Dr. Coll and her team are awesome! They were all so sweet to our pups during their first vet visit and sent us pictures of the puppies during their visit since we couldn’t go in. They answered all of our questions and sent us home with super helpful information. Great service, great experience!

Harvey animal hospital is the best. They take great care of all my dogs. King, Gray C, ka$h and lightning. They are very knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend them for any of your animal needs.

I honestly have to stay I am extremely disappointed in this place, there is zero compassion. I accidentally missed an appointment by half hour thinking that it was at another time the lady originally told me. They took my money and said sorry I cant schedule you again for another 4 weeks and you have have to pay for the visit in full again before we re-schedule. Would you wanna take your pet here? NO! I will never let you guys steal another dollar from me.

I'm originally from Detroit, born & raised, but I moved out of state for a time. When I returned in 2018, I brought two fur babies home with me, & i needed to find a good vet for them. Harvey Animal Hospital was recommended to me, & I've been happy to call them my family vet since late 2018. I have been very satisfied with the care they have provided my babies. Dr. Call, & the staff have always been courteous, caring, & professional, & due to my being a person with a disability, I feel that the staff have taken that into consideration when assisting me in the care & wellness of my pets. If I have concerns, I've always been able to call them, & a vet tech will assist me. I also highly recommend their wellness plan for cats. The wellness plan is really good value for the money, & takes the worry & financial sting out of unexpected vet visits, as well as helping with the costs of testings, screenings & medications. I would recommend Harvey Hospital to any pet parent, especially for cats.

Was concerned about my dogs hips and was suggested to visit this place . Nervous to try after a recent visit to another vet clinic, but I gave it a good old fashion try ????. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Friendly staff, professional, reasonably priced, overall a decent experience will highly recommend and most likely use their services again.

I came across Harvey Animal Hospital on a whim, in desperate search to get my Rabbit seen and I am so glad I did. I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is so friendly, caring and compassionate. The pricing is very reasonable. I thank and appreciate Dr. Notebaert, so much for fitting my Lennon in on such short notice and providing professional yet, gentle care for him. My Lennon was back to good in no time. So sorry to hear Dr. Notebaert, is leaving the clinic but I humbly wish him well! And I am excited to build a good relationship with the new Doctor coming in. My experience thus far has been nothing but great here. An urgent visit has turned in to them becoming my primary vet clinic :)

My cat and dog have been patience at the hospital for several years. There prices are reasonable for your pet's medical needs

I have a sugar glider that recently became ill, because of Covid it was impossible to get her seen by any veterinarian. The staff at Harvey we're very compassionate and found a way to get me an appointment. They were very professional and thorough and I got a great sense that they truly cared about helping my animal. I can't thank you enough

I would NEVER recommend this place. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. I couldn't get my cat in for an emergency so they referred me elsewhere. Only for Harvey to blame the emergency vet for not doing their jobs when it came time to following up. Prior I had to call in for results for testing, when I was told I would be contacted. Only for the receptionist to tell me that they were emailed. (They were not) she acted like I didn't know my email address. I received my pets records today as I'm am just fed up. Only to find out that the test was NEVER emailed cause it wasn't even put in. SHAME ON YOU HARVEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL! Putting people's pets on backburners and wanting to blame other companies for your mistakes.

6 STARS --- I have fallen in love with this vet team! They are so responsive and can communicate via text message within 15-30 mins for any reason. The staff is fantastic they send pictures of our puppy during the visit and wish our dog hugs and kisses :) Even when I was out of town and our puppies is sick they helped and gave us guidance and recommendations and followed up to understand how our dog was doing.

So far, I have had great experiences here with my dog. We have been to six different vets and this is my favorite so far. I appreciate that every employee is trained in fear-free methods so you know that your dog is in good hands. They all use up-to-date humane methods to care for your dog and are super friendly towards the humans! As a certified professional dog trainer, I cannot recommend this vet enough. If anything changes, I will update my review.

