I love this store. The only reason I give it 4/5 is because they are not price friendly. They are on the high side. The animals and products they sell and the people that work there are amazing so that makes up for the $$!!!

Turned away from nail trim appointment because my senior (13 yr old) dog is a month overdue for her rabies. Have they even tried to get a vet appt during COVID? The rescue took a month getting one for my new foster and she has a broken leg! Done with PetSmart.

The staff at the Howell pet smart are always very friendly and helpful. Great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. First time using the grooming here, great service!

All star staff, especially the groomers, Ryan was very informative when I called him with questions on how to do grooming maintenance when it comes to a cat

Bianca is great! Everyone at the store was so nice to the dogs and us. Perfect! Highly recommend! ****Update - This place went downhill. We will never bring our dogs here again. Our dogs are chow/shepherds with long double coats. Claudia gouged Hans's fur and didn't clip his nails (even though we were charged for it). We were just not going to ever go back, but ended up there for milk replacer for 5 week old kittens. Ask to speak to manager - not there, left message to call us, 9 days later went back - Ashley the manager spoke to us but really didn't care. We were not looking for a refund, but wanted to let her know why we are leaving this poor review. We now have enough food for the kittens, will never set foot in this store again.

Was very pleased in the staffs help in my questions and the store was very clean. I've seen some bad stores in the past and was well pleased with this location.

Super knowledgeable about guinea pigs and helped me select the best housing, food, hay, treats and accessories I needed as well as giving me tips on building a larger cage with supplies not found in the Petsmart store.

Guys there are lots of cats waiting for adoption, they are really cute. Hope you choose to adopt them instead of buying somewhere. All they want is to have a real home.
