They got us in when other vets couldn’t and answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable and it feels like they really care about the animals, not the money.

This is the best group of people. Help me with all my dogs. Very sympathetic at this loss of my dad's. Highly recommend.

We have two golden retrievers and Plymouth Road Animal Clinic is a high quality veterinarian at a good value to the consumer. After getting priced out of other providers in town we were so happy to find PRAC. We've seen no difference in care while the prices are more in-line with expectations. Covid friendly service is awesome.

Great vets to have care for my most prized possession. They keep him in great shape. Thank you so very much for making my Christmas wish come true.

Dr. Jen is wonderful, she cares and does a great job. Even when our dog doesn't cooperate with her.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Staff is amazing, caring and the cost allows you to afford a furry friend or two. Had to say goodbye to my dog a few years ago, and the care, support and kindness got me through that incredibly painful experience.

I have been taking my animals to Plymouth Road for roughly 2 years now. I feel as though they have given my pets the bare minimum. My most recent visit will be the final straw with them. My animal companion was sick, so I brought them in for routine bloodwork/check up. They simply told me that they "didn't know what could be wrong" and offered no advice to the problem. I brought her home, only for her to display the same behavior prior to the visit. When I went to pick her up, the vet assistant didn't ask me if I had any questions, or follow up at all. She simply said "here to pick up *****?" And walked into the back. I was directed to the front desk so they could slap a bill in my face. I asked if they do payment plans, and they turned me down before trying to reason will me. The woman behind the counter went into the back, and I could clearly hear them talking about my situation in a very unprofessional manner. I heard one of them say "did she think it was going to be free?" I never thought it would be free, and I appreciate what they do. However, I simply could not afford it. I felt as though this interaction lacked compassion, which was really the last thing I needed on top of my animal being ill. I had previously done payment plans with them, so I am very confused about why it was such an issue this time around. This isnt the first time their staff has come off as unprofessional, but this is one of the most memoriable. A good vet will put your pet before your financial situation. I would definitely re-think taking your pet to Plymouth Rd.

Plymouth Road has absolutely been the best vet I’ve taken my animals to. They take such good care of my pup and always take times to explain things to me. Staff is super friendly and inviting too.

Two thoughts about this wonderful place: 1. I think they love my dog as much as I do. 2. They have both the knowledge and the honesty to guide me through what can be an overwhelming maze of pet meds, treatments, and decisions. They can have my business forever...

Lake Haven Rescue has been around for 20 plus years and I have been in lots of Vet's offices and seen lots of surgeries ....some good ,some bad. I have learned that not all surgeons are created equal and not all are equally skilled. The surgeons at Plymouth Rd Vet Clinic are exceptional and the staff is friendly , informed , and quick to go out of the way to help you. Wonderful well run clinic and I give them 5 stars.

If we ever move I don't know what we're going to do! I love Plymouth Road. It is the only place I have ever felt 100% confident and comfortable taking our animals. Their suggestions for care are always practical and affordable. We have a cat who has bad allergies and they administer her antigen shot every couple of weeks (because we tried at home for awhile and were absolutely terrible at it) - we appreciate this so so much. I'm not sure if they're considering keeping the "curbside" service beyond COVID-era, but their system is efficient and makes it easy on both pet and owner.

The first time a woman there was so rude and snooty to my dog. She didnt reach out once or even try to interact with my dog. Then today I called because they had changed the time on apt, I did confirm but couldnt make it. She was so rude told me I had to pay $50 I did. But 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. I have up coming apt, will update then, however the office did reach out and touch base to try and improve our relations. It was much appreciated. I can be a bit over sensitive though....

I wouldn't trust these guys with a pet mouse let alone my dog or cats. I took my best buddy German Shepherd there for clear limping problems, twice and each time they didn't have anything to tell me except 'oh we don't know' Now that in its self doesn't seem terrible, although still unacceptable with the amount of resources they have. And that we paid for everything they told us would help. When I went to drop off my dog and pick him up non of the nurses made eye contact with me, especially when I went to pick him up she EVADED eye contact I was really surprised. Also I as I waited near the door for them to bring out my dog I saw another nurse with a dog clearing room for and moving the dog, but instead of picking the dog up or anything she just draggs this dog by the leash to the other side of the room. When I got my boy in the car I went to pet him and he whimpered as if I was going to hit him, I was shocked because he never acts like that with me and the fact that no one was willing to look at me directly.. you cant trust someone with your beloved pet if they cant even look at you.

We have been taking our pets here for vet care for at least 5 years now and we have always had excellent experiences. They are quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and they have an online pet portal to make appointments easily.
