Ha. 2 yrs ago I said ...."Very caring service." Now - NOPE. NEVER AGAIN. VERY RUDE. Guess they got too big for their britches. You're better off to find a vet that actually cares.

This is a great clinic. We been going here since I was young. Appreciate the staff and curbside pick up too!

It would be greatly appreciated if the staff would communicate being behind schedule and how long the wait will be (approx) when a customer checks-in. They quickly send you back to a room but you can sit there for 20 minutes without any of the staff acknowledging you at all. This is common practice, but not exactly great customer service. Just simply stopping, smiling and letting you know how long it will be would go a HUGE way in better service. No one, doctor, vet, etc., should leave people waiting 20 minutes without a word. Today, when I did say something the tech acted like this was very normal and didn't apologize for the wait or even act friendly. Very disappointing service.

Had heard nothing but good things about vet and brought my dog her for years. since they moved locations service has went down the tube. i was recently talked into having surgery on my dog which he did not recover fully but was not effecting his health only mobility. I then months later just recently 11/22/21 had my dog die due to the reception giving advise without consulting the vet. My dog was 100 percent fine until they told me to basically trick him into eating. He had bloat which they would have know if they took 10 minutes to allow me to bring him in. Bloat if treated is 80 percent successful. if they would have let me bring him in he would be running and playing. Now my best friend is dead and there is nothing that can be done. i had contact them a week prior to him dying as he was experiencing the same symptoms and they told me to keep an eye on him. So rather then take a look they basically gave the advise to wait and see if he dies. Find a Vet who will listen and doesnt gamble with your pets life. Horrible experience i would not want anyone to go through. If you think your dog needs help find someone that will spend the time to help and not guess at what is wrong as Grand Rapids Vet Clinic did to me.

Dr. Innis takes great care of all our cats. We appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and the care he gives our fur babies.

Great clinic with people who care about your pet. Highly recommended, if they are accepting new patients.

My go-to vet for many years. I usually see Dr Innis for my cats and he is an awesome guy. They'll keep your pets healthy & happy, their scheduling is flexible and their rates are more than reasonable.

Seems like the scheduling system is completely out of touch with what the people need. Had a dying dog and they wanted me to wait two days to bring her in.

A bit of a wait for non life threatening issue with my cat but well worth the wait. This veterinarian clinic knows animals and are kind and gentle with your pet. Very competent veterinarian service and properly priced.

Grand Rapids Vet Clinic has treated my dogs for many years. They are personal and professional.

Been taking my cats to see Dr. Innis for years. He is great with them! All the clinic staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. And they are very fair priced.

Last week my neighbor brought her dog in to be spayed. When she picked her up the dog had been wrapped with many layers of MASKING TAPE around her belly and back. The tape was tight and pulling her fur out when she moved.. She was shaking and scared. I have had animals all my life and have never witnessed anything like that before. We had all our pets spayed and neutered along with a few other surgeries that had been needed throughout their lives.. Never had we picked them up to find them wrapped with "MASKING TAPE ." I would never consider taking any of my precious pets to this place

I have taken my pets to this practice for years. The staff is amazing and professional and very accommodating. Their prices are reasonable and I never hesitate to recommend them.

We’ve been coming here for year so this was surprising. We had an appointment scheduled. They were extremely late and proceeded to tell us it would be another hour before they could see us…after we had an appointment. It might help to call people if you anticipate that you are running behind. Not professional at all. We will be going to another vet.

Awesome practice. Very kind and patient with my very fearful, rescued dog with trust issues. He laid very quietly and was not fearful of them. Reasonable pricing, kind and compassionate, you couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend this office.

They are only doing curbside and by appointment. Just as it should in these times of pandemic. Great communication in taking orders over the phone. Great experience overall!

My sweet boy had a twisted bowel. He'd been hiding and lost quite a bit of weight. He's back to his original weight. He's happy and healthy again. Very grateful to the techs and doctors for his care!
