They were friendly and timely. Lucy was in and out for her vaccines very quickly, which was good as it's stressful for her leaving home.

Great staff! They take excellent care of animals in their care, I would highly recommend them. They did a wonderful job mentoring and assisting us while raising a litter of puppies???? Every staff member was more than willing to answer any and all questions we had as well! After calling almost every vet in town, they had the best prices and location as well.

Kind and caring staff. Clean and respectful. My cats don't like going but they get great treatment.

I found the personal to be very cold and unfriendly. Their prices are outrageous. Please don’t take you pet here. I felt taken advantage of and my beloved pet was not properly cared for and died.

The staff is so very kind and caring. We affectionately call one of our dogs Wild Kingdom or Honey Badger bc of how much she dislikes the vet. They always treat her with kindness and understanding. Love this place!

We had a great experience at our first appointment! The staff is all very friendly, and the office is very calm, and clean. Dr. Barczak, and her tech were very helpful and really took their time to explain everything and go over all our questions/concerns. I really appreciated that the pricing info was given before hand, and all of our options were explained us. The visit was very affordable. I'm so glad we found a great vet!

Been bringing our dogs here for years, never had to deal with Dr. Sharon henn, will not be returning. Brought my olde english bulldogge in for a cut on his paw pad, it took this dr 4 times to get a bandage on while the assistant had my dog in a headlock, of course he is going to flop around. She kept getting frustrated, even swearing. The bandage fell off by the time we got home. They also charged me $113 for medication on chewy for less than $20.

I've always had a great experience with this vet. My cat does not do well with car rides, so I chose this place merely out of promixity. I couldn't be more happy with the staff. They were very patient with my sassy kitty and I really appreciated how they took their time talking me through procedures and billing. I never felt like I was being rushed and I had all my questions answered.

I really appreciated them following up our visit with a phone call a couple of days after we saw the doc. Our cat is back to his old self. His very demanding and aloof personality has returned.????

I cannot recommend this office enough. The staff are all incredibly kind and friendly people, and you can tell they truly love the animals they work with. They are very affordable, and incredibly up front about cost, which I appreciate greatly. Westwood hills is hands down the best vet I have ever taken my pets too.

First time visiting, switched to this vet per a trusted friend's referral. Brought my 10 and 12 year old rescue cats in for their vaccines and check up. Staff was incredibly helpful and I can tell that they come from a place of authenticity and compassion for their clients! I didn't feel too intimidated to ask questions nor did I feel belittled like I have experienced at other vets. Thank you Westwood hills!

Friendly and helpful staff have been taking good care of my cat since I moved to this side of town a couple years ago.

Brought my 8 month old French bulldog in a couple months ago regarding an allergic reaction she was having on her neck. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Dr. Henn’s comment: “What do you expect? You have a French bulldog?” Was uncalled for and unprofessional. The advice I got from the visit was, “It could be anything but whatever you do, do not change her food.” After two months of investigating, I finally discovered that my dog has an allergy to chicken so it WAS her food all along. Not to mention the $40.00 spray they told me I had to get... $15.00 on Chewy. I truly think I would’ve been better off chatting with the agents on chewy.com instead of taking my dog in for that $150 visit. Most importantly, what makes you think I’m going to return when you make a rude comment regarding the breed of my dog? Time to look for a new Vet..

I am not one to complain, but I just got off the phone with Amber (front desk) & was treated very poorly ☹️. I went there off & on for about 20 years & the original vet was awful. Our family dog ???? Beaumont was brought in by my house keeper & he was lethargic ~ I received a call & this Vet said I needed to get out there within 25 minutes or they were putting him down ????! Our dog lived another 4 years...I know. I have been deathly ill myself & my Father passed away in May 2011. I lost 2 of my girl fur babies & they lived to 18 years. My big Tabby, Charlie, was being seen for FUS & made it; but his after care was troublesome bc the costs were all so pricey! I had missed a few appts bc I was hospitalized & the clinic was not cool nor empathetic to my dire circumstances. As a result, they terminated my pet - Charlie - & mailed me his files. This is truly sad ????. I had completely forgotten about this whole saga & called today bc Charlie does need to be seen. Lo & behold, Amber answered the phone & was very hurtful & antagonist towards me & said she needed to talk with Dr Hen. I remembered how much money I had spent & how incompetent, overly priced & unprofessional this place is & called Standale Vet Clinic & it was night & day. Good riddance! Beware bc they are hit or miss & they nickel & dime you to no end! Dr. Innes is the best vet in GR & he never would treat you like this nor over charge you & take advantage of you while in the throes of despair bc ur fur baby is sick. ????????

Great experience with Westwood Hills Animal Hospital. They have a fantastic team, Jen and Sam stand out with how helpful and caring they are with my dog. The team has helped me so many times with my dog's stomach issues, finding the right food for her and routine vaccinations/boosters. I can call with concerns or questions and they help me with great information and advice. Would definitely recommend.

I was okay with the in office care my dog received. However, as soon as I need to transfer my records to a new vet because I moved, they ignored my first request and were extremely rude when I asked again a week later. So I guess once they know you aren't their patient anymore their true colors show...

I've been looking for a new vet for a couple of years, I've gone to different one's trying to find a good one since my last one closed up shop and moved out of state. It's very important to me that I find a great vet for my baby girl just like I would find a Dr I liked to care for my kids, husband and myself. We've only had one visit so far but I was extremely happy with that visit and I will surely be going back!
