Staff, when seen are nice. Vet is very expensive. Availability is difficult to schedule for. They were also closed this whole week and I did not see these hours posted anywhere and had to cancel a boarding reservation, which was frustrating.

This place treats us and our pets very well.They care about your pets. The one thing I would say you can do is make sure you can afford their services. They are expensive.

Apparently the parent company decided to eliminate part time employees with no notice. I understand corporate decision but the way the pet vet handled it by doing this during the holidays is abhorrent. You can’t tell me this was a snap decision and management had no clue this was going to happen. Escorting them out and immediately taking keys and not allowing them to say good bye to coworkers is unfair. I’ll never visit this place again

After 20 years of loyal customer, i had terrible experience and now i'm without a vet! No late nights no Saturday, no groomer, All the good vet drs have left! 1 dr only and really long wait, they are expensive and upsell too much. Rude staff.

They do not care about their patients. They have us drop off swabs of both ears of our cat that had ear discharge on Thursday. They contact us on Monday stating that the swabs came back with yeast infection but there is nothing they can do because she hadn't been seen recently. But when trying to make an appointment they are a month and a half out. They rather she suffered than give her the needed medication. I recommend anyone who cares about their pet to not go their. They are expensive and never able to get an animal in need in.

Great vets, great service. They have this COVID figured out.

The recent change in hours, lack of available appointments have been a challenge. I called to get shots for my dogs and was told to go somewhere else because they are not scheduling appointments. I have been a customer for over 7 years. I also requested shot records…nothing! I have 4 dogs I need a reliable vet. It’s a shame because even though they are a bit more expensive I did receive excellent service in the past.

I can never see the same doctor for my cat. As soon as I find a vet here that’s actually nice, they LEAVE! It’s pretty telling when a business has such an extremely high turnover. We never see the same assistants either! The prices are insanely expensive and they will charge you for medication you can get for FREE at Meijer. Won’t even mention the option. Now when you call it says they are closing! Would have been nice to get a notification or something about this earlier!!

Great DVM! Answered all of our questions and concerns about our cat and was willing to go beyond the standard pat answers.

Pet Vet is a wonderful place to take your dog , they love your pets and they do a great job

I don’t have anything bad to say about Pet Vet. Just know that you don’t get much of a personal experience. Your pet is just a number in a system. Our dog received good care while she was in their care.

Always been great with our dogs. The wait in the parking lot before being acknowledged is too long. 15 minute wait and 2 texts to them before they responded.

They were wonderful when we had to put our beloved chihuahua, Ruby Tuesday down.

Always great service. They treat my dog as if it was theirs. Been going here for years and never had a complaint.

getting ahold of this clinic was a challenge in itself, and the vet was beyond rude. i am a young pet owner i’m 19 and i look younger but i take care of my animals as if they were my children. the vet told me that i was basically going to kill my cat and that i didn’t know how to take care of her. that i needed to watch her 24/7 and that if i don’t i’m putting her in harms way (that she could strangle herself or catch on fire?) Then after the appointment they wouldn’t even schedule her second rounds of shots while i was there. they told me to call and schedule and the only appointment they had was a month out. they treated me horribly and i ended up going back to my original vet that is an hour and a half drive from me. Then when i needed my records faxed over i was put on hold twice and then was transferred to an automatic voicemail system.

We (& our pups) love Pet Vet! They take excellent care of our boys! They always answer any questions we have in easily understood terms and help us make informed decisions about our dogs' health. The staff is so nice & knowledgeable!

Great vet. They are great with our dog and cats. I have not used the groomers or boarding so I can't speak to those services.

Incredibly caring and supportive team. Everyone is obviously passionate about your furry family members and take incredible care to listen, diagnose, and suggest every option.

Need to communicate with employees. Or employees that know how to do their jobs so customers dont get harrassed as i did today.

They are super understanding and compassionate, but they will also give you the honest truth in regards to your pet and what is best.

I love this place they work with you if you don't have money right away they have a program to make payments. My baby girl ( cat named sofia ) got sick a few years ago and they fixed her right up.

Great care but very expensive. They have alot of staff which of course adds to the overhead expenses. $7.00 charge for every needle or poop sample seems extreme.

The staff is always very helpful and understanding of my Boy's anxiety. He has worked with their trainer April as well and with her advice and guidance from the Dr's there my boy is happy, healthy and even abke to go to the dog park! (Which I never thought he would be able to do)

I've been going to pet vet with all my fur babies for 32 years now. The the doctors and the front desk staff. Very nice, very clean, friendly, they work with you, and have compassion for animals and their people. I ve referred many people there over the years and will remain to refer. Over all great place

The absolute only place we will take our babies!!! They truly go the extra mile and are so kind!!! Highly recommend Pet Vet for all your pet needs!!! Thank you for all you do!
