Been a client for 18 years, 2 dogs 1 cat. I RECOMMENDED THEM ALL DAY LONG. They care about the animals. They are knowledgeable, and discuss and explain. They work as much as they CAN with payment. They treat pet parents with respect always. Their process is pretty tight, you get in and out on reasonable fashion, get info (really talk to you), exam, RX, billing--even during pandemic. Even easy to get to, 4 minute off freeway and downtown Detroit. And one of the OLDEST businesses on Detroit. Much much much love for them!!!

Best veterinarian services around. Everyone that works there is wonderful, helpful and really cares about you and your pet. I truly love this place.

The staff is friendly, took great care of my diabetic cat, and even sent him home with diet treats after a dental cleaning. They’re also great and timely about approving my cat’s prescription food on Chewy.

Great place Leo got his shots and is up to date. And Mrs. Dr. Carter was great & patient with him he's in his terrible 2's so his bark just loud but hes a big bby. Thank you so much next month check up.

I absolutely love the staff, they are so compassionate with the animals. I'm glad that I found them for my fur babies. When my Beethoven was diagnosed with lymphoma they not only comforted him they comforted me as well. Beethoven has passed on ???? but I will be getting me another fur baby and he will be treated Dr. Graham and staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Seriously *the* best vet. We started going to Patterson when we lived downtown and our dog had horrible anxiety. They were so gentle and so understanding with him. We've since moved and adopted a second dog and it's well worth the drive to take them both there now. Pricing is reasonable and you cannot beat the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Over the last 20 years Patterson's has been there to provide care to 2 cats and now 4 dogs for my family. The team at Patterson's doesn't just care about the animals, they clearly care about their humans as well. When I was a young, college student, who came to them with a stray kitten they could have taken $200 off me that I couldn't spare at the time to get him fixed. Instead they referred me to a spay and neuter clinic that would preform the surgery for much less. They did this without judgement and before I even mentioned that I couldn't afford it. Since they have been there for puppies and pets passing with so much compassion and professionalism that I still take my pets to them after moving to the suburbs.

Kinda pushy with costly testing even when you tell them your in a financial situation and can't afford it

I like this place for my dog and I love the Vet but I'm not really fond of there groomer. I hated the way he cut my puppy's hair.

I have a 14 yr old Havanense with a collapsed Trachea and all the BIG BOX store's wouldn't allow him to be groomed, nor would any Vet's (including the Humane Society treat him for this condition. These Doctors stepped to the plate and prescribed him medication and has a groomer onsite to bathe and groom him. His condition is irreversible, but with the extensive medical knowledge of the Staff he's doing better and being groomed as well. I LOVE PATTERSON DOG AND CAT!!! Thank you Doctor's!

Thank you so much to the dedicated staff, nurses and docs at Patterson! They were so helpful, kind, and patient as I had to call several times to order and reorder special diet food for my cat. I really appreciated the extra care and attention everyone paid to our elderly fuzzy friend.

Such a great place. The staff is so nice and helpful, the vet was amazing on the phone she answered all my questions with no problem she didn't make me feel rushed like other places and the pricing is fair. I would definitely recommend Patterson Dog and Cat Hospital if you are looking for a vet.

Been coming here for two years. They treat your animals really well and my skiddish cats do really well here. Dr Lee and Dr Graham are very knowledgeable and are great at helping pet parents with their concerns.

This has to be one of the best vets ever. Such a nice staff and you can tell that they’re very sweet with the animals they see.

Patterson is very professional. Even they were booked, they recommended a vet so my puppy could be seen pronto.

So incredibly responsive and kind. My first experience there from receptionist to tech to Dr could not have been better. They took an incredible amount of time explaining best next steps for my aging dog and got me in as soon as possible!
