My family has been going to this vet since Dr. Siegle Sr practiced. So safe to say over Fifty years of patronage we have paid to them. Not only have the costs sky rocketed, but the service and timeliness have plummeted! The quality of care is sub par, the wait time is insane, and the attitude you get from a vast majority of the employees is out of this world. I have stuck with them as a vet even when living hours away, this was a mistake on my part. Needless to say after my most recent interaction, that resulted in no help whatsoever myself and my family will no longer be going to this animal hospital. We truly miss the actual care that was once provided here. It is now just a money maker, they will order unnecessary tests and care for the animals that jack your bill through the roof! Thank you to the Siegle family who once truly cared for our furry family members!

Harry and I were welcomed by the staff in a warm and caring manner. I was really appreciative that they listened to my concerns and gave Harry a thorough examination. It was an ok experience.

We recently brought our rescue dog, Auri, in to the Breton Village Animal Clinic for her first visit. We were blown away by the care she received from Dr. Vito and the staff at this location! The entire staff made sure Auri was at ease through the appointment, and strived to make her first visit a positive experience for her. They were very knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome. We are so happy we chose to bring our dog to this office!

I have used this vet practice for years but had not had a pet for several years. I adopted a shelter pet and he unfortunately has some serious medical issues that needed a good vet clinic that is absolutely tops in diagnosing pet medical issues. Cascade took the time to listen to what i said about my observations about what was going on with my cat and cared enough to do the testing required to obtain several diagnoses for him. I trusted these vets with my other prior pets and absolutely trust them with treatment of my new pet. I consider Cascade Hospital for Animals to be the best in the Grand Rapids area and highly recommend them. They are compassionate and caring vets who go the extra mile to diagnose your pet's medical issues and they treat you and your pet with respect. Wonderful vet clinic!

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary practice in SW Michigan. They have complete updated facilities to perform any procedure necessary in my experience. No sending you somewhere else for services. I have taken all my rescued animals to Cascade Hospital for Animals for 15 years and will continue to do so. They can be trusted completely. They also ask permission before providing services, so we know where we stand. I appreciate that they have wonderful hours so I don't end up going to an emergency vet. I can always get an appt. and that means the world to me and my animals. They treat a wide variety such as exotics also and are very experienced in all kinds of pets. I would go nowhere else. I drive 50 miles to Cascade and it's worth every minute of the drive!!!

I have been coming to Cascade Hospital for Animals for a couple years now and I absolutely love it! The staff are always warm and welcoming as well as professional. My dogs love coming here! Even my kitties don’t mind it too much!

The staff at Cascade Hospital for Animals are amazing. They treated both my dog, Briz, and I with kindness and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other pet owners.

Way too expensive!!!!! They even wanted.a $50 deposit to make an appt. Find another vet. Although that is difficult in GR at this time. The vet that founded Crash's Landing is opening a clinic on Diamond st soon. She is a great vet.

I absolutely love this animal hospital. Not only are they very friendly and professional but they are very helpful with any questions or concerns. All the staff are understanding, kind, knowledgeable and focused on the needs of your pet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for care for either a sick furry friend or just a normal well check up.

We've been going to Cascade for a little over a year and had several vets that were passable but we were looking for another clinic as the experiences weren't what we wanted for our two dogs. We decided we would finish up the last round of our new puppy's shots and randomly got Dr. Nicholas Vito as our vet. He TOTALLY changed our minds and exceeded our expectations. He was personable, friendly, good with both dogs, and respected our decisions regarding our dogs health. Not sure about all the other vets, but if you are planning to go to Cascade or have been going and are not that happy, try requesting Dr. Vito and you won't regret it.

I was sent to Cascade for a surgery for my cat. Dr. McBride and his team were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process! My interactions with all of the office staff were wonderful as well, I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Schaffer is the best! Always attentive, listens and explains well. Even makes phone calls home to make sure Leilani is doing well. Morgan, my vet technician was great too! Highly recommend for all care!
