Best place to take your dogs. Everyone is very nice.

We loved camp bow wow! We had been taking our one pup there for a year; we added a second pup over the summer. Our first long weekend of boarding with both was Labor Day weekend(she was 7 months old at the time and fixed). we got a call Saturday morning around 11am stating that our youngest pup was having issues. The owner said that she had a "strong prey drive". this was something we had never experienced or seen before. When asked for the video of the incident, she told us she doesn't remember the time it happened, but the incident was that morning. She told us that our pup didn't injure or attack another dog, but she was not welcome back. It was shocking to us so we had our pup test for any issues, aggression, and even tried to recreate the situation. She was cleared from TWO other facilities without any issues. We have never seen our pup show the same behavior and honestly feel like our pup was discriminated against. Why? She's Cane Corso, Pitbull and Chow-Chow mix. I have been super disappointed in this and although we loved the facility, the staff, etc.. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I just feel as though we got pushed aside and judged due to her breed..

Our dog always loves going to camp!

I love camp!! I actually have worked at other daycares, and this is the only establishment I trust with my dogs. And as someone who works there also, I can truly say that it is one of the cleanest and most attentive places to leave your pet. I have a formerly reactive rescue who tried daycare. She is fine with other dogs but I was so worried leaving her and worried she wouldn’t do well, I was just waiting in my car outside waiting to get a call that I needed to come and get her. But Alicia was so awesome, reaching out to me that she was doing wonderful. Alicia knew how to read her and knew how to introduce her in a way that she would be successful long term. Just that alone proves what a great environment this is and she was able to thrive and it made me so happy to watch her on camera interact with other dogs. And just seeing the time that I see the staff pours into our clients, I truly cannot say enough good about this place.

Worse experience ever! If I could give less than one star I would. We have gone to a few doggie daycares over the decades and this was the rudest service ever. Not only were they rude to my family but our dogs were aggressively yanked by the owner. And after pick up they drank two bowls of water and the staff had no idea what dogs belong to us. When we went to bring them back ours dogs fought to walk into Bow Wow. I knew at this point this was not a kind and humane place for our family pets. My family and I were at the Quincy location in Hudsonville- Very poor quality

I love how they take care of my dogs! They are siblings with very different personalities and both love going to camp! Being able to peek in on them online is a bonus. Also appreciate their grooming services. Cannot say enough positives about Hudsonville Camp Bow Wow!

Friendly staff, very informative about how things work. Made me feel secure on leaving my dog. Really appreciate the cameras so I can see what my dog is doing, not doing. How she interact with other dogs. Main selling point was my dog dragged us in the front door. No barking, no resistance. She felt welcome and safe. We will recommend & be a regular.

We bring our 2 dogs here for day care, alternating days who goes. They know both dogs' personalities so well and make it seem like they are their favorite camper. The dogs love them and they love our dogs.

Their staff is friendly and very thorough. The place is clean and well organized. Also I can look at my pet anytime I choose by using their app.

I wish my dog would have enjoyed it as much as us. Too young yet at 4 months.

Didn't use Camp Bow Wow for my dog. Seemed like a good place but too many restrictions. My 7 month old male is not fixed and they wouldn't take him.

The groomer, as well as the front desk staff, are polite, welcoming, and friendly! The groomer is thorough and treats my service dog with love. I’d recommend them to everyone.

Brought my Shih Tzu for his first grooming appointment - Will not use them again. Very disappointed. Did choppy haircut they covered his neckline with bandana so I don't see the sloppy job they did

We've gone to many Camp Bow Wow's across the country as we travel and they have all been exceptional. This one is no exception. Friendly, open, caring and a good price for day care. I love the webcam feature. Even while we're visiting gardens, I can sneak a peek at our Katie huddled in the corner of her pen while the other dogs race around.

Love taking my pup here while I am at work! She is always so well cared for and has the best time with her pup friends and all the workers. Can’t recommend them enough!

we love taking our dog there. on our breaks at work, we look in on him via the doggy cams. Maxwell is always having fun. the staff is amazing. you can definitely tell they love dogs and their jobs.

Wonderful place to take your dog there. Jersey has so much fun and we know without a doubt that she is always in the best hands. The staff loves these dogs. They keep us up-to-date with the day she had. Very clean! This is her home away from home. We can go out of town and have peace of mind that she is in good hands. They care about your friend as much as you do! We are thankful for them!

I like the facility and most importantly the staff. Leaving my furrbaby behind for a work or leisure trip is hard but the staff is customer service oriented, friendly, reachable and every person I have met thus far is very kind and loves animals. I also like the fact that I can watch Harley at any given time. Like they say on the webcam page "it is addicting". I lived in Texas and had a great experience. Now living in Western Michigan, Hudsonville Camp Bow Wow provides a great experience and is top notch!

This place takes great care of my pups! They always keep me in the loop with what is going on with them!

We love that the dogs get to have free play all day. It is really important to us that our dog is not in a kennel the entire time he is boarded. The staff is amazing and they truly love the dogs. They know our dog by name when we walk in for just weekend boarding in the summer and a few winter trips. Our pup gets so excited when we gets inside because he knows that he is going to be loved on. He can not wait to get in to play. We are able to check in on the web cams any time we want to see what he is up to. This gives us an extra feeling of security knowing that he is ok. We also pay a small fee to have him bathed and his nails clipped when we pick him up which is so worth it!
