Staff and doctors are all so helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of our last dog throughout her final years and now they're caring for our puppy. Prices are reasonable and I trust them completely!

I love this vet. I called because my little chi was experiencing multiple problems and they told me to bring her in immediately. I am in town from Grand Rapids, so I needed a reliable vet. One hour later, she had all of her tests done and was prescribed a couple of antibiotics. They called me a few days after her appointment to make sure she was doing better, and I even received two calls checking up on her both one and two weeks after she was finished taking her antibiotics. The staff truly cares about the pets they see. They are so thoughtful and kind. My family has gone to Ore Creek for years. I plan to have a dental cleaning done soon for my chi, and though I am nervous (like any pet parent!!) I completely trust them.

I love this vet! Dr. Gannon and her staff have been so helpful and friendly and always give the best care to my animals. I adopt seniors so I am a "regular" at their office. They have taken such good care of my old guys. Good diagnostics and my dogs love her team.

Our dog was a patient for a few years but stopped going because they wanted to do unnecessary testing. Now our dog is old and falling down and they refuse to euthanize him. Told us they wouldn’t help and take dog to vet hospital.

They take great care of my animals as if they are their own!!

They are by far the most outstanding vet I have had. They go above and beyond for the pets who come in. The staff are kind and welcoming. They are quick to answer any question you may have and always call to check up on your pets after a visit. I would never go anyplace else after being lucky enough to stumble upon them. Highly recommend.
