Larry and his staff are the best! We started going here 10 years ago after Harvey's overcharged us for a BS diagnosis, and we're very happy we did.

I’m new to the neighborhood.. I was turned away because they aren’t accepting new patients at this time… I asked if there’s any other hospitals they’d recommend & it is an emergency. The receptionist blatantly told me to just search for one, not once did she show any empathy or try to help.. She was very dismissive & showed not an ounce of care.

Our vet is great, we adopted our dog there, and keep going back because the customer service is great, everyone, even the receptionists are super knowledgeable. They always answer questions when I call

I don't know what we would do without Dr Herzog and his staff..

Dr. Herzog is the nicest man!

Dr. Herzog and his team clearly care deeply about animals. They have always treated our critters like family and always find a way to squeeze us in if one of our gang is having a problem and needs to be seen. He could charge much more than he does and I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

We adopted a bonded pair of cats about a year ago from a local cat rescue and recently took them to see Dr. Herzog for their annual checkup, boosters, and microchips. Dr. Herzog is a very kind and loving man. You can tell he has a passion for animals and he treats them incredibly well. Both of our cats were completely comfortable around him and he was able to take care of us in a very short amount of time. The pricing for the services received were also very good. I have no complaints about this Animal Clinic!

Service May be great. Was told good things. Waited on hold for almost half hour then got disconnected and before I could speak after calling back was told to hold again. If you have one job and that job is to manage the phones and greet people it shouldn’t get so complicated that you cannot even acknowledge that someone is being put on hold.

Dr. Herzog is a wonderful person a wonderful doctor and a wonderful Veterinarian. He's been taking care of my Himalayan since he was a little kitten. I really believe he should also start taking care of people because when I leave, I feel better as well ???? I also love how caring and patient the staff is as well.
