Dr Joy has been taking care of my dogs since 2013 and I couldn't be happier with the care my girls have gotten. They truly love animals and it shows. When our senior dog showed signs of slowing down they treated her with compassion and respect and when it was time for her to leave us there was noone else I would have trusted to make her journey over the bridge with the dignity and respect she deserved. Many thanks to the Roadside staff! From Abby, Bonnie and Melody.

I cannot speak highly enough about this office. Staff are very friendly, the vet genuinely cares about your animal and takes the time to examine and explain things in depth. Highly recommend!!

I don't like being talked down to, I felt that I was. I was amazed at the cost of the treatment, which I thought was high. After speaking to another vet tech I was informed that that was an average to good price

$1000 for two 20lb dogs for a regular checkup including a year long heart guard shot for both. Complete sticker shock after our prior vet that closed for personal reasons. Never had a bill above $350 at prior vet including neutering. Don't go here.

Our pets have been seeing Dr. Joy since she started with Roadside--over 15 years ago. Dr. Joy has a way with pets who can be difficult, such as our cat, Pumpkin. Pumpkin lived to 19. Dr. Joy was wonderful to Pumpkin during her life and was so kind when it was time to say good-bye. Our dog, Evie, just turned 16. Dr. Joy got Evie through 2 life threatening emergencies and has provided excellent care for Evie in her senior years. Evie loves going to Roadside. She is always greeted with enthusiasm and lots of attention.

Roadside offers outstanding veterinary care. Excellent and knowledgeable staff and always polite and courteous. If you choose them for your fur babies needs you won’t be disappointed.

My baby girl Nyx had her first wellness checkup today and they handled her really well, the tech who got her, as it was a curbside appointment, was really good with her and treated her super well. The vet called us and explained all things with us and was very good about explaining and answering any questions. Also extremely fairly priced for everything she had done with our girl today.

I was skeptical about the curbside operation due to covid and having my dog go into the vet without our support. The vet tech did a great job of walking us through things and Dr Joy did an amazing job explaining things to us on the phone. I can't wait until this covid headache is behind us but rest assured roadside is doing a great job making a covid vet visit as normal as possible.

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Roadside since 2001 when I moved to Milford. The clinic was highly recommended by my vet in Brighton. I have always been satisfied by the service. Most importantly, the staff and the veterinarians have helped my family with the most difficult situations with compassion and professionalism. I am so grateful to have this level of care.

Have been taking my animals here for a long time, recently got my vet records for one of my animals. On this vet records I can read all the notes that they have made through out the years. There are snarky comments written up about things that are asked about as a genuine concern, being told one thing by an employee and then the employee changes their mind and things are discussed between two employees that I was told other wise. Very unprofessional and rude. They don't seem to care about the customer service part of working in the public. It makes me wonder if they know that customers can read these comments/notes that are made. It also seems like they are "forgetting" to write down what services my pets are receiving and then tell me I'm overdue for the same thing next time.I have heard that from other customers as well but noticed it more recently in the pst year. Will not be bringing my pets here again.

Very greedy practice, and I don't appreciate that at all.... My cat occasionally gets a cough, like bronchitis for humans. There is a simple Rx that gets it under control quickly, but my usual Vet is closed today. So since I knew the name and typical dosage of the Rx, I thought it was worth calling RVC to ask them to consider dispensing a few days worth without seeing him; this didn't require a $200 vet bill. So this was a chance for RVC to help a pet, just asked for a non harmful Rx to help him before I could get him in to my vet. IMO, that is what you do to help your community, but decided that they wanted a lot for the "help". The receptionist checked with Management and relayed to me that their would be a $100 "emergency visit fee" just to get in the door, as they were "all booked up". So a $100 cash grab makes you somehow less busy??!! You could have dispensed 2 days worth of a low grade antibiotic, which gets quartered......so literally 1 tablet!!! You wouldn't have needed to see him, add additional workload for your staff, OR inconvenienced other pet appointments by squeezing another in. Shame on you. You took a simple situation and made it about your profits. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I didn't even get to the door and they failed.

We have only had a puppy for 5 months now and everything has been great, even during Covid-19. Pets are picked up from parking lot and you are called during exam.

My sister called because her cat was sick and hadn't ate or drank for 2 days. They couldn't get her in for 5 days. A cat could be dead after going 7 days without eating or drinking. She was a regular client. She found a new vet who got her in first thing the next day. She will never go to roadside again.

They do a nice job with curb side service. The vet will call you and talk to you about the services your dog is receiving and answer and questions you may have. I would use them again.

This place is AWESOME!!! We just got an older dog and wanted him checked out and get shots. It is curbside service but the techs, receptionists and Dr. Joy are the best! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They also have a grooming salon.

We recently brought our dog, Ruby to Roadside Veterinary. First experience with this Vet. Ruby was experiencing pain, and they were able to adjust their schedule, and see her within hours of my call. Once there Everything was explained clearly, including costs. I would recommend Roadside Veterinary to my family and friends. Bonus; they are Very Friendly.

Professional and friendly staff. I have a diabetic dog and have to take him in often. The staff cares for him as if he was their dog. Doctor Joy is very helpful and gas always gone out of her way to help us and answer any questions. Update: I was in a pinch and needed insulin for my dog. My vet didn't have it so they called here. One bottle was 120.00. That is exactly double what it costs. I knew it would be more there (was 80.00 when I get it there before). Unless it's an emergency don't go here. They way over charge
