Do not support this business. We went to adopt a kitten and were practically discouraged from adopting any cat we told her we liked. She spoke down to us and treated us like we were too poor to adopt any of the kittens. I wish she would’ve introduced herself so I could call her out by name.

Always an exciting experience, very loving and caring people work there

I have nothing but positive comments and experiences here. I found a dog online and filled out the application for the dog, my husband and I went to meet the dog and spend some time with the dog. It broke my heart however this was not the dog for us ????. The staff was very understanding about our decision, we were able to see the other dogs to see if we wanted to do a meet and greet we looked closely at a couple of other dogs however we did not do any other meet or greets today. I would definitely go back to Animal Rescue Project to look for our next dog.

The staff was wonderful helping us find our new addition to our family. The rescue is very clean. Was worth the 2 hour drive.

I literally volunteer here all the time and as soon as I get enough money, I really want to adopt from here. The animals are sweethearts and they’re so fun to just spend time with, too.

Wonderful people who genuinely care alongside the beautiful souls of so many sweet dogs and cats. They're doing everything they can to provide a loving home to these animals up to the very day someone is able to bring them home. If you're looking, definitely take a look here and make sure to ask the staff about their personalities - they know them in and out. Volunteering is wonderful, too, I'd absolutely suggest it to anyone considering helping out - especially if you like playing with and walking dogs.

I just adopted a puppy from here - you can tell they care about their dogs & cats!! They did a great job introducing me to the dogs and working with me to pick out my little guy. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable.

Very unprofessional Rude customer service Was to contact me back about a pet and was told Tuesday as a contact date to hear decision on adoption of a pet and was told that my app wasnt even started when i called them on Tuesday on top of the fact that the pet was almost 275 bucks and most places are way cheaper wit cleaner facilities than this place i wont be back nor recommend them to anyone

I love this place it's a good adoption if you want animals I'd I adopt a cat and I love Til Death

I was glad to finally find a shelter that takes good care of animals...but they have no clue what good customer service is. They left me in tears because of how rude and misunderstanding they were. I hope they aren't like that with everyone so those animals can find better homes.

I can't even tell you how happy I am with my gal Jojo. She maybe a mix breed, but her heart & soul is Bassett! I enjoy spoiling her, and she takes excellent care of me as well! I am sure by summers end, I'll have stories to tell of our camping adventures together! Thank you so much!

The volunteers are amazingly caring and very friendly to their clients. They know all the animal names and demeanors to find a family a perfect fit. We love our new kitty Big Mama. I like to call her Mama Bear. She’s fitting in our pet family purrfectly!

Looking at some of the reviews my comment is this: met Jack Frost many years ago and had the opportunity to work with him and Jim. If you aren’t getting a pup dog or cat and you are writing reviews about how it’s handled, don’t. Both these dedicated men have integrity and disciplined commitment. It’s rare. To have them in our community doing this sometimes most times heart wrenching work is a blessing.

They get 4 stars for having a great selection of beautiful dogs. Loving staff, although they are clearly overwhelmed with work, to the point that after I adopted my pup, I made several calls for heath issues, and they never returned my calls.

I am so pleased with this rescue site. The staff is amazing. I rescued a two year old hound dog named Spot. She is perfect!

We dropped off some blankets for the doggos very friendly staff very helpful.
