I cannot recommend Morris Animal Hospital enough! They went above and beyond for me and my adopted senior dog. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Jamie are excellent veterinarians and all the staff I interacted with were great. My questions and concerns were always addressed, they always followed up, and my dog loved coming here. Pets are family and the deserve the best care, bring them to Morris Animal Hospital.

We have 2 Border Collie's , one of which has had a seizure disorder since he was 1. We called to have him seen since he was having constant seizures while on medication. They said they could not get him in till nearly 2 months later and were only seeing "priority patients". Meanwhile, he ran out of his medication and they would not refill it. The only response we got, was to take him to the emergency vet which we had before and all they do is say he needs to see his vet. Also, when we have brought up possible allergies, changing his food and holistic approaches they dismissed any possible ideas and simply told us he needs to be on a secondary medication which I find un professional as there have been plenty of studies in our research that environment and foods can have an affect on there Neurological function. We have been with them for 8 years. After dealing with an animal with special needs I would never recommend them. We have switched Veterinarians. If you have a perfectly healthy animal they are the ones to deal with if you want to over pay for your basic check ups and vaccinations.

Expensive, but I have never had a bad visit. They legitmately love dogs and care about their patients. I drive almost an hour to talk my dogs to this vet office because of the exceptional work I receive every time.

Dr. Gayle is absolutely fantastic, clearly passionate about her profession and the animals under her care, extremely knowledgeable. We very much appreciate her honesty and forthrightness when it's time to hear hard truths. In addition, the support staff is extremely professional and personable. Highly recommend it, won't take our cats anywhere else.

We haven’t even had our first appointment and got the rudest phone call! My son ended up getting sick a couple days before our puppies first appointment, which was supposed to be free due to the warranty we received with the dog. I was told that if we needed to reschedule (since my sons doctors visit was the same day and we live 2 hours away) or were even more than 10 mins late we would have to pay hundreds of dollars for ‘late fees’ or ‘reschedule fees’ I have never heard of being charged a fee to reschedule an appointment days before the actual appointment. It wasn’t the same day or day before. The lady that called me was rude, and didn’t try to help us at all! Very poor customer service, and if the appointment weren’t going to be free I wouldn’t even consider taking my pup there. They won’t be getting our services any further, especially after purchasing a $2800 puppy from a breeder affiliated with the vets clinic, it seems there would be more of a sense of understanding. It seems like a rip off to me.

The Knowledge and Politeness of the Entire Staff gave me and My Newly Acquired Puppers a Great Feel Atmosphere - so much that I am switching Veterinarians... It was a Great Experience for all of us and I was even Taught things I didn't know but needed to!! I highly recommend this Vet's office! Might I add the Cleanliness of the place too!!! My Pups Approved....

Took my Michealangelo here for his 1st appointment after adoption and I see why the adoption place recommended them. Very nice people and honestly I could tell how much all the staff loved animals. Can't wait for their next appointment!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Morris, I would. Dr Jamie and Dr Nikki, along with the rest of the staff, have done so much for me and my dog. They have helped his fear of vets so much, and on top of it, have been so kind to me. This is my first dog, and they have been so kind in dealing with all my paranoia and questions. They are prompt and kind and truly care for their client's pets. It's not just the vets that make Morris such a good facility. The entire staff has been kind and understanding every time I have interacted with them. They all go above and beyond for their clients. You can tell that every single worker there has a passion for the animals. My fearful dog has improved so much due to their care and diligence with him (he no longer tries to alligator roll away from the vet!). They have dealt with my tears when I learned of my dog's heart murmur. They have dealt with my never-ending questions with equally never-ending patience and kindness. They have dealt with my dog's fear and reactivity and responded with nothing but gentleness and care. They even performed a cherry eye surgery when no other vet would. And it came out successfully! They have done everything and more I could have asked for. And for everything you receive from the staff--all the expertise, care, love, time, and effort--the price isn't even high. The entire staff of Morris goes above and beyond that of any other clinic I have been to previously with my dog. The prices here may be slightly higher than some other clinics, but you get what you pay for with Morris. My blood hound that had extra skin that causes her to get things caught in her eyes well we didn’t get approved for the payment plans and Morris will not work with us so they would rather let her suffer then us to make Payments. Yes we have not great credit but not good enough yet we both together make about 2,000 a week yet we have 6 kids and bills to pay!! Begging just to get eye drops from them at $27 dollars but they will want another visit: as I believe hospitals go u go in then pay the bill. Yet this place is in granger so guess only for the rich not the suffering shouldn’t be able to call themselves a HOSPITAL when that’s NOT what it truly is!!!

The doctors and staff who work here are so wonderful and generous. They truly care for the well-being of your furry friends and I am so grateful that they brave the difficult weather conditions and work long hours to make sure our pets are healthy and cared for.

Been taking my dog Dargo here for 5 years, and consistently good care from both vet techs and vets. Just a note that they dont offer financing or payment plans, it's either payment or care credit. But great service here. My dog ate a sock when he was a pup and the operation went smoothly and they saved his life.
