They do such a great job with our bernedoodle! Prices are great and the staff is incredibly friendly.

The lady who answers the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional she then hung up in my face after someone from the facility told me they would check my dogs rabies shot records and never did they did the grooming needs 1 time then when I came back said no they did not have the records but had recluse was seen so beware that they do see other animals without verifying rabies information and are extremely rude and unprofessional Gucci

The staff at The Posh Pet are incredible. They doing an amazing job grooming our dogs. They are very caring and friendly. I highly recommend them for pet grooming.

These people seem great for a while to their regular customers, but don't trust them. We had been going to them since 2012 with a shih tzu-mix dog and with things being crazy the last year we had to wait longer than normal for an appointment (which we were fine with). We had an appointment set up a month in advance and only 2 days before the appointment they called us saying they wouldn't take our dog because he wasn't up to date on his shots. Our dog is up to date on his shots, but the vet has been behind with records. They wouldn't listen and canceled our appointment without even letting us fix the mistake! Regular grooming is important to our dogs health as he is old and needs to be groomed in order to be able to go to the bathroom cleanly or else he gets infections. They are aware of this as well, but they don't care about their animal clients health it seems. Please do not trust this groomer there are plenty of other place who do care about animal's needs and are willing to go above and beyond for your fur babies.

I absolutely cannot say enough praise about Carrie! (Sorry if I misspelled ????) The love and care her team and her shows thru in their work! Our fur baby loves his quarterly grooming session and the team does such a fantastic job. We always and forever go to The Posh Pet Dog and Cat Salon!

I wish could give this place 6 stars. Our corgi Koda looks great everytime we take him. They know exactly how to trim each breed and are very attentive to any suggestions.

Told me wrong time for appointment and called the wrong number for a reminder. Gave my appointment away, waited 2 weeks for it.

Posh pets is the only place we take our pugs too! They take time to use oatmeal soap to reduce itchy skin. They genuinely care and love all the pets that come in, and the leave fresh and happy!

They take top notch care of my fur baby. Always do a great job!

We like it there very much. However, the last time we had our dog in, she came down with a severe ear infection that required a trip to the vet and took her six weeks to get over. We were not very happy with that. We think the gal grooming her must have gotten water in her ears. She had an appointment for tomorrow, June 15, 2020, but we had to cancel it, but we will go back. They like her real well, and I think Reba likes it to, except the barking noise that drives her nuts.

Best groomers ever! They take such good care of our dog. They are busy but it's worth the wait.

Took my long hair cat here and they did a great job. Another place i called wanted to shave him and i didn't want that. April was the groomer and she did exactly what i asked for; she did a bath and blowout and then trimmed his armpit fur, mane, and rear-end (so he doesn't get messy from potty time). I picked him up soft and well trimmed! Will def go back.

I was yelled at for not wearing a mask. This was at the beginning of the lockdown. I stayed outside until I had to pay for my dogs services. I told the owner that I would be waiting across the street, and would be back as soon as my dogs were done, because did not want my dogs in a cage. When I returned, they were not done with one of my dogs and they had put my other dog in a cage. I told them to take my dog out of the cage and I paid. I waited in my car until my others dog was done. When I went in to get him, an employee yelled at me again. I have been taking my dogs their for 10 years. Never again. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, good luck getting a hold of them. They hardly ever answer their phone.

This is the best place to get your pet pampered! The staff are always nice, and they put cute little bandanas on dogs when they get a bath. Just know they only take cash and check!

I took my puppy here for his first haircut, and they did such a great job! I was nervous about him being there, but they were very reassuring and took very good care of him. They were very responsive and were able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I gave them minimal instructions but Ribbie's haircut turned out perfect and exactly how I envisioned it! And they even gave him a cute bandana and a baggie of treats. I will be back! As a heads up they only take cash or check.
