My puppy has been going there since she was 5 weeks old. We are always greeted with a friendly smile! They are through, explaining every detail about our visit and very patient when talking to me! A great experience!

I use to absolutely love this place. However with new staffing i am highly disappointed. I have been waiting for over a week for a phone call back to get my kitten fixed and i ended up having to find some place else to get him fixed. I have also experienced alot of inconsistencies frok the office staff including rude behavior. However i will always be loyal to Dr Smith i still believe that she is the best Vet in the Grand Rapids area and will continue to deal with my frustrations with the office staff.

I really appreciate the personal care and attention they give my pet. I know she is in good hands!

The people at Safe Harbor are awesome! They helped me with Lacey, my Jack Russell Terrier, who had some kind of spinal issue. They got her started on Adequan, an injectable glucosamine. After a few weeks of treatment, Lacey made a huge turnaround. I thought we were going to have to put her down because she couldn't support her own weight. She was able to jump up on a two foot tall bed after the Adequan. We got an extra year with Lacey before she succumbed to kidney disease. I can't say enough about the people at Safe Harbor. They were kind and compassionate and they love animals. I wish they were closer to Muskegon because I would bring my Vizlsa there if it was more convenient.

The vet and her assistants are the best!! They have taken excellent care of our many dogs and cats!!

This was Remy's first appointment at the Veternarian' office and he was welcomed and provided compashionate and professional care and his concerns were answered. We are looking forward to our next appointment and upcoming surgery. Thank you to one and all.

We have been with Dr. Smith from the start.She cared for our many cats and dogs over 25 some years. . I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. She was able to pull our two beloved dogs through a serious illness through her ICU. Now my children take all their fur babies there.

It was a first visit with my dog, unfortunately, I felt like I was being rushed through and not receiving consideration on the Dr.’s part in in listening to what I had to report about my dog’s medical history. I’m hoping to get an opportunity to have my pets seen by Dr. Smith next time.

I contacted them when my dog Millie was sick and they got me in same day! My regular vet hadn’t returned my call in three days so this was a big improvement! Their fear-free training was impressive and they were amazing with my girl. She’s on her way to a full recovery! They are definitely my new primary vet and their service is unmatched in my experience.

I believe I got my last cat just so I had a reason to go back to Safe Harbor. I really missed the staff. To say that they take good care of our pets is an understatement. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The girls here are very professional and kind! I always get worried bringing my dog to the vet, especially now since most vets are curbside service, and they reassured me and made me feel like my pup was in good hands! They gave me more information about how to help my dogs leg pain in a day then my other vets did in a couple years. You can tell the girls love what they do here and want to help the best they can. Highly recommend.

We have taken our dogs to SafeHarbor for almost 20 years. The entire team is outstanding. We know that our pets get the care that they need here.

Julia was so helpful with my new cat and helping me out understand what's was needed and how to make sure she was happy and healthy. She explained the medical procedures very well!

First time there, brought my puppy in, even though I wasn't allowed in with her for COVID reasons, I still felt very secure she was well taken care of. They showed me pictures of the visit and the vet talked with me extensively on the phone. HIGHLY recommend. All staff was great!

My dog was very sick this week. They were able to get him in quickly and took great care of him. I'm thankful for Dr. Smith and her staff - everyone is very caring and kind. My pup is very skittish and shy but when I came to pick him up, you'd think he was having the best day ever. Thank you again.

Oh my do these folks know how to make you and your pet feel cared for! They are such a great team, so friendly, lots of fun, and a wealth of information. TIP—> their team is FEAR-FREE CERTIFIED! What does this mean for you? Well, for me it meant that my puppy (who was nervous at a previous vet) went to the vet tech with open arms and a wagging tail!! He came out with smiles, even after what would’ve been uncomfortable tests. They love him & it shows!
