I so appreciated everyone at this clinic. The front desk kindly offered to reschedule my appointment when I was having car trouble. They were genuinely friendly when I finally arrived. The Vet and the Vet tech were professional & warm with both me and my cat. I was also very pleased with the care given to my pet.

Got me in super quick for a first time appointment there, then when I had a COVID scare the front desk was very understanding and got me in the next week, which I really appreciated. When I got there I was met with two huge smiles and wonderful enthusiasm. The vet techs were so sweet and gave Skye so much attention, they were so insanely gentle with her and they gave her lots of belly rubs. Dr. Munro was so kind, patient, and loving towards Skye as well, she really liked him. It’s nice knowing my cats will be in good care every time we go!

They treat cliants and pets like family

Typical vet money grab, these people are just as bad as the health care cartel. What a joke.

Up front that my pet is terminal. Not what I wanted to hear but have to accept and provide comfort and much love in her final days.

The technicians and Dr.Knopp were fantastic! They were very gentle and compassionate treating and handling our cat. The entire staff is very friendly and professional, we recommend Robins Road Animal Clinic to all our friends.

I have been going there for 56yrs. With her father as a doctor Now That he is retired his daughter Doctor Jolene has taken over the business. Both of them were blessed With care, kindness, loving pets and there family.

They were able to get me in right away the vet that was available was from out of town and Karen was outstanding fabulous along with the tech and all the front end people... So glad I brought my kitty to them she seems to be doing much better

In my opinion RRAC is the best Grand Haven has to offer, the doctors and the staff are friendly and personable with all of the pets that come in, and make a great effort to make you and your pet welcome and safe.

One charging station has been down several times when I am on business and need to fast charge. I hope they fix this problem.

I have been going to Robbins Road Animal Clinic since 2000 when I moved here. My Vet back home went to college with 2 of their Veterinarians. Jolee has been such a kind and caring person with my pets. Even after her father, George Wennersten retired he operated on my cat because he was not going to make it. The only other choice was Michigan State immediately. He did a great job and Jolee assisted. I now have a new kitty and will go no where else. I love this place. They are always helpful when I call about anything.

My new puppies first visit here was such a good one !!! Everyone was so friendly and happy ! Dr Karen was so kind and very knowledgeable that I was instantly sure I had made the RIGHT CHOICE to put RRAC in charge of Dash’s my new puppies care. During the exam he stood up and gave Dr Karen kisses ! He felt very at ease too . Everyone from start to finish of our visit was just so kind ! I left the office feeling happy and so confident in my choice for who I wanted to care for my new fur baby . I rate RRAC 10 out of 10 !!!!!

First visit was good. Told my cat’s ears were clear. She must have allergies. Vet did not know why she was itching her ears. Was given an optional sample. Told if I wanted to use it. Two weeks later, she developed thick in her ears. Instead of admitting to have missed the issue originally, I was given attitude for not choosing to use an optional sample product. Even over heard it being said to staff, if they could get me to use a product. Again, totally placing the issue on me, because of not using a sample product I was told was optional. Also, all of a suddenly it was said there was a trace found during last visit. Integrity was a zero, given my experience. We plan on completing current care, then drop this clinic. Offensive to place on client, when just two weeks ago, it was said nothing was wrong with her ears. And, product sample given last time was presented as being optional.

Cancelled appointment due to me being stuck in traffic and 10 minutes late. When I spoke to the receptionist I said I would be pulling in the parking lot any minute and she said they were not willing to stay till close to see my dog. Even though he was only getting a shot and it would take less than 10 minutes. It’s also very hard to get appointments here and so my dogs see other vets. Very disappointed in the unwillingness to help. :(

It was my puppies first visit to the vet and it was such a great experience for him. They made it relaxing and fun for him that I don’t believe I’ll have a dog who hides when the vet gets brought up.

I have used Robbins Road Animal Clinic for our pets for 30 years! They have been very caring with my pets. I just took Ayshe in and with Covid, had to stay in the car, was worried about her going in alone, but their staff and Dr. Jo are so caring, she did fine. Dr. Jo came out to car to discuss the visit with me and make a couple recommendations. I am very pleased with Dr. Jo and her staff. I highly recommend them!

Every part of the experience exceeded my expectations. Each employee that assisted us was friendly, patient with my timid kitty and knowledgeable about his condition and treatment. I made an error with my medication order, and someone from the clinic noticed the error and called to help me correct the mistake. I appreciated the accuracy and that the staff is dedicated to creating a positive experience even beyond the office.

Had to euthanize my cat on 8/16/21,they were very compassionate and very honest about the situation. Recommend these vets to anyone.

Kudos to Robbins Road Animal Clinic for taking great care of our dog. They fit us into a tight surgery window, took the time to explain everything, and gave excellent medical care to our little friend. Highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Robbins Road Animal Clinic since 1981 and will never go anywhere else. I began with Dr George Wennersten until he retired, then with his daughter Jolee. Jolee is are not only kind, caring, patient, punctual, knowledgeable, and compassionate Vet, but she will continue to pursue until she has correctly diagnosed the problem with your animal. She laughs with you, loves your animal with you and cries with you when your animal crosses over the Rainbow Bridge. I have never met a more caring Vet in my life.
