What more could we say. They are the most conscious Vets and staff anyone could ask for. Gracie went in with an eye problem, they did tests told us what is our next step. Made sure we understood everything about her medication. Staff is so patient with us answer questions and asks the Dr. We are happy with them. Thank you Southside ❤️ Animal ???????????? Hospital.

I rescued a puppy from a Meijer parking lot unexpectedly and this puppy needed a lot of care. Understandably it was difficult to get an appointment due to Covid and the holidays. I could not allow to let over a month go by before he saw a vet. Southside Animal Hospital was able to get him in on Christmas Eve. The staff went out of their way to be helpful from the very beginning. They were professional, thorough and friendly. The day of our appointment was such a smooth experience and completely set me at ease. My little baby boy loved everyone there and went right with the lovely woman who came out to get him covering her in kisses, which is his stamp of approval. I felt so secure with him in their care. They explained everything to me clearly about his exam and the findings and the options I had, which I really appreciated because I hadn’t planned on rescuing a puppy at Christmas. They brought my baby out just as happy as can be with an adorable Christmas hankerchief and a significant discount from a fund at the hospital where people donate money to help parents out like me trying to do everything to give this dog a wonderful life. I’m very very happy that we found our long term vet!

They're always nice and informative. They loved my girl and I thank them for giving her a good place to have her spay. She was very relaxed when she was there. All I had to do was call and they gave me updates on her.. I felt very at ease with her there. I have taken her back several times since and have always got the best service. I am very pleased with the staff and the care given. My experience is always a pleasant one for myself and Strom.

Has always taken great care of our dog. Very wonderful with him and there always very respectful.

I have known Dr.Joyce and Theresa for a long time, and they have never been ones to let me down. Wonderful workers, amazing customer service and absolutely perfect quality work. I have brought many animals here and have always been super helpful, especially during Covid! I can’t thank any of them enough for the work and time and patience they have put into my animals and myself. As long as they are up and open I will always bring my animals here!

I've been bringing my four-leggeds to Southside for many years. They provide excellent care all the time and compassion when it's most needed. Everyone's super friendly and well organized. I wouldn't see any other vet in the Lansing area!

Unfortunately! I would mo longer recommend taking your pet here!! The unprofessional mannerisms and tge overcharging for unnecessary already done blood work can no longer be over looked! We plan to find a new vet!

They made the process smooth. Explained the process of what was to take place asked if I had questions and answered them.

Easy to make an appointment, easy dropping my cat off, quick care and fair prices.

Trying to contact this office is almost impossible. They have a recording that takes the msg time. So you can't even tell if your supposed to leave a vcm or not.

Not coming here again me and my next door neighbor rush her cat here and got turn away because there was no vet or vet tec there to treat animals and my next door neighbor cat hat a cut on his neck from something

That’s my review I left for them on Facebook which will probably be deleted… however I find this 100% unacceptable…. And they messaged my husband saying they won’t do business with me because I knocked on the door and didn’t want to wait in my car for my dog????‍♀️ This place is a joke and unless your already established here and are trying to become a new client…. DONT! Waste your own time like that because me and my husband have been calling and everyone is booked out for two to three months ???? and they can just cancel… they also told him they’d reschedule him in two weeks but never ever in the conversation did they say that which would have made all the difference! They said reschedule and I’m thinking in another three months. I started crying smh I don’t want to do puppy’s again.. it’s a lot of work and money and finding homes is even harder ????‍♀️ they never even got back to me about my puppies and they went else where…. Not caring at all of anyone’s time money or efforts

My latest visit to Southside was to have a stray cat neutered. Staff treated this cat with the same care and attention as a cherished pet. They are knowledgeable and efficient.

This was my first visit as I just moved from Ohio. I expected it could be a difficult transition. It was smooth! the staff picked right up on care my cats were receiving and even made it a little better on just our first appointment.

I have taken my dogs there for years. The whole staff is amazing. Dr Joyce is caring, compassionate and truly outstanding! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the best!

South side is normally short staffed, but they do everything they can to make sure I have a great experience! They LOVE my fur babies and they always treat me with kindness and respect. I live almost 2 hours away, but I’ll continue taking my dogs to Southside!

My little dog got attacked by a stray, I called and went to everyone, but unfortunately because of this pandemic, not just anyone would help to take care of him. Southside animal hospital didn't blink their eyes. Told me that everything was going to be alright and helped him... Thank you so much for helping my little Psycho get back to himself.

Another disappointment, they said my dogs belly is to red to spay her. It's been a little pink for almost 2 years. No, irritation, no constant licking. So now I have two different meds and a follow up next month.

Southside animal hospital it’s very organized and proactive during this Covid pandemic. They called me before my appointment to explain the process. They were very friendly. I am happy with their services.

This is an awesome place to take your pets and no hour wait. They came out within 15 minutes and as long as people are considerate and show up on time the vet won't get behind. It's all about the care that has to be there♡

All of the staff and the veterinarians are competent, compassionate, efficient, and and quick to respond to our pets' needs and our questions. They are ideal.

Friendly staff, good doctors. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment but didn’t get in until 15 minutes or so after it. They communicated several times through the process so I knew what was going on. Overall a great place to take your pet.

Southside Animal Hospital is the best of the best. Dr. Joyce, Teresa, and the rest of the staff address your pets needs with patience and care. We are happy to have found them.
