I have been with Brooknell for almost 40 years. Stephanie and crew are amazing. Through the years I have had multiple dogs for huge to small and each and everyone loves going. The grooming it top notch and the people truly truly love their animal friends

My dog Koda doesn't care to be messed with but here at Brooknelle he actually tolerates ihis groom very well.Maria is AMAZING with him and both she and Stephanie are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I am generally anxious to leave my dog anywhere, but they went out of their way to have some one on one time with her when I dropped her off just to make her more comfortable, and were so sweet when I picked her up from daycare. I love their setup and the staff genuinely cares. I will absolutely go out of my way to bring my dog here again if I ever need daycare or boarding. If I could give them 6/5 stars I absolutely would!

Great staff but holy hell. The "rooms" are just open air cages, more like cell blocks. Cell blocks are half the size they should be. If they used 2 instead of 1, it would make the dogs more comfy. Smelt of high pee pee walking in, almost had to walk back out. Decent play area, but the individual living quarters aren't big enough for a normal/lab sized dog to turn around in!!!! Place needs work.... Alot. Great prices but no way I would board my dog in a cell block her can't even turn around in.

They always take such great care of my dog. They really understand her personality and how important she is to me.

We love the care they take for the dogs. My pets are always excited when they arrive and don't seem stressed out after a stay. The staff is very friendly and this is always our first choice for our dogs.

I have had my dog groomed here twice and the first experience was great! No issues. However the second time she was cut so short and close to her skin that when I left her at home for a few hours she scratched herself raw. She would growl aggressively if I tried to pet her at times which she had never done before. I had to take her to the vet and they put her on meds to keep her from scratching that sensitive area and to help the wound heal. I called and left a message with the facility regarding what happened, and did not receive a call back. I called again several days later and they apologized for not calling back but stated when there is matting they have to cut the hair super short and were not apologetic for what happened. I asked for some kind of reimbursement which the girl on the phone stated she could not give but her manager would call me back. I never received that call.

Carol's Ferals is a wonderful place to get a kitty. There are several rooms, each with a different group of cats - kittens in one room, senior cats in another, plus a couple more, there's even a special room just for FIV kitties ????. All cats are spayed/ neutered, microchipped, treated for parasites, given all their shots, and treated for any other condition, if they need it. The volunteers are all wonderful, loving people that truly just want all of the kitties to find "furever" homes. They are very helpful, ready to give advice as needed. When you adopt a cat, you receive a packet of all the documentation associated with the kitty. There are some really great cats there, please stop by and see them. If you're ready to enrich your life with the love of a wonderful kitty, this is just the place to go!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. You can tell they have a passion for dogs. The grooming service is fantastic. The groomer, Maria, must be a dog whisperer. I've seen someone bring in their dog for a quick claw trim (which they do on a quick walk in basis) - she said her dog hates people. Well, Maria breezed up, clipped the claws, and was done with the lady's jaw hanging open. Amazing!

My 3 dogs love "vacationing" here and are always treated well. Staff is friendly & helpful and genuinely care for your pets. The minute we walk in the door to drop the dogs off, they are happy and the staff know their names! When we pick them up after vacation, the dogs are happy, well cared for & clean.

I would definitely recommend this kennel. I left My dog here while I was out of town for the weekend, he is rather spoiled, seems that he was well taken care of.

Amazing no-kill shelter. They really care about the kitties and make sure they go to good homes.

My dog seems to love this place and the staff is incredibly friendly. They even went so far as to prepare him special healthy meals during a period when my dog was having digestive issues. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Very friendly! You can tell they love animals. I left my 2 cats for a week. They were taken cared of like I would have. They even smell like they were given baths :) She even sent me home with cans of food for them to have. Your pets will be very well taken cared of here.
