The staff at Town Center are very kind and caring. They seem to truly love their patients and provide a high level of quality care. Everyone is so friendly and I felt welcome there. I would highly recommend them.

First time at a vet. Great experience

We had a very personable experience atTCVA. The staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. Dr. Emily is amazing she seemed to loved our Izzy. She was sweet, gentle and kind to our dog. I would highly recommend Town Center Veterinary Associates.

Shelly is the best. I would be lost without her. I would recommend her 100%.

The front desk staff was very friendly and got me in quick. Dr Jon-Paul was very good with my cat and Hannah the assistant was also very friendly and helpful.

I have 2 cats and a puppy and we all love Town Center Vet (cats not so much lol). The staff is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and friendly! As a new dog owner I feel like I have lots of questions and everyone is always so nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable and they always tend to have open availability. They even squeezed us in when we had an emergency. We trust the doctors here and highly recommend for your veterinary needs!

Took my baby kitty there this past week and I must say, this place has THE friendliest staff. They were all helpful, even helped me carry my kitten to the car cause my hands were full. Great first experience there, and will definitely be back for my other pets' future needs. :)

The office is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have great appointment availability, as well.

We just moved to the area and we have a large dog and two cats who were due for their yearly checkups and boosters. I scheduled separate appointments for all three and we were very happy with the great service received on every visit. I think staff understands how stressful vet visits can be for felines compared to dogs which made a huge difference in the service we received. I had never experienced special treatment for cats at a vet and it felt like ours were treated like royalty. Happy to have found our new primary vet in the first try!

The staff, tech, and vet were so kind and so helpful. They took time to get to know my cat and treated her as if she were a part of their family too. They also took time to make sure I understood the results of the exam and lab tests. Very happy to have this place to rely on!

Finding a kitten on my front porch, I made calls to have her seen by a vet. I was told by most that they were unable to see her until mid July. Town Center, however, made a point to fit her in almost immediately. I have since had her spayed, needed vaccinations given and nails trimmed. I received a call from the vet both times after being seen, with her going over everything in detail. I so appreciate the friendliness and professionalism from each and every staff member and would not hesitate to reccomend Town Center Veterinary Clinic!

They are very kind and compassionate and do not do treatment without reviewing with you first and giving a quote and treatment options ???? We have been clients of Dr. Pozniak since 1997 and have only the very best things to say about her and the staff. Our dog is always excited to visit them because of the great treatment she receives. Unfortunately, Dr. Pozniak is retiring and we will all miss her dearly. She was truly "one in a million" and anyone who tries to fill her shoes will be faced with a Herculean challenge.
