Glad they added the Feline grooming been looking for a good reliable place to go. Took my siamese surprisingly they said he did good with no fuss. Car ride back my Siamese slept the whole trip lol guess he really enjoyed it. Will come back when needed.

Jenna is amazing! I have only had exceptional service here. My scared of everything, skittish cat will lay on her back and purr while Jenna grooms her belly! She is a cat whisperer. I highly recommend this business.

They were wonderful with taking care of my cat Mr. Peepers Stormy. They were knowledgeable, friendly, & trustworthy. Will definitely be taking Peeps back there for boarding as well as a grooming.

They do a great job and are very efficient too! No 3-4 hour wait like other places.

We had our DLH Izzy groomed yesterday. She had a bath and a lion cut. The groomer was friendly, fast and did a great job. They even answered the phone on a Sunday, when closed, to schedule our appointment. I highly recommend.

One of the only places I could find that do feline grooming! So glad they were able to. Couldn’t believe that I could come in the same day I called for an appointment, so helpful! Staff is always so friendly, and I feel confident in leaving my kitty with them. She’s been having trouble grooming herself and especially her backside gets messy. She always looks so much better when I come to get her! They’ve never taken longer than an hour to bath, brush, dry, and shave her long hairs in the back. It’s a little more pricey than what I’d prefer since she really needs it done monthly, a small discount or some sort of membership for coming in so often would be really helpful. But other than that it’s such an nice place to go to. Thank you guys!

We took our Longhaired cat Mia there as well as her short-haired brother Michaelangelo and they were so happy coming out!! Jenna was so helpful in explaining the process of what would happen and we even were able to watch through the viewing window; she let us know exactly what she was doing as she did it. When we got home the comfort from both of them was obvious! Strongly recommend for value, transparent service, love of animals and care!

I’ve been taking my fur baby to Gordon’s for a few months now .Leo is always just how I want him. I thank the team for being patient with Leo because he is so energetic!

Everyone was very friendly, kind, attentive and informative. Everything was so clean and tidy. I loved looking at their little shop and all the goodies available to purchase. Great place to pick up stocking stuffers for your little fur babies. We will definitely be back!

First time taking my dog to a groomer and he really enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and his appointment went quicker than expected.

I scheduled my 5 month old puppy for her first grooming appointment. I dropped her off in the morning and the associate was quite rude made me feel like a bad owner. She kept questioning if I brushed her which I do every day at home, but she’s hyperactive and gets mats still. I go to pick her up and first thing they tell me is that she was a bit difficult and didn’t like her grooming. Well, she’s a puppy and this is her first time: of course she’s not going to like it! Then they charge me $70 for a 7lb dog! I’ve never paid that much in my life. Then they want me to schedule her in 2-3 weeks to “help her get use to and enjoy her grooming” - I have never been told this ever by a groomer. And what were they going to groom anyway? They brought her out and she was shaved…in the winter. Upon closer look, I can see the shave lines. Bad customer service and my puppy doesn’t look like herself. Never again.

The groomer was fantastic with my dog that is scared of different places. She put the dog at ease from the very beginning and my dog ended up liking her

I use their self-grooming room. There are times where I simply can’t afford to have my big ol’ doggo groomed, bathed etc. it’s a great value and they provide the shampoo, towels, cologne, etc. I can do it for between $10-30 as opposed to the $60 plus it normally cost—so I’m grateful for the availability of the facility!

Our cat has very long fur and sometimes we need help taking care of her. They were quick, efficient and she did not seem to be stressed by her adventure. We will be back!

I take both my Goldens here and they are always so excited to see their groomer each time.

My rescue dog had a rough start in life and because of that did not like people touching his paws. The staff at Gordons have been very patient with him and showering him with love each time he has come in for grooming. He loves going and lets them touch his paws and even clip his nail most of the time. They are truly amazing, patient and caring.

This was our first visit and it will not be the last.the salon was very clean and the people were friendly. You could watch the grooming and I liked that.I have been through many groomers just because I love my dogs and when I leave them I do not want to worry that the cut will be bad or my dogs will be mistreated.These groomers are the BEST. VERY good experience.THANKS ladies.Oh and my little girl said she liked it there also.

Jenna was amazing with our cats! Very patient with our screamy boy. It was their first time getting groomed and they were scared but she put them at ease. They are shiny and soft now, we can’t wait to take them back!

I scheduled an appointment for my dog to get groomed for the first time at Gordon's. The appointment was scheduled for about 2 weeks out from the day I called to schedule it. Within one week leading up to the appointment I received 2 text reminders and 1 email reminder to confirm my dog's appointment. I confirmed them every time. About 5 hours after I confirmed the appointment via text for the second time I received a phone call from Gordon's saying that they were cancelling my dog's appointment because they only have two groomers on staff and they were too busy and THEY ARE NOT TAKING ON NEW CLIENTS. This was less than 48 hours before my dogs appointment to get groomed. They did not even offer to reschedule. I understand that a lot of places are short staffed right now but in my opinion it is not a good look to confirm and cancel an appointment with someone in the same day.

The Granger shop is open Saturdays. The offer a do it yourself pet wash. It is very convenient and easier to clean than doing it in your tub at home, or using cold hose water on your dog in the back yard. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
