Glenda's Grooming Howell, Michigan

I have a dog who is terrified of nail clippers and I give 5 stars to anyone who can get her nails clipped. I am new to area so I was nervous finding a new place but am glad I found them! Update 2022: Started taking one of my smaller dogs here for grooming. He has crazy hair and his cut was great. He was happy as well ???? pics are before and after.

I have been taking my two yorkies there for years. Always nicely done. Except the last time we went right before Thanksgiving, they came home with the worst cuts ever. Both had uneven hair on legs and feet. Looked barely touch. They must of been in a hurry to get out we paid $45 each plus tip for something I could of done better at home. Very disappointed.

Been going to Glenda for 6 years, she's FABULOUS!! Glenda is always wonderful with all 3 of our dogs. I can't say enough great things. All the staff is kind and loving, 5 stars all the way!

If you want your dog to come home with cuts and bruises then go to glendas grooming.

We have been coming here for about a year. And the only problems we have had was just our dogs hair cut being uneven almost every time. That was until this last Wednesday 10/13 when my dog got a hair cut and left with cuts and bruises all over him. We kept coming here for the convenience of it being so close to home, even with the haircuts always being not so good.. he has never come home with any cut or scratch before until recently. But now we will never come back. There’s never and excuse for this to happen. If I could give zero stars I would.

My dog got skunked this morning. I called our normal groomer and they couldn't squeeze us in. I called a bunch of other groomers, and they wouldnt accommodate. Finally I called glenda's. They were able to get us in quickly and did an amazing job! Definitely switching over to them for our normal grooming service!! Thank you!!

I asked for his hair to be cut halfway and told them he had matting and they just shaved him completely. We even had to fix his ears because they didn’t match. It’s still cold and now he is without his winter coat! Should have at least called me. Very sad!

I have been taking Oscar my 13 year old long haired Dachshund to Glenda's for 5 years. Dawn is always so patient and gentle with him , even though I know he is a total pain in the butt to groom he always is so fresh and looks great when he gets home I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone !

Glenda's is great! They bathed my 16 year old cat who had never been bathed before.. i was worried but she did really well!

My pitbull is almost 2 and we have been struggling to clip his nails at home since we got him. Glenda's clipped his nails in less than 5 minutes. For a more than reasonable price, with no appointment needed.

Dawn grooms my lil toy poodle & she always does a great job.

TOOK MY DOG HERE AFTER BEING DISSATISFIED WITH HER OTHER GROOMERS. VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB GLENDA DID. VERY QUICK TURNAROUND AND SHE LOOKS GREAT WITHOUT BEING STRESSED OUT.

I was so happy with our first ever visit to be groomed! I didn't know what to expect but all my worries were reassured! It was like I got a new puppy, I cried a lil when I first saw my clean cut Bear Butt!!

They do a great job! They have been grooming my 2 dogs for about a year. I love the fact that they are only there for 2 hours...and look fantastic! Summer is golden retriever that gets shaved and is a senior that can’t spend all day at the spa anymore! Violet is a yorkie and always looks adorable!

This is a excellent place to take your dog! My mom has been taking her dog here for years. I just started taking my dog here when I broke my wrist. My dog loves coming here, I think she feels like it’s her spa time. She always smells so good.... and so happy and excited when she leaves all clean. These ladies are awesome!! ❤️????❤️
