for awhile . actually very very close to where I work . tried to make a appointment but none available for a month. But if I wanted to pay an extra 35 dollars I could get one . simple refill but they have a policy that the animal has to be seen , which im fine with . given many great deals to employees there , thought it might go both ways . ????

This was our first visit to Penn Vet Care. I had read good reviews about this clinic, and they didn't disappoint. I had left our previous vet office because of some issues I had with them. When I called to get an appt for my dog, Peaches, who needed dental work, they got me right in the same day, and scheduled my dog's dental surgery quickly and easily. The technician, Alanna was so pleasant and kind, and took really good care of Peaches. The veterinarian was professional and kind. A great experience all around. Thank you!!
