It was the best. My puppy walked in with confidence and all the team members were great with him. But then the doctor walked in and sat on the floor with him...how cool that a doctor would get down to his level...a small dog. She gave me tips that were practical and explained the logic behind them. I would not have followed the tips if it were not for that. I highly recommend the Orion Animal Hospital!!!!

The staff there is amazing and they took great care of my fur kids. They are now our main vet. Highly recommend!

Wow best experience at the vets office yet! I have a senior cat who is notorious of being scared of the vet. I'm sure cat owners can relate how stressful it can be. It's always has been such a hassle just to get into the carrier, let alone driving to the vet. Lots of crying, scratches, and meowing is typically involved. We went to Orion animal hospital for a wellness visit and our experience was light night and day. We were given our own room to wait in, and I think that helped my cat feel so calm and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful and were very patient with my kitty during the exam. The best part of it all is when we got home, my cat immediately went completely back to his normal happy self; no hiding or stress! I will definitely be coming back for my senior cat's wellness visits. By far the best and smoothest vet experience I've ever had!

The staff is always very kind and genuinely concerned with the well being of my fur babies. I switched to them when I moved to Lake Orion from Troy. They are amazing and I am so happy I switched. Their prices are also reasonable compared to previous places I have gone. Would definitely recommend. Also when they have to do any type of procedure on your pets, the Doctors and techs are great at explaining everything to you and keeping you updated throughout the process.

Squeezed me in and what a wonderful veterinarian and her staff. If you love your pet like I do this is the place! Simply the best I've been to and I have always had pets.

Had another wonderful experience at Orion Animal Hospital.

After going to three other Veterinary offices, I finally came to Orion Animal Hospital. It's a 40 minute drive for me but well worth it. I was able to get answers and everyone was so nice. They are also a great value. They were alot cheaper than most vets and definitely more qualified.

I of course understand the need to cover overhead and pay and insurances and supplies adding to a substantial amount, but if there were any way to lower prices, it would be a blessing! Otherwise, I cannot find another improvement to be made as Orion animal hospital has been outstanding! My cat was traumatized in her previous home resulting in specific behaviors and the staff here has been astonishing in their ability to make her feel safe and unthreatened even during vet treatment! Not to mention how friendly the staff is, how clear communication is, and how responsive they are!!!

I love this vet practice. I started coming here with my two dogs and cat within their first months of opening. I've had great appointments with every vet here. I take my animals here for yearly appointments plus one of my dogs had 6 molars removed, and several emergency appointments including infected scratches and a stick to the eye that left a sliver lodged in the outer layer of her eyeball. I've never had a bad experience here. Everything has always been handled extremely professionally, in their very clean office with clear communication. It's also worth noting, I've never been upsold or encouraged to buy stuff from them over chewy, they've always been very honest and upfront with prices/brand choices. This is how vets should strive to be!

They are caring, knowledgeable and concerned for animals. They have been extremely helpful by phone and by getting my pets in in an emergency situation. I'm grateful to have found them to care for my pets.

We take our two dogs and two cats to this vet. We have been seen by both doctor's and they are great, friendly, helpful and are quick to get us an appointment. I would highly recommend this vet.

Absolutely amazing care! The compassion and kindness is unmatched. Everyone here is just wonderful. Dr.Zalac took the time to call me and explain everything with such detail. I know that my dog Diesel is in great hands. I feel so comfortable with his care and trust that all they want is the best for him. So thankful we found this office! Highly recommend.

Dr Zalac is very compassionate with are dog. She takes the time to listen on to our concerns, Just an all around great vet. Will not sell you something you don't need. Will recommend to anyone willing to make the hour drive well worth the time!

We are very happy with the care our Allie received. She is an 86 Lb skittish dog. She was very comfortable on her first visit.
