Dr Harr is the best. Vet ever

We have been taking our rats to Kryder Vet for years now. Dr Eichenseer is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond for our rats. We always know they will be in good hands because the vet staff at Kryder seem to love rats as much as we do. They accommodate for small creatures, doing exams in a way that is most tolerable for them. As well as having an arsenal of treats always on hand. I also recommend them for end-of-life care for rats. When it is time to say goodbye, they take the time to euthanize in the most humane way possible. It's very hard to find someone who cares enough to take the extra steps to make sure they are comfortable. Thank you Kryder Vet and Dr Eichenseer for all you do!

Kryder's has the most caring, compassionate veterinarians and office personnel. We appreciate everything they have done over the years for our canine and feline family members. All our purr-babies and furr-babies have trusted them and I do too. This is just a few of them over the years.

Reasonable prices and friendly office staff. Shout out to Lindsay and Dr. O'Neill who took great care of my cats during their annual exam!

I absolutely love this clinic! The best part is that there are so many different vets that they can collaborate in difficult cases. My favorite is Dr. Covey with Dr. O’Neal running a very close second. I would literally not trust my pet to any other place around. They helped coordinate care for one of my dogs that had to go to Purdue and were absolutely fantastic about it. Sound advice that you can trust- which is what pet parents are looking for.

I had to take my favorite cat, Leedo, in to be put to sleep a few years ago (he was 18 years old), and I was being very stubborn because I wasn't ready to let him go...that staff and doctors were very patient with me. And I will always appreciate that...they understand how hard it is....

Their receptionists are awful - they, in all honesty should be the friendliest as those are the first ones clients see or hear. I will say, Dianne and Jenny are great. Sharon...wow. Her tone of voice is dull and monotone. My whole family comes there and a close relative inquired about getting a dental done on their cat. Sharon was exceptionally rude about answering questions and costs. Cost is not a concern with my family. She was irritated when she had to ask a question twice, less than helpful and wouldn’t explain anything as to WHY the cat needs bloodwork. Of course, we will do it, but explain it Sharon! These clients pay your salary and if it wasn’t for them, there would be no job for her to come back to. I saw another review was about Sharon too. Maybe, just maybe Sharon needs to have some classes on customer care or let her go. Her lack of compassion, respect and kindness is appalling. I’m sure that job is incredibly tiring as the public can be exhausting. Please, at least sound happy or fake it.

On your Facebook you asked for everyone to take patience and that we should treat the staff with respect... now after speaking with your front desk i can TOTALLY understand why people are getting upset with your staff. Please advise the receptionist if she’s not going to treat PATIENTS with respect she needs to find another job. All I did was ask to schedule an appointment and this women wasn’t the rudest person I’ve ever met... ended up hanging up on her.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff at Kryder. All of the doctors are so knowledgeable, friendly and my dogs love them! The front desk and techs are all so pleasant and helpful. Kryder Vet goes above and beyond Every. Single. Time. I never have any concern that my animals are getting the very best care in the most exceptional environment. Special shout out to Drs Eichenseer, O’Neill, Morton, and Covey. I was at ease knowing that Pearl was in such good hands every day of her treatment. It’s a no brainer I drive past 5 other vet offices just to get to yours; I’m happy to do it. You all are simply the best!

Their receptionist is rude and I frankly would never take any pet to them. In this stressful environment, they only made things more stressful. They refused to see my 12 year old dog that we must lay to rest. So with her large size we must now take her clear across town in the bed of our truck. I thank you for not helping us in this very stressful time. I will never call your clinic again.

I had to take my 17 year old cat Simon in which was one of the hardest days of my life. I just want to give a special thanks to Dr. Covey and the staff you guys were amazing and very thoughtful. They got me right in and gave me all the time I needed without any rush and a private room with a private exit. They made me paw prints of my sweet baby and even sent me a sympathy card in the mail. I can not thank you guys enough I will remember this day forever and I'm so glad that I came to you.

Kryder Vet Clinic tried for months to save Lily she had a Congestive Heart Failure ( Dr Covi) drained her 3 times tried several Meds when it looked like there was no hope we put Lily down the entire staff stood with us including Dr Kryder and Dr Covi they cried w/ us

Dr. Kent Morton is a spectacular veterinarian!! He saved my cat’s eye from having to be removed. We have a flat-face Exotic Shorthair Persian named Catherine and she developed a serious eye infection. We really feared the worst. Dr. Morton was so thoughtful and amazing the whole time! Thank you so much—Catherine is doing so well now.

