Annabelle's Pet Station Lansing, Michigan

I took our dog there for a nail trim at the Pampered Pooch Salon. We got there about 20 minutes early and they took him back right away! Kandice was super nice!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Mixed review. I had one dog groomed on a Wednesday, turned out perfect, second dog on Thursday. Same groomer, really really bad. Dog was all but shaved. I have never had this dog this short, in summer. Asked the groomer for a plain tail cut, did the exact opposite big plume at the end. Sent a message to Annabelle's through their website, did not get a response. Hair grows back, can't wait for that to happen as my dog is now shivering. ????

Kandice was so kind and patient with our Archie. We could see how much she cares about him and it was our very first visit! We will be back????

My golden retriever and I both love AnnaBelle's! Everyone there truly loves dogs! I feel very well supported as a first time dog owner. Everyone is friendly, professional, willing to work with my schedule and adjust to our needs. My dog has a blast every time she goes there and I love watching her play with other dogs on their video monitor! I would highly recommend this place!

Annabelle’s is the best investment I’ve made for my dog. I constantly get compliments on how well-behaved she is. Wonderful staff who really cares, goes above and beyond, and is always responsive and available.

My dog scout loved spending the day at annebelles with all his new doggie and human friends.

We've been attending the R.E.S.C.U.E program classes for people and dog reactive dogs. We couldn't be happier with what we're learning and the positive results that we're seeing with our dog! We're so thankful to have found this place and the services that they provide. We're signing up for the next class tonight!

Bella loves going to annabelles. They know her when she walks through the door. She comes home a happy dog and smelling so good.

This is the best place to learn how to communicate and connect with your dog. I was able to get my certification for therapy dog work because of the hard work and wonderful teaching from everyone at Annabelle's. I love being able to be the parent of a therapy dog that started life as a rescue dog that would have been put down. I will always be grateful to everyone at Annabelle's for helping me with my goals.

Lucky likes being groomed by Kandice. She does an excellent job. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them for all your pets needs.

One class and is great

We were in Lansing for a week to visit family and needed a responsible day care for my tiny Yorkie a couple days. My little Ryder loved Annabelle's and he was worn out enough, but not too much, which assured me that he had plenty of exercise and play time. I will use them again and I highly recommend their facility.

Our dog, Gertie, does doggie daycare here. The staff is great about communicating how Gertie is doing while she is there. We feel comfortable leaving her there under their care. The video cameras are great to check in on her throughout the day.

The staff at AnnaBelle's Pet Station are wonderful! We feel confident leaving our Aussie with them for daycare. She always comes home tired, and I love that we can watch them play through the live-feed cameras. We have also taken the Canine good citizen class - absolutely worth the time and money. So thankful we found such a great one-stop spot for our pup in Lansing.

Pepper levitates when she gets out of the car at Annabelle's! We've done classes as well as day care and she enjoys them both so much. I love that they have webcams so I can see her at play and the socialization with other dogs and humans are so great for her. She's a single dog with very social tendencies, and I'm really glad Annabelle's helps fill that need for her!

Lily loves nothing as much as she loves going to daycare. I can always count on AnnaBelle’s to treat her like they do their own pets every time she goes. Also, love that I can call and have her nails trimmed while she’s in daycare. 10/10, would recommend this place to anybody.

Great place for puppy class

Over the past eight years, I have been delighted with the great care my dog receives at Annabelle's.There has been several times when I wanted to skip work and spend the day with the dogs and the amazing staff!

I have a short haired dog that I take here to see Kandice every 1.5 to 2 months to get basic grooming (wash/dry & nail trim) and get the “doggy” smell off of her. She always comes back smelling nice and feeling super soft. I haven’t had to wait long to get her in & out and everyone has been very friendly & helpful. The rate I feel is reasonable for the services my pup receives. I recommend AnnaBelle’s for your pup’s grooming needs.

I switched from another daycare to AnnaBelle, and I interviewed at three daycares in the area. I chose AnnaBelle because there is no hidden fee, they have an above-average sanitary environment, the space is decent, and the live camera helps eliminate some trust issues that I have with the previous daycare my dog attended. The live camera is definitely a great feature to have. I absolutely love it. The facility doesn’t have a live camera for the outdoor area, but they will post the pictures in a closed Facebook group so you can tell your fur baby is having fun out there. The staffs are very good with dogs. I noticed that they would engage with the dogs to help them warm up with each other and gave the dogs special attention if they saw one of them got left out from the group. They’re not just there to supervise the dogs; instead, they’re having fun with the dogs and ensure every dog got to have fun. There’s some smell in the facility like some comments mentioned, but I saw from the live camera that they clean the area immediately after the dogs pottied/pooped. It might help if they add some pet-friendly deodorizing cleaning products in their cleaning routines, but it might also have something to do with the air filtration system. Overall I would say the smell is noticeable but not concerning to me, and I’m sure my dog doesn’t mind it.

The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I have a rescue dog who is very skittish and Candace did a fantastic job with Perla. She looks better. And more than that she feels better. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great groomer and friendly environment ???? Thanks guys for making Perla's first grooming experience a good one ☺????
