This was the most difficult and sad day of my life and Comfort Care was nothing less than exceptional. From the staff who helped schedule the appointment (Jessica and Kristen), to Dr. Kristen who came to our home, everyone was so kind and empathetic. I reccomend this business to anyone who has to make the choice of putting their loved one down. I couldn't have asked for a better way for my baby to go. Thank you all so so much. We love you.

Wow! Just Wow! My 10 yo GSP ruptured his Cruciate Ligament and had surgery. A few weeks later he was scheduled for an evaluation for pain management and Physical Therapy with Dr. Zinderman and his team (Anna and Meleesa). Everyone was so amazing, professional, respectful, and all around wonderful for Zak and myself. Anna continuously provided me with exercises that I could do at home to keep him moving and building muscle. Meleesa provided very caring acupuncture to Zak and sent me text messages with pictures of Zak sleeping with all of the staff (including Dr. Z!!!). I am happy to report that after 10 weeks of PT and Acupuncture appts (1 of each per week), Zak is ready to add more mileage to his days and begin to do more things. He won't be free to run for a few more months, but he can now do a lot more and do those things pain free! We are doing all of the exercises still, to keep his muscle tone and range of motion intact. Thank you Dr. Zinderman, Anna, and Meleesa. I can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and care! Zak misses you and thanks you too (woof woof!)!!! = )

Dr. Zinderman provided us with such excellent service during such a heartbreaking and sensitive time. Making the decision to say goodbye to a furry family member is never easy, but Dr. Zinderman really took the time to discuss the process and also was very reassuring about our decision. We felt so fortunate that we were able to schedule an appointment within 48-72 hours of our initial call, especially when we were turned away by 2-3 other overbooked vets. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Zinderman and Comfort Care and will be consulting him again in the future if/when the time comes for my senior kitties.

Even though this was one of the hardest things I've been through, Dr. Zinderman was very kind and patient through the entire process of saying goodbye to my sweet boy Caesar. It sounds common that the second injection is not easy for any animal but he waited after giving a small amount more of the first one to make the second one would go better for Caesar. Never rushing through any of it. He thoroughly explained everything before he started. Its never a great moment to see your pet, who is a family member, go through this and it may not be for everyone, but I felt more relieved knowing I was right there talking and comforting my sweet boy til the end and all in the privacy of my own backyard while he felt the warmth of the sunshine on him. We owe it to our four legged loved ones to be there in such a vulnerable moment!

My dog had a full tear of her ACL. CCVS did a TTA-R procedure and the results have been great. They did a terrific job on the procedure and kept me informed throughout every step.

I have waited 3 months to write this but I am reminded each time I look at our dear Suzy's picture of how I let her down having Dr. Zinderman perform her euthanasia. I am sad over the circumstances (her rapid decline) and the timing (during a weekend with our own vet unavailable and Lap of Love overbooked) that led us to him. I am glad that he came in a timely manner and that she was able to remain at home. But I know she felt pain on the initial injection in her leg and during her brief (thankfully) seizure that followed. I will NEVER be convinced otherwise. The tourniquet method used by Dr. Zinderman is outdated and can be cruel. I hope that he improves his services in the future. I am glad to see so many positive reviews but wonder where the negative reviews disappeared to (sadly I saw them after our experience). For as long as I live I will regret that her final moments were not the serene ones that she so well deserved.

After having to make the decision to let my beautiful boy Hi Side go to the heavens, Dr. Z was amazing and so compassionate the entire time. He explained everything so we understood what was happening. I was happy that my buddy was at home with his family that love him so much! If and when I get another dog he will definitely be my choice for our Vet. Thank you!

Dr. Zinderman's compassion and kindness are truly exemplary. After struggling for a couple of weeks, I made the heartbreaking decision to let my sweet girl go late in the afternoon and called around to try to find a vet who would come to …

Our dog had three knee surgeries, the last one was to correct one that went wrong. We were afraid we’d never be able to take our then three year old dog on more than a block or two for a walk as she would limp and struggle the whole way. …

Really impressed with the team at Comfort Care Veterinary Services and their rehab care! Normally Kit gets laser acupuncture, but today she got the real thing. Dr Z worked his magic and we were all amazed she stayed so calm. The team there is the absolute best!

The doctor helped make the best out of a bad situation. it's never easy to put down a friend and companion but we were able to do it at home where he was comfortable without the stress of the car ride.

We did not have a good experience with our dog's in home euthsnasia. We felt rushed and our dog was very uncomfortable during the procedure with the tourniquet. We wanted to hold him in our arms but the Dr. made us lay him down on the bed …

It was an amazing experience for something that is so difficult to do. Dr. Lisa Walling was great. During the Covid-19 issue, she was still able to come to our house last minute on a Sunday and it was all so gratifying how she was so understanding and her support. I can't say enough of how this is the way to go for when it's time for your beloved pet. Can't thank her enough.

Earlier this year, my dog had a TPLO procedure to repair torn ligaments. She is very active and energetic, so we made the decision to put her through physical therapy during her recover, and we were lucky enough to find Dr. Zinderman and the Comfort Care staff. They worked with me to make sure I could fit the appointments in my schedule, and were flexible on the few occasions I needed to move the time. They took the time to walk me through the procedures and what to expect, and I loved getting pictures of my dog in her therapy sessions. Everyone involved was genuinely affectionate and caring toward my dog, and it was comforting knowing that she was in the care of people who were invested in her. I would not hesitate to bring her, or any other dog, here in the future knowing the quality of care and kindness they would receive.

I took my Yorkie there for rehabilitation post-ACL surgery. Dr. Zinderman and his staff all treated her very well and sent me pictures and video of what they were doing (I had to wait in the car due to Covid). They were flexible on dates/times for me, and made changes in our routine based on how she was feeling and recovering. Melissa was great about checking on her and making sure she was recovering well. I do believe they helped her progress through her recovery more quickly, and the laser therapy and acupuncture helped reduce her soreness and inflammation. Thanks!

My experience for at home euthanasia was great, except for during the second shot, it hurt my dog and he struggled and was in pain ... and it took too long to hurry and administer it. Not sure if this is a normal thing or what happened.... ????????‍♀️
