This is the BEST place to bring your fur babies! It might be a bit more expensive than other places, but they truly care about your kitties and give the best service, and you can’t put a price on that. I can’t say enough good things about them, and I’ve recommend them to anyone I know who has cats!

I called about my car that was a patient there and they were so dismissive about our issue. Said they wouldn't help and I had to find an emergency vet. Won't go back there ever

I have some conflicted feelings on this clinic. While they didn’t inherently do anything overtly disrespectful or wrong, there is something that rubs me the wrong way. I took my cat here for 3 years, but she recently passed. To note, I am a good client who cares for her pets a lot and I have made great monetary investments in my kitties healthcare at Kentwood. I tried getting an appt. last week for my recently adopted kitten and they had the audacity to call me a new patient and turn me away as they are simply not accepting ‘new’ patients. I guess I’m used to vets who try to establish and keep good relationships with their clients. They should value loyalty. Like I said, nothing inherently wrong, but I feel slighted and now wonder if my Sofi was getting the best care possible here during her life. I was also not a huge fan of the high level of testing they did to her. I think they are a little overkill on that stuff sometimes, but she was very sick, so I can’t say much about that. I wish Dr. Pair the best, but I won’t be back and probably won’t recommend your clinic. You treated me like any other person, but I’m not really ‘new’ am I?

Using covid as an excuse to be lazy and not personal. They'll hold your cat hostage if you return early to get your beloved pet. Be on time or they'll turn you away at 2 minutes late. Won't be going using their services again.

Dr. Pair and the staff at Kentwood Cat Clinic took great care of my kitten Onyx! I was allowed to be a part of his first examination and was more than pleased with their attention to detail and the monthly services they offer to keep him happy and healthy! Call and make appointments for your little fur baby today!

I chose this vet 6-7 years ago, and our household will be life time patients. The genuine care is unparalleled, and the staff always has time for my questions. Thanks Cat Clinic!! ❤️❤️

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk, to the nurses and the doctor. They made sure to really take their time during the appointment to ensure all my questions were answered. It was a very personal touch with lots of off topic personal cat talk and kitty snuggles involved which was great. Everyone loved my little girl and made her feel so relaxed and comfortable. I am excited for her acupuncture sessions, and very hopeful she will get some natural pain relief as a result. Thank you Kentwood Cat Clinic. :)

So we used to love bringing our cats here. However, due to COVID-19 we opted not to bring our two senior cats in for their annual check up, which resulted in one of them being out of date for a vaccine. One cat is 16 and one is 9, they are 100% indoor cats and are not ever exposed to other animals, so we felt the risk of exposure out weighed the one yearly check up. You would THINK a medical facility would get that, you know, infectious disease and all. HOWEVER, recently our oldest cat ended up with a plugged gland we wanted taken care of immediately. We called to see if we could get in that week because we were heading out of town the following. The administrative person on the phone proceeded to berate my wife for skipping our annual health check last year (again, COVID), told her if they were up to date they would have been able to see us same day, but because we weren't they couldn't see us until August. She then continued her rude behavior, refused to provide any options for is to see them (like maybe doing the check up at the same time) and send us on our way. Luckily, we found a better bet that saw our poor girl and took care of the problem. This is after we had been a customer for several years and spent thousands of dollars on treatments for an ear infection. If you like to be made to feel like less than a person, berated over the phone, or have a secretary do your pet's diagnosis over the phone instead of the vet, by all means waste your money on this place. If you want a very that actually cares about your animals, go somewhere else.

They are very detailed. It is hard to assess a place when you can't go in with your pet, however they communicate very well and throughout the steps by phone. So far, I am pleased.

Very kind & knowledgeable staff and veterinarians. Also the only place I know of who offer radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroid cats. Thanks for treating Natalie so well!

100% honest, it was definitely pricey, but that being said, they are a top notch specialty clinic so the little bit of extra $ is totally understandable. Also, my guy went there for I131. It's hard to find clinics that can do that and honestly, Kentwood Cat Clinic had one of the better prices of places I checked out. They were also able to get him in pretty quickly. The techs and vets were all great at keeping him as calm as possible and were very thorough with his pre-procedure exam. He stayed at the clinic for 5 days and each day they sent me an update on how he was doing, if he was eating well, bowel habits, pictures of him, etc. They definitely kept my mind at ease with the updates and knowing he was getting top care. Another thing that was nice is that he and the other cat would have alternating days of having free range of the room so they could explore a bit. He still has to get his post procedure blood work done, but I feel this was procedure was great for him and is working. He seems less anxious than he normally is and from petting him I feel like he's been putting on a bit of weight already. I am very pleased and am looking forward to seeing his blood work next week.

I go to the Kentwood Cat Clinic because I love my cats and they do, too. This is shown by their care and concern and the way they talk about my cats - as members of my family. Even though the vet experience is different right now, due to the pandemic, and I don't actually go inside with my cat, they communicate clearly and regularly about things I need to know.

Kentwood Cat Clinic has made it so easy to take care of my first kitty. They've walked me through proper integration and care. Their receptionists are organized and thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I am so glad I did the research and chose them and I think my little Mona is too!!

Very professional and carring. Recurved 2 calls day after I brought my cat home after surgery. One from the vet that did her operation. They cared that all was going well and I had no concerns or questions. South and North Cat Clinics are excellent choice for your feline family member

My fur baby got sick during this pandemic and the clinic worked very hard to get her in as a follow up yo our ER/hospital visit the previous week , even with a packed schedule. The care is fantastic, everyone treats us with respect and you can tell they love their patients. Mindful of the cost of care and never performs tests without permission.

Front desk ladies daily mood determines if the service is good or not. The Veterinary advice however seems sound.

They have been our wonderful vets for the past 5 years. The vets and staff are terrific, and the love they have for cats (who are, of course, little aliens in fur suits) is evident. Everyone is caring and professional. During the pandemic scheduling an appointment can be difficult. They are very responsive when scheduling, and will try to schedule with your needs in mind. And the office cats are very sweet. I recommend them highly!

COVID has made things difficult, but the team at KCC have continued to give amazing care to my fur babies. The doctors and staff have taken extra time to hear my concerns, give me options, and offer compassion during a difficult time. I can't say enough for the entire team who make it a positive experience every time ❤ Original review from December 2019. Staff are always friendly and they are quick to get you and your kitty into a room. Doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to meet your cat's uniquel needs. I love KCC and all the staff!

I sadly had to have my childhood cat put to rest on 1/18/2020 and I am so happy that I went here for it. The staff was so understanding and loving all of us were crying in the room. The vet was so gently and made sure that my baby girl was comfortable the whole time. They really went above and beyond on making sure I had everything that I wanted. They even gave me an ink print of her foot and nose for me to have forever. I will recommended them to everyone they truly love their job.

they were not able to help me. I wanted racoons poop from my back yard tested for round worms. pretty definitive no. not sure if it has something to do with state law and wild animals or something. just wanted to know if the racoons in my backyard are infected so I could take extra precautions.
