Dr. Florida and her staff are excellent! Everyone here is friendly, understanding, and is committed to making sure that both your pet is getting the care and treatment they need, and that you understand what they’re doing and why.

My dog has been going to this vet ever since he was a puppy, for 7 years now. The staff is always nice and welcoming whenever I call or come in (especially Jamie). Everyone is very patience and attentive, which I absolutely love because I know my dog can be a bit of a hand full. They all are professional and exude warmth and care. I can not thank them enough for taking care of my dog and going above and beyond with every single visit. I just recently moved so I will definitely miss the care the staff gave my dog! I highly recommend Flushing Animal Hospital!

Ever since Dr. Florida took over it has been going down hill. A simple check up will cost you double to triple than it originally did because of all the extra fees. I got charged $10 four different times in fees like: disposal fee, cleaning fee, processing fee, etc. They even charged me a fee for going out to get my dog when they force their customers to stay in the car because of covid. I have my vaccine and I’m willing to wear a mask but they still won’t allow me to go in and see my dog while she is getting looked at. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I can’t see this place surviving much longer. I already know more than 20 loyal customers who moved doctors for the fees alone. Dr. Florida is a scam artist and should be embarrassed to call herself a well trained practicing veterinarian. -1 stars

Great, loving, dedicated vet techs....a veterinarian who gets down on pet levels while examining.....and a "total" experience animal hospital for quality care, training and boarding. Thank you for all you do!

I have an excellent physician. If I didn't I would wear a dog costume and go here. They are competent, supportive and compassionate. They are what your pets deserve when it comes to health care.

We were recently in need of a pet hotel for our beloved cat. So many places either did not board cats, did not have room for another cat, did not answer the phone after multiple calls or simply had bad reviews. The Flushing Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel came thru from the beginning. Very friendly, good rates, easy in/out process outside. Our cat had what seems to have been a great stay and came back clean, calm and is already comfortable again back home peacefully. We will DEFINITELY use again! Our only minor complaint is that we called and made specific reservations and confirmed, but somehow we got there and they could not find our reservation. They had a room though, took information and got her in thankfully. I will definitely re-verify the appointment next time though a few days after making a reservation to make sure it "stuck" in their system. :)

I love the fact that this hospital is still practicing social distancing and protection for the customers employees and the pets. I love how they come out to the car pick up your dog and then bring him back in while the customer sits in their vehicle.

Called a while ago during COVID trying to find care for my cats, was put on hold for a long time to be told they weren’t really taking new clients and that the wait time to be seen was a couple months, so I found a different vet to take my cats to.

Very good staff was extremely nice extremely helpful they're doing safety protocols so that's good the doctor was very helpful very nice and helped tell us everything that could be going on with the dog she gave him some pain meds and gave him some stuff to help him relieve himself we'll just leave it at that but it is a very good place to go my girlfriend recommended me here for her dog and my girlfriend's cousin also goes here with all her animals and they've always had good experiences
