The Groomers and workers are very nice treated my 2 small dogs lovingly, they were very comfortable. The charge to have nails clipped is amazing and they do a good job. We were there 15 minutes in and out. They can also get you in within a few days. We just had our 2nd visit since March, won't go anywhere else

My dog is normally very anxious but they did such an excellent job.

I was shocked at how completely rude both of the ladies I dealt with were. However, they did a great job grooming my cat! I got a call claiming they were "waiting on me" and was asked how far away I was from picking up my animal, even though it was only around 1- 1:30 pm, and the business hours are supposed to be until 5. I was asked multiple questions that had nothing to do with the grooming session, such as where I previously took my animal for grooming. I felt this was just criticism, as she did not need to know where he was previously groomed. Upon driving there , I had called to say I was on my way, and she said okay. When I arrived, the door was locked, so I called again to say simply that I was waiting outside (5 minutes later) , only to hear "Well I don't know who you are, sooo" Which was the first awkward moment. I explained before I came in that my animal had not been groomed in three months , and he had some matting happening. Not the easiest for a groomer, I understand, but I explained before I ever brought him, and still when they called to let me know he was ready, I was rudely cursed at and told that "there was no way in hell" it had only been a certain matter of time. I have records proving it was three months prior since he had been groomed to be basically called a liar. I assured her of the situation for her to tell me that my cat must "really suck" at grooming himself. In regards to the service itself, it was fantastic and I will still bring my cats, but the attitudes I got from two different individuals was SHOCKING as I have never had any groomer be so unprofessionally rude.. Please be nice to the people that are paying you for the services you offer. I was told multiple times how there are "only a few that groom cats" in the area, but I know this had to have been because they definitely were aware of the way they treated me over the phone. There are plenty of salons that do indeed groom cats, and without attitude and rudeness (even with matted) animals. Also, change your business hours if you mind waiting for your customers. Did a awesome job on my dog

I took my large floofy cat for grooming for the first time today. Diane was wonderful with him and made me feel very comfortable since I had never had him groomed and wasn't sure how he would respond. I would definitely recommend this place, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Only place our little Muttley will let the groomer cut his nails.

Kris did a great job with Baxter and we will be going back there.

They did a good enough job with the dogs, but their insane protocols, guarantee your dog will have an accident in your car. Keeping a dog indoors and nervous for hours, then rushing it out into a car with no chance to relieve itself, can only end one way. Bring towels and expect to clean your seats.

First time going there and they were fantastic! We will definitely go back!

They did an amazing job with my skittish, shy, sweet little cat! It was her first ever appointment and it went really well. The staff seemed so nice and friendly plus their prices were very reasonable. Will definitely recommend to anyone! I would post a photo but my baby girl would be so mad lol

Leslie did an amazing job grooming my 3 dogs. Each dog has their own places they don't like touched, feet, ears, nails and she handled them all like a pro that she is! My dogs are not very well mannered and she didn't seem to mind it a bit. Thank you for taking such great care and for doing such an excellent job. I have referred other people here and they all love it and thank me for sending them there. The ABC dogs look and smell great :)

Great experience taking my cat to be bathed and nails trimmed. Worth the money!

I've had trouble with other groomers but these people always do a good job and take my dogs for nail trims same day I call.

Nice people, clean, but clueless in grooming a golden retriever. They gave a good bath and trimmed nails well but shaved his entire beautiful coat off except the last 6 inches of his tail which they left long. He looked like a poodle for gods sake. On what planet does a groomer think a golden retriever owner wants their dog shaved, in the winter no less. I was furious. Will never ever go back.
