Such a great, cost friendly vet clinic. Staff was helpful and great with our cat!

I’m so glad I found this clinic! I needed to get my cat neutered/vaccinated, and every other place I tried was booked months out and very expensive. The entire staff was so friendly and reassuring. A very relaxed atmosphere. I assumed they only did vax and spay/neuter but was happy to find out they were able to test and treat my cat’s other health issues. I left my kitty there around 10am and he was ready to go home by 2pm. How they are able to treat so many animals in such a short amount of time with appropriate attention to each one, I don’t know but I’m impressed! You’d never guess my kitty had surgery today, so I know they made him comfortable.

Took our little rescue cat there today to be neutered. The wonderful friendly staff took great care of him. Excellent service. Very affordable. I would highly recommend them.

This place was excellent! I brought in my 2 kitties that were brothers for a neuter (one of them had a more complicated surgery due to his physical nature) & the other was running a fever. They explained that when a cat is scared they can run a temperature, so after holding my little guy his temp was fine. Fur Wellness was exceptional at surgery on both, as well as, the way they cared for my kitties. After surgery I called and was given the go to come pick them up to come home (some places made them stay overnight which I felt would be unwanted stress). When I picked my little guys up they had them both in my same cage sleeping together, which I really appreciated. I am sooo happy I found this place on the internet. Thank You Fur Wellness for opening this clinic in Grand Rapids. I will recommend you to everyone I know! Susie, Charlie & Benny

Well folks...Fur Wellness has it going on! The veterinarian is soooo cool. She spends time loving on your pets...Makes them feel like going to the Doc is fun. And her staff are awesome. The clinic is spotless clean and spacious. Just had my Rhodesian Ridgeback Pup spayed there. Thank you Doctor Koehn. You are a marvelous veterinarian. So very happy to have found you!

I will be forever grateful to this practice and it’s fabulous staff. We have an 11 week old beagle puppy who was in need of vaccines and a general wellness check. This clinic was the first out of SIXTEEN offices that would even give me the time of day or offer to see my pup. Their staff is exceedingly kind and professional. In addition the cost of his visit and vaccine boosters was less than a third of any other estimate from any other office (for an appointment that was 3 months out). Thank you Fur Wellness from both Leonard and I!

One of the best animal clinics we've ever seen.

The vet is amazing. However, their limited hours and struggles with answering the phone unfortunately outweighed this. I am sure with additional staffing this problem could be solved, as the medical care is great.

Called at 8 AM with a feral cat, said bring him in by 10. Neutered, vaccinated and home by 4:00. Back in the wild by 10 PM. Thank you for all you do!

What an AMAZING PLACE to take your pet!! My cat came to get neutered and he was loved on by everyone. He was nervous in the car and had an accident! They cleaned it up upon arrival and even washed the blankets!! This place has an incredible staff, great prices and I highly recommend them for your pets!

Took my cat in, wonderful place, helped us take care of an issue, and was just so quick and extremely professional, recommend 15/10. If you need help with your animals would definitely take here. Will be continuing to go here thank you so much!

Been going here since our pup was just a wee 8 weeks old. Great customer service and care for the animals. They are always excited to see him to see how he has grown and love on him. Definitely would recommend!!

Not sure why this place is getting anything above 1 star. I hung up after talking to the snotty woman that answered the phone knowing I would never bring my pets there. She talked fast and over me when I asked questions. I felt like I was putting her out.This place is fairly new so I thought I would call and check it out. I couldn’t wait to hang up. This vet needs to know he/or she is losing potential customers because of the rude staff. Called at 5 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Won’t be calling again.
