It's unfair to judge on the very first visit, but my cat is doing a lot better. I'm not made of money and I asked them to work with me. They did and I'm going back in 2 weeks for a follow up and some additional shots for Teater.

Took my cat for a wellness visit. Staff was super friendly. Even with curb side drop off and pick up they kept me informed of what went on in the exam and treatment options/plans while waiting for test results. They took all my concerns seriously and did everything to make sure my furry baby was happy and healthy.

I boarded my cat for the first time and she stayed for a week. They were happy to meet her and I was able to check upon her during the week as I felt like it! Upon pick up she was a happy camper and they told me about her stay. I got all her belongings back in great condition and I will be visiting the cat clinic north again!

These folks love their jobs and their patients. The level of care and consideration for our cat was unparalleled. I couldn't imagine taking a cat anywhere else. They are also very reasonable in cost. Love this clinic!

Vet staff is amazing. They call and inform me of everything they have done and any/all diagnoses in great detail! They also answer all my questions every time I called like a crazy concerned pet parent. I really appreciate what great care that take of my cat Smokey.

Cat clinic north is one of the best veterinary places to take your feline family members to. They have such a nice and friendly staff, very attentive to you and your cats needs. My favorite part is they will explain the cost and give you option for EVERYTHING before they do anything. Cat problems don't always happen when your financially stable so they will give you all your options up front so you can make the best choice for your cat. Highly recommended, even have appointments on Saturdays. Thank you cat clinic north; Roman, Ernie, and Luicifer say meow.

Took my kitten there for an exam, and to get his first round of shots. Their procedures for COVID are that all contact is over the phone (not a big deal), however, the second they have your cat inside, they do not provide you any price estimate for your current visit, nor do they give you a rundown of what they will be doing. I was asked over the phone if I wanted to get a Feline Lukemia test for the kitten. My kitten had already tested negative before this visit, so I said no. My final bill for first check up, and first round of shots was $256. This included the $80 test I told them I did not want, and a $30 pre-pay for a stool sample that nobody told me I needed to bring in initially. When I called them to try to get the charge reconciled (since I did not give consent for the test), I was told that I gave verbal consent over the phone, which is literally not true. Canceled my future appointment, so now the $30 stool sample charge is also pointless, since I will not be returning. Basically, I was charged $100 for services I didn't want or ask for.

Let me preface this post by saying that I understand how difficult it is to render services during the pandemic I brought my cat here for what turned out to be an acute condition I also understand that this is a business but from the first conversation,at a time where my cat hasn’t eaten for an extended period of time and was in acute distress , staff attempted to sell me wormer natural feline calming products and a series of plans that I needed to get fast because discount was for this month only When it was determined that he needed a urinalysis they wanted me to leave him there overnight at a time when he was very ill and scared ,which I find totally unnecessary He is young and doesn’t interact with anyone but us My cat was prescribed a variety of medications When I received them I found one that wasn’t listed on the sheet post examination Research revealed that it was the worm med that we’d determined he didn’t need although I wasn’t charged for it Having to do intake by phone was frustrating mine would cut out frequently I felt like I was cut off or brushed off by staff while trying to voice concerns Every time I called I would get the same questions particularly about worm med though I repeatedly told them he is an indoor cat, instead of addressing acute problem They didn’t know what type of food or medications he was on although this vet prescribed them I have talked to numerous workers who asked me the same generic questions Why don’t they seem to know what’s going on with him One of the meds he was on required a blood test after 3 weeks When I got there I was asked if he had fasted for 12 hours,no one had ever called or discussed,at any time the need to do this Tech stated the Dr could still see him I asked why, since the test can’t be done I am leaving and you can call me with appointment The last time I spoke with the vet about new symptoms she thought she had seen him in March instead of May She said let’s put him on a probiotic even though she already had, doesn’t anyone look at charts I told her that he doesn’t like it and won’t eat it I told her that I don’t want that product, that I don’t believe in it While attempting to explain that there were very few studies of their effectiveness in cats with it only being positive for antibiotic related diarrhea and c-diff and I feel it is just another of the latest sweep of “ miracle “ products, she cut me off saying not the “ cheesy” ones whatever that means She talked over me and said well we’re just going round and round about this I can’t treat your cat if you won’t do this They said they would give me UA results but I had to email for them more than two weeks later In their reply they stated that they attempted to call me twice which was untrue, they called only once and not about UA So very disappointing !!!

We have been coming to Cat Clinic North for a few years now, but the last couple of times we have not had a great experience. My cat is a rescue and has severe separation anxiety. I scheduled a teeth cleaning as early as possible in December so we could get her home as soon as possible. Cat Clinic North never mentioned that they would need to hold her the whole day ahead of her teeth cleaning. Now, during Covid, I scheduled a nail trim. They would not allow me inside, again, this was never mentioned ahead of the appointment. It’s important to be completely transparent with customers ahead of time. As an owner of a cat with high separation anxiety, I was uncomfortable with both of these situations and will not be coming back.

While we loved our previous vet, we were getting no where with finding out the root cause of our cat's potty problems. So after multiple appointments about it, we decided to try Cat Clinic North. They truly spent time getting to know our cat. We filled out a 3 page survey regarding her behavior and brought her in for an hour long consultation. Due to Covid, I had to stay in the car, but the tech stayed on the phone with me asking questions for about ten minutes before hanging up and assisting the vet. When the exam was done, Dr. Pair called me and the first thing she did was gush about my kitty and how cute and sweet she was. Then she explained all of the things we could try. There was so much information, I was a little overwhelmed, but it was clear she knows cats well and she helped me decide what our next course of action was. When they switched me to another person to pay, she also gushed about how good my kitty was. It's so clear they love and know cats. Afterwards, they emailed me Dr. Pair's notes (about two and a half pages!) that even included a picture of my cat. The notes covered all the information she told me on the phone. I also received calls twice when lab results came back, and they emailed me those results so I could have a paper copy. On top of all this, since implementing some of the suggestions from Dr. Pair the next day after the appointment, my cat has not had a single accident outside of the box! I couldn't be more thrilled! I will be switching both of my cats to Cat Clinic North as their regular vet. They love cats, they know cats, they are thorough, they communicate very well, and they figured it out. I have nothing but positive things to say!

The staff is always very caring, calling the following day to check in with you on how your cat is feeling. They don't pressure you into getting things you don't want, and everything is quoted before anything is done.

I called four other places trying to ask for help with my cat and the wonderful people working here were the only ones that actually offered real advice and authentic knowledge of how to handle our situation. I couldn't be more thankful for the support and all the help Cat Clinic North provided

The location is convenient, and they are so nice to my cat! Very knowledgeable staff. They always provide an estimate before services, so you know what you'll be paying, and what you'll be paying for.

Wonderful & professional service. My kitty gets anxiety from car rides and new environments. Cat clinic north was very accommodating in trying to make him as comfortable as possible. Will be bringing him back here again!
