Paws down, the best place to take your dog for Grooming and Boarding. I would not take our fur baby any where else.

We were regulars at the daycare and groomers until I dropped off my 1 year old border collie for an ear cleaning and picked him up to find his ENTIRE mane hacked off. When I say hacked, I mean the groomer had cut the entire top and bottom coat. It was uneven and completely bad to do to a dog with an undercoat. We were offered a free grooming, but how could I possibly trust them with my puppy after such a irresponsible mistake? I promptly canceled my 3 months of daycare dates and never returned.

My cats groomer does a wonderful job and I know my baby is safe and well taken care of ????

Over our wedding weekend we had no one to watch our dogs and had to board them which we haven’t had to do before. Our one dog is very social with all but our other dog is just an anxious boy all the way around. I was extremely nervous about boarding him and was afraid he would be asked not to return. He wasn’t eating his food or taking his anxiety meds the first day. However, by the end the staff figured out how to make sure he eat and took his meds and I received the most lovely text message about my pup. Everyone always says how lovely our one dog is but never a nice thing to say about our anxious boy, so this made me extremely happy. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone looking to board their dog, the staff worked so hard to make sure both pups were comfortable and I would for sure board with them again! Thank you Whiskers it was truly appreciated!

I know several dogs who board at Whiskers. Everything is pretty seamless from scheduling a stay, the drop and the pick up. We are grateful they are flexible with our ever changing schedules!

I want to start off by saying that our dog has been going to Whiskers for the last couple of years for grooming and we have had all positive experiences. However on yesterday May 4, 2021 our dog went for grooming and day care. The staff did not make us aware of the fact that they have an outbreak of Kennel Cough currently going on. It was not until we picked our dog up that an email was sent out stating the latter. When I called Whiskers they reported that they have had several incidents of reported kennel Cough and decided to send out the email. While we appreciate the email it appears that they withheld information until after they were paid. The latter is highly irresponsible and inconsiderate. I am writing this review so that others know as of May 4th this facility has an outbreak of Kennel Cough since they do not openly tell their customers .

We've been very happy with the doggy daycare, boarding and the grooming at Whiskers. Their employees seem to legitimately love animals and though he's happy to come home again, our dog is always excited to go.

Whiskers is the best of the best. Our dog Otis is just over 2 and he has been going to Whiskers since he was 6 months old. If Otis could speak human language he would say “thank you so much for taking care of me while my mum and pa have to work, I wuv playing with my best friends”. He loves the staff and the variety of options for play group! We will be lifetime clients of Whiskers!

They treat your pet like royalty! Rest assured my dog has never boarded before and we were nervous, but the staff made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. You can't beat their prices either!

Whiskers always goes above and beyond! My dogs are pampered pooches while there. They love the relaxation treatment and fall asleep with their massage. They facility is beautiful. My pets are in good hands when they are there!

Pet loving and friendly facility. Multiple fence layers, so even an escapee will still be safe behind fencing. All toys dishwasher cleansed for protection vs Covid-19. Evaluations for similar size and personality playgroups for daycare. Grooming and boarding also available. Parking lot drop off and pick up only for now due to Covid-19. Your pet will be well loved at Whiskers.

Jennifer from Whiskers Resort and Pet spa did an AMAZING job on grooming my cat Ernie! She combed out all of his hair mats, gave him a bath, trimmed his back nails, trimmed his hair, and gave him a thorough brush. Now he doesn't look like such a grizzly bear! ???? His fur is now as soft as bunny fuzz!????????

This place is literally amazing. I called last minute to see if I could bring my dog Hank in for the first time and they worked so well with me to get everything taken care of to reserve his place. The room options are amazing, my dog got his own private fenced in area which he loved. The staff said he really warmed up and that made me feel so good. Hank was so excited and full of smiles leaving. Thank you for treating my pet like your own, and giving extraordinary service.

We have had our dog groomed here for years. Today we got a call from our groomer that as they started bathing him, they found two fleas. Whiskers policy is not groom a dog with fleas. In over 5 years, we have never had this problem. While I understand their policy, I'm not happy about how our dog was returned to us. I'm not even sure they towel dried him. I'll keep using our groomer as we have been with her for a long time, but if she ever leaves Whiskers, we will go with her in without looking back. It sucks for our Groomer because with Covid and Christmas, we tip extra.

We boarded our dog for the first time at Whiskers in September - the staff truly cared about her welfare as she was a little nervous about being separated from our family. We were grateful for the TLC as we were out of state - thank you for the peace of mind that our special pup was so well cared for.

I love Whiskers! My little monster Charlie has so much fun! I work long hours and can't imagine my little Charlie staying home alone! Thank you Whiskers

I have two dogs one is very easy to work with and the other well he is a crazy German Shepherd mix who plays hard and gets so excited. He needs some extra care to make sure he keeps playing safely and acceptably. When my dogs come home from Whiskers I can tell they got the attention they need! The staff is so happy whenever I see them and my dogs are not only pooped from all the play but they also are so excited to go in whenever we arrive! Other places will kennel my dog often during play times because he is so excitable so I very much appreciate the special care put into play groups and supervision.

Highly recommend, especially if you have a more challenging (ie reactive) dog. The staff is amazing, the kennels are clean.

We have our cats kenneled. Ladies on phone were very kind and helpful. Cats came home and did not seem stressed

The staff really seems to care for my pet, but I found the cost of grooming to be a bit high. Nevertheless, they did a very good job on my dog.

Our dogs have always loved it here! They take great care of the pups like they were their own!

The cat groomer was super impressive! We have two long-haired cats who aren't the most loving towards strangers. She did a phenomenal job on our babies! Would recommend and found a great place to get our cats groomed!
