The staff members at Cross Veterinary Clinic have always been very good to my cat and me. We usually don't have much of a wait time after checking in, and they understand she's not always the easiest creature to try and handle. There's usually always a follow-up call the day after a surgical procedure just to be sure everything is going well. They've earned my Seal of Approval.

We just acquired our new golden doodle, and it was an obvious choice to take him to Dr. Fleming. We previously had two chocolate labs that we took to Mike for what seemed like forever. I have never met a vet who truly cares about the animal and the owner so much. Thankfully they both lived for a long time (12 and 14 years). Unfortunately, we had to put them down a little bit ago. The process was horrible in terms of having to go through, but Dr. Fleming made a horrible situation tolerable with his kindness. Now, our new puppy Jax, will be under the care of Dr. Fleming, which makes us all very happy and feeling secure. I would NOT recommend any other clinic.

Hands down best place to go!! I got a Emergency appointment next day, no extra charge. Very affordable prices. Very friendly and caring staff. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just want to thank everyone who was working today for providing the best experience possible when euthanizing my dog. Everyone was very compassionate and kind. They made sure that we understood everything that was going to happen and allowed us as much time as we wanted with our baby. They even gave us a little clay paw imprint to give us something a little extra to remember him with. Also very convenient that they arrange cremation if that is something you are interested in. (I wanted only my dog’s ashes, which was actually reasonably priced) On another note, we took our little guy here for regular vet care a handful of times as well. The staff has always been friendly, compassionate, and professional. Top-notch vet care here.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Fleming for the past 19 years. He remembers my pets and their quirks/issues and is genuinely concerned for their well-being. He has gone above and beyond to help them with health issues when they’ve come up and takes the time to explain everything to us. He and the rest of his staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We love Dr. Fleming and the staff here. Everyone is so kind, professional, and understanding. It's so evident that they love animals. We've been going here for almost 10 years and can't say enough good about the treatment and care of our cats. Even when we decided to put down our oldest and diabetic cat the doctor and staff were so compassionate and clear about our options.

I have visited a few vets over the years and have always been happy and satisfied. There’s just something very special about this place. From the moment you walk in and are greeted you feel everyone knows you, and they really care, cannot recommend highly enough.

Buster has been a patient at Cross Veterinary Clinic since we moved to Grand Blanc nine years ago. He is now a 10+ year old senior patient! Buster has always been treated with gentle kindness. Our concerns and questions are addressed thoroughly, even when we call back home while away in the winter!
