Staff is friendly and my dogs are well cared for there.

Well I went there for like 7 years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars and they sent a 50 dollar bill to collections within 6 months of being owed during the height of the pandemic in 2020. The irony is that the last time I went there I was overcharged by 50 dollars yet they left a bad mark on my credit history because I stopped taking my dog in for fear of COVID and they still wanted me to honor my yearly contract by paying monthly. It's a shame because they have since lost money from me by conduction business in such an illogically ruthless and mindless way.

My dog went in for a teeth cleaning, and came out with clean teeth. I like that they called the following day to follow up on his recovery. Bravo!

Everyone is so nice there. I recommend this pet hospital to all my friends. The staff is very knowledgeable, and you always get you pet back a a decent time.. They are always so thorough as well. I just love this pet hospital.

This pet hospital has some of the worst communication I have ever experienced in my life. Every single person I have spoke to has told me different things about my sick cat. It has been over a month and over $800 in bills without any answers. Never waste your time at this poor excuse of a vet clinic. Might as well figure out what's wrong with your animal yourself or go literally anywhere else. Nothing will be solved and they will be passive aggressive towards you anyways. Horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Last year i was able to bring my St bernard in no problem. It was i believe late August, early September. there were no restrictions at all. I called last week to get an appointment for her regarding a skin issue. I was told that i would have to drop her off in front of the PetSmart. I asked why there were restrictions this year. when there were NONE last year. and last year we were in the peak of this corona mess. I was given no response at. I asked to speak to a supervisor. That person gave me no response. I asked why this year when they didn't have it last year.j She just responded with "Well. we are doing it this year" ii called their customer complaint line. their rep just talked to me like they were a robot giving cookie cutter responses and information. These people at Banfield do not care at all about customer relations or have any type of bedside manner,

Have always treated me and my pets nicely and professionally

I absolutely love this Banfield. They always have fit me in when my animals are in need. They go above in beyond with their care. The staff is incredibly friendly and I feel that they actually care about my pets. My pets are on their wellness plans and I absolutely love the plans. It has been amazing for my pets. I highly recommend Banfield!

Banfield has a great team who have made my pet feel comfortable when he is there. The service I get is the best, with follow up calls, and everyone seems professional and well trained!

They’re amazing. This was my first visit but I am very pleased with them! They were super efficient and they were very helpful! They handled the “curbside” well and I would highly recommend them! I got all of my dogs vaccines, checks, and heart worm as well as medication for an ear infection for under $200 with my wellness plan! Totally worth it when it would normally be $800 for all that they did!

This vet is the best. This was our first visit and the care they showed our Blu was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Meghan Marie Norton did a wonderful job of helping us manage our sweet dog in severe CHF. She simply listened, trusted and answered questions I had asked another veterinary service repeatedly over the past few months. One visit with Dr Norton took away months of frustration & even diagnosed & offered meds I suspected might have helped us all along. Good doctors in any field require them to listen & learn, then they can teach & treat. Thanks for the great service!

I take my fur babies here, and they do an excellent job. They don't push you to spend what you don't have, and they show so much care. They call the day after your appointment to check up on your pet. Overall, I've loved working with them!
