They did a great job grooming my two malamute mixes who were in rough shape due to our lack of brushing! Our dogs are usually stressed out after a day of grooming at other places we’ve been to, but not today! Will definitely be back!

Used to love bringing my pup in to get her nails cut here. It was $10 for a cut and Dremel. Brought her in this week they upped the price 100% to $20. I requested a cut and dremel and only got a cut. Additionally they didn't tell me they cut too far into the quick… It opened up again and she bled all over my cream carpet at home.

Love this place! I took my dogs here to stay the night and they took good care of them!

My elderly dog was cut by her groomer. She mentioned it but no apology, treatment recommendation, or even the appearance of regret. I found it unprofessional and uncaring! My dog limped for a full month!!

This place is an awesome get away for your dog of any size! They have some of the best shampoos and conditioners for your little or big best friend. They have some of the coolest collars with matching leashes ever. Also some of the best toys that r very strong and sturdy. If u need anything from grooming to bones and treats this is yours place to go.

Wonderful place! They were so kind to my pup! They have cute dog cookies all decorated, reminds me of when your kid is good they get a sucker. I will definitely be using them agian.

Our dogs were struggling with remembering manners postpandemic, since they hadn't been seeing other people for quite some time. We brought them here for the 2 week board and train. Saying I'm happy with them seems like a major understatement. They post pictures every day of all the dogs. When the board and train dogs aren't in class, they're playing. After the 2 weeks staying there, the following week they go to the daycare (it's all built into the price- no surprise fees) As soon as we turn into the driveway, the dogs start to lose their minds. They are so excited to be there. It really puts my mind at ease knowing they love it there so much. For the board and train, It was pricey (obviously) but worth it. Included in the price is, the 2 week stay for your dog (they even have a multidog discount) Then the third week just going to daycare to help with the transition. You get a very good quality collar and name tag that you get to pick out, a prong collar that's sized properly, and a light weight leash. They even picked out the light weight leashes to match their collars :) Both dogs were freshly bathed and had their nails trimmed as well! I had the most contact with Kelsey, and she's beyond wonderful. I did speak with a few other people, and they were very kind. I missed those buggers for the 2 weeks they were gone, but we can actually take them places now!

We were going to be 2 min late picking our dog up coming back from a trip to Chicago. I called ahead several times to let them know but no one picked up the phone. when we arrived 2 min late and knocked we could see people inside but they would not come to the door or answer the phone. They know he was scheduled to be picked up that day and we were literally only 2 minutes late. I realize it is important to be on time and I try to be punctual but unforeseen circumstances occur. A grace period would of been nice especially if staff are still there it is disappointing no accommodations could of been met for being so close. Dog has food allergies and we did not pack allot of extra dog food for him. They did not mention how his stay was, did he eat and go to bathroom ok nothing. Was charged for an extra night. I feel like they just wanted to get another nights stay out of us considering they were still there and could of released our dog.

Just wanted to provide info that I needed in making decision on where to go. Penneigh is my 11 month Standard Poodle who came to us right before COVID19 lockdown. She has not had much people/pets outside our home/ grooming training for this reason. They were able to get her feet shaved but due to her being so nervous they did not pluck her ears(the #1 reason I took her in). She came ou after 3 hours and looks so adorable with her cut and they even put a bow in her hair. The total cost for cut wash dry and nil trim was $87. Again no cleaning of the ears and we did not have any extra done.

You dont just rate them they rate your dog . So your dog isn't with more aggressive other dogs .

Dublin is so HAPPY when I get there in the morning and TIRED when I pick her up. The staff is helpful and great with Dub!