Came in with my sick ferret. He was weak and sputtering stuff up. The front desk lady, Sharon, was rude and had an attitude. She acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time. Everyone else was very nice.

Kryder is absolutely amazing. We have had to take both our bunny and our hamster there for end of life needs. The staff was so sensitive and treated our pets just like they would have their own. I would recommend them to anyone!!! When our hamster passed, they even tucked him into his blanket when they gave him back. This was extra special for us. Thank you Kryder!

We had to say good bye to our dog of 17.5 years. Everyone at Kryder's was very understanding, caring, sympathetic towards us. Gave us all the time to say good bye. Explain everything in detail. Allow us to go out the back way. The tech gave our dog a good bye blessing and the vet also said good bye to her. They lessen the blow of a very hard situation and made it very personal.

Kryder has been the best veterinary I've ever used. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I take all 4 of my animals here and refuse to use anyone else. They care so much about trying to make your pet comfortable for their visit. They remember each pet like it's their own. Highly recommend!

I’m so lucky to have found this veterinary clinic. The staff is very very caring and the doctors are very caring as well. I recently took my bunny here, because this is the only place in our area including all counties that will take bunnies. I was impressed by that because, many ppl doesn’t see a bunny as a indoor pet. I l love my bunny and treat him the same as my dog. I’m thankful they saw how much I cared for “Muff” who had a tumor that needed to be removed. They helped me with financial assistance to get the care he needed, and most, let me re-word that ALL other animal clinics are about “money” over care and concern! They will deny your pet care and turn you away if you don’t have money or can’t get approved for CARE credit card. I know because I’ve seen several do it, and it’s heartbreaking. Not at Kryder Vet Clinic, they know the love we have for our fur babies and they’ll go over and beyond to help. That’s a promise!

They’ve always been very kind and work with you on scheduling with no fees if you’re late or miss an appointment. My uncle is a vet in Michigan and when I told him what we were being charged, he expressed some surprise and said we were being overcharged. Specifically relating to our dogs teeth cleaning, we were told that with everything, it would cost around $200. I thought that was pretty good considering they have to put the dog under, etc. Well after the cleaning, the bill was almost $700. I was not happy. Additionally, they always seem to push meds on you like steroids and antibiotics and don’t really ask if you want to get them. I am about to be a pharmacist so I know meds, and I know my dog, and sometimes he doesn’t necessarily NEED additional meds. So these end up racking up the cost. I’ve had a few times where the receptionists weren’t the nicest or make some off-handed remark, but we can all have a bad day, so I try not to judge too harshly there. However, we have always received great service with attentive doctors and techs. The wait isn’t terrible, but don’t expect a speedy in-and-out appointment; it’s similar to going to a doctor’s appointment. Overall we have had a pretty great experience and would recommend them to others.

The people at this clinic take great care of our fur babies.

Just being in this area not even a year yet (having one bad experience a few months ago at another near by clinc) I could not express how happy I am that my coworker referred me to this office!! My little man could not use his back leg so coming into the office and only maybe waiting two minutes was great. But meeting Dr. Harr was by far the greatest thing that has happened to us!! I have seen several vets in my life and Dr. Harr was the first that I saw come into the room by herself... and literally get on the floor to exam my dog. It sounds silly but that made me happy considering they usally have a tech who helps the doctor put the poor dog whose in pain on a table. Not only did she also allow me to be near my dogs face when he was feeling uncomfortable but she also very HONEST and went through what was wrong and what the different ways (by making sure what was affordable for me) we can make for the next step in helping my dog. I was even told about a shot that my little man needs and not once did Dr. Harr make me feel pressured in needing it. She simply told me about the shot and gave me a pamphlet to take home to think about. --I have never made a google review before but I needed to rave about this office. Not being from the area is very scary let alone when your dog is need of medical attention and walking out of a veterinary hospital that treated me the way they did leaves me nothing but happiness!! --Thank you so much Dr. Kyder & Staff!!! Once Griffey gets better I will for sure be bringing back my mastiff Henry !! Anyone looking for a vet should 100% schedule an appointment at their office!!

Great place, they take very good care of your pet, the actual vet was a little slow, but I feel like she was just overburdened.

Absolutely love the behaviorist, she was amazing with my dog while she was there for her spay.
