The one tank with tons of fish seems a bit too much. The store layout is a bit strange. My first visit I could not find dental bones

Bettas are dying in their bowls. Very sad!! Extremely low stock on fish accessories. Can not find items i am looking for. But more than anything. You have a great selection of dying, suffering bettas . And i cannot save them all. You need to find a better way!! Try heated cups and feeding them to start.

Petco is the only store to have in stock the hairball treatment my vet recommended. I was able to pick it up curbside within hours of placing my order. VERY pleased!

Lots of products but pricey

I order a battery operated pump the other day at 1am when the power went out. The pump was to run my fish aquarium incase of a power outage... it was in stock online. At noon i got a text saying it was out of stock. So i drove there to check it out because i have had issues in the past with there online pick up. So i get there and see they are out of what i ordered. So i ask someone if they have any in the back.... next was a response that blew my mind!! They said no i sold my last one about an hr ago..... i was so mad i just walked away from this person.... soooo you sold the pump i needed because you waited 3hrs after openeing to fill my online order that was placed at midnight.... i am done with Petco!! Overpriced and not the level of knowledge from staff to feel safe asking pet related questions....

Pretty clean! Wide variety of pets to choose from. Good fish selection and they always have holiday outfits, toys & treats for the babies! ❤ Not to mention their grooming station is still in service!

I actually haven’t physically been here in quite some time, I used to come here regularly to get my dogs haircuts and baths. The staff has always treated my animals well, and done a good job. My main reason for discontinuing bringing my dogs here was to save money. Recently however, I was looking to buy one of my dogs a new crate, as he was outgrowing his old one. In checking their inventory when shopping online, I was underwhelmed by the lack of selection. Not to mention the pricing was less than competitive. We ended up going with a nice crate we found on Amazon instead.

They have what my fur children need Everytime - with out fail!!

I enjoyed looking for some warm things for my dog to wear during the cold weather, and found a new interactive toy for her, also.

Really like the service staff are great, same selection of merchandise though, and love the reward points.

Dr. Anderson and all the staff are the best and we have gone there over 18 years ...

My dog has allergies and they sell homemade treats. He loves them!

Went in this morning for a cat tower and Alyssa was so helpful. She got down the one i thought I wanted and them when I found a better one that I decided to get instead she helped with that one as well. She was so sweet. She helped me carry it to the register and had a smile the whole time even though I know it was a pain. Thank you Alyssa for being amazing.

The store is clean and all the employees were really friendly. They helped me find the correct size collar for my new dog.

U stopped selling the small can of the dog food. Whole earth farms 3oz can. PETSMART sells it in three flavors

This is the only place my wife and I will even consider going to for pets. They take such good care of them compared to other places and the animals there seem so happy and healthy. If you are looking for a small pet this would 100% be one of the best places to look.

I hate the prices, but the stores very nice. Clean clean clean.

This visit would have a 10... if I hadn't had to go back in for a refund of an over charge of $11.00. I'm glad to find it before driving all of the way home. I wasn't upset with the store...they made it right and I left satisfied.

Snagged a Clearance dog toy. The pet smell is not that noticeable compared to other pet stores

Lots of different pet supplies. Not mainstream stuff and not to expensive. So if you are looking to introduce something new and different to your pet, you will find it here. If your stopping by to pick up the "usual" then you may not find it here.

The cashiers are always very nice. The guy in the back by the fish wasnt very nice. There were other people looking at the fish also and instead of helping anyone or even greeting anyone hes too busy cleaning out the fish tanks. We asked a question about one of the fish and he didnt look up just answered and kept doing what he was doing so instead of buying a fish we just left.

I first had to wait and eventually get someone to help me get a fish. Then upon bringing it home noticed a couple of hours later that it was covered in marine ich. It was a $35 dollar fish and is now most likely going to die. I have a uv sterilizer on the tank along with cleaner shrimp. None of my other fish have ich and are in excellent health so I don't believe that it is my 125 gal reef tank.