Really disappointed. My cat went here and was cleared with antibiotics and apparently a clear x ray, no indication something serious was happening. Went to a different place to discover she has cancer, quite advanced. We then have to put her on comfort care, ask for steriods to make her comfortable and they haven't even reviewed it yet to get us her meds. Have more compassion for individuals going through these horrendously difficult times. My cat is my whole world and therapy cat, I am so mad with how we were cared for here.

The level of care they give and time they take to explain everything to you is unbeatable. The follow up texts are also wonderful and just reaffirm how great this vet really is. If you're looking for a vet or considering a change, look no further than Harvey. You won't be disappointed.

I used to work with Dr. Notebaert and trust him with all my pets, especially the exotics. The staff here is always friendly as well. No complaints here. Keep up the great work guys!

Always the best care for our two labs. What is really important to us is that they accommodate bringing both our dogs in together whenever one of them needs a visit independently. They’re so close, grew up as siblings, and have a really hard time being separated. So allowing us to bring two larger dogs in at the same time so they can comfort one another means everything to my husband and I. Love this place and their caring ‘patient-centered’ staff.

I take my Moluccan Cockatoo here for check ups and some light grooming. The staff is always very professional & makes Cleo comfortable despite being a crabby 30 year old lady :)

What an amazing place to take your animals. The staff is very friendly and they are fear free certified.

I had the hardest time getting my rabbit into a vet when she developed a head tilt and cataract. Even the local animal emergency rooms had 4-5 hr waits! Harvey animal hospital was able to squeeze me in withing 24 hrs of calling, even though they had a full schedule. Because of this, she was able to start her antiparasitic medications before her symptoms got bad. Staff was friendly and easy to work with when I asked a million questions. Would highly recommend.

Was looking to establish a relationship with a good vet for my Mr. Big and I am pleased to say that so far I'm very happy with my choice to come here. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean environment, appears to really care for my lil guy and my concern for his health. It's still early, however I hope nothing changes.

This place is a nightmare I took my 2 month old kitten to Harvey Animal Hospital in June 2020 they charged me $100 dollars for a emergency visit then charged me $ 495.00 before even giving my kitten a proper physical after keep him for 4 hours they then tell me he need to go to the hospital witch will be another $ 600 dollars, after picking my kitten up I had to call and tell them to email me my receipt after getting my receipt they had the nerves to keep $110.00 dollars and tell me it was credited. Who in the hell told you, you can keep my money! Now I'm going back and forth with my bank to get my money! Shame on these people.These.people are thieves and I advise everyone to stay away.

The staff was lovely to my guinea pig Noesy Girl! She had been ill all week when she received an appointment due to cancellation. The Veterinarian did the best he could do that Friday for her and she passed Sunday ????! I shall return with anyone of my furry family for care! God Bless

If I could put no stars I would. I took my cat here after noticing a part of his rib was sticking out. The doctors recommended X-rays be taken to see if he had anything broken. They told me my cat was bloated and the protruding bone was normal(he did not have this a month ago). After 2 days they called me and asked me if my cat was improving, after I told them he had not improved at all they asked me to bring him back in for a re-check up. I assumed it would financially be on them since THEY missed what was wrong with my cat. The also recommended I get blood drawn to make sure my cat did not have any diseases. when I got the bill I had been charged for the visit when THEY were the ones that called me asking to come in if he wasn't better. At the end of the day, they scammed me out of over $500 and never figured out what was wrong with my cat. DO NOT GO HERE. All they care about is money and will take advantage of you if they can.

Absolutely amazing staff!! They are very organized, thorough, compassionate and understanding/patient. Talk about excellent communication as well!! We have a pitbull we rescued who is very reactive around other dogs and will not let any humans besides me and my husband approach her or touch her. She is going through heartworm treatment which requires painful injections. Dr. Coll and the entire staff have truly individualized her plan of care and vet routine to work with her fears and put us at ease. I am so grateful to have Harvey Animal Hospital as our vet.
