Great vet! A bit pricey but worth it

Unfortunately the people and staff do not communicate with you when they are doing a procedure. My dog had her teeth extracted without my consent or permission. I do not think it was necessary and I would have appreciated a call to let me know what the problem was so I like give authorization. My little girl now has to suffer the rest of her life. They didn’t even care to call to let me know I found out afterwards. Do not take your pet here.

Ten Days ago I posted a google review which I have deleted as of today, November 22, 2021. When you have a sick fur baby it can cause the fur baby's human to panic and not be kind, I apologize. Thank you Dr. Keilen for seeing Little Grey today and for taking time to talk with us and seeking to understand the experience we encountered 13 days ago when we tried to get Little Grey into your office for an emergency visit. Your clinic is outstanding and has served us well for the past 12 years.

The staff really helped put my aunt's mind at ease. Her new rescue cat is in great shape.

It was quick & easy prices are good. They were very knowledgeable and very nice. I doubt I'll ever go to a different vet clinic.

Had a 3.5 month old puppy eat a toy and needed surgery. Both Dr. Keilen and tech Kari took such good care of our little guy, and the staff even answered our questions after we left. Been coming here for several years, and will continue. Highly recommended

I had never been here before. My dog was so sick I thought I was loosing her. My vet of 13 years (Dunkel in Davison) would not see her because they were booked. Grand Blanc vet was booked as well booking 2 months out. They still seen my dog right away. They were so very sensitive, caring, thorough, and professional. They took me right back even with a full waiting room. I was blown away how awesome every single staff member was. Thank you Grand Blanc hospital!

They take very good care of my dog and reply back well when you request a call over further information.

Today was my first time visiting and I have to say, considering the circumstances, I was very impressed. Unfortunately we had euthanize our African pygmy hedgehog for she was getting old and ill. Very affordable, clean, professional, and a very kind staff. Treated me with the utmost respect. I even got a memorial paw print for which I know my kids appreciate the most. Thank you for making today a little less dull with your kindness. Highly recommend.

Love Grand Blanc Vet they are good toooooo all my animals...

I just moved into the area from Belleville and had been taking my 8 year old pup to a vet in Ann Arbor since he was a puppy. He started having a bad allergy flair up and was chewing and licking his skin raw. so I called around to a few vets who were booked and/or, didn’t open till 9am or after. I called Grand Blanc and they were able to get me in the same day. I was a little worried about seeing a new vet but the Dr was great! She took great care of my boy & explained all the options to me. The front desk staff were really nice. The cost wasn’t too bad for an office visit, injection, and oral meds either. Definitely will be returning here again if my pup needs care.

Great vet technicians and doctors but you will pay to take care of your pet.

My Maltese is getting older and wasn't adjusting to our move from Kansas to the Flint MI area. Since our visit, Max is doing much better.

Amazing customer service & very informative

Horrible front desk. Show up for appointments and they put you on hold while they do God knows what. Happens every time. Been using them for 12 years and will not go back. 10 minute wait on hold just to tell them we are in the parking lot for our appointment. If I could give a negative review I would.

I have called 6 times put on hold each and every time for more than 15 minutes I keep calling they answer ask for me to hold and forget about me every time

I have a fairly new rescue dog 10 years old been abused all her life. She was treated like royalty they handed with kid gloves. Do you have a problem dog they know how to work with them????✌????????

Very loving and caring staff. Make you and your pet feel at ease with treatments, decisions you make for your best friend! Would recommend to anybody I know to go here.

The staff & Drs have always been kind , caring & great with my babies , and with us . My 19 yr old cat Houdini passed at home this Sunday , & when I called Monday morning , Brittany was so helpful & compassionate . I think the world of these people . Especially what they have done during vivid & all that that entails . Thank you ! ❤

Don’t take your animals here if you want them to act on a situation that’s important. Instead they will just give you antibiotics and tell you they can’t even get you in next week. And refer you to a place that cost 5 times as much. Glad to see you care about the well being of others animals and it’s owners. We will not return to this establishment.
