I was very nervous about our dog’s first day at daycare, but I was quickly put at ease. The drop-off process was seamless, and I loved being able to watch him make new friends through the Webcam service. He honestly didn't want to leave! He kept going back to the building instead of running for the car like he normally would. We quickly received a report card through email detailing his day, and I'm looking forward to booking a return trip!

Everyone is usually sooo friendly. Until today, the checkout girl was kind of snappy. I just inquired about the pricing . I was unaware that Dremel cost (significantly) more than a cut. She said, " wait I don't make up the prices".* ???? Whoa !. I know now. But, otherwise I love this place and I absolutely look forward to the Wellness Check report.

Our dog started in the puppy program and just moved to the adult dogs. Canine to Five does a great job and I would highly recommend their puppy program for anyone who wants to socialize their dog or doesn’t want them to be alone during the day. The web cams give us piece of mind but I know even if they were available that our dog would be taken care of. Thank you Canine to Five!

They were very welcoming with a first time user of dog day care. They really took the time to know our pup and make him welcome there. They are always happy to hear our pup by name and he is so excited when he sees the staff.

The online reservation system works great. The staff is polite and seem to really love what they do. Pricing is reasonable. Best of all, my dog always comes home happy and ready for a nap so you know he’s getting good play time with the other dogs.

My labradoodle was there for a full day being evaluated. He was super tired when he got home which was a good thing. I watched on the live cam thru out the day. The interaction was great and the area was constantly being cleaned. My puppy will be returning.

Canine to five is easy to schedule with, friendly, accessible (you can do everything online), and you get to see your dog during the day on the webcams throughout the facility. Our pup had a great time! And we can't wait to send her again!

Canine to Five did an exceptional job taking care of my dog. The staff was courteous, attentive to details regarding my dog's disposition, and was incredibly helpful. It was a great experience after some less than stellar experiences with other service providers and I won't take my dog anywhere else. Looking forward to my next experience.

Originally used Canine to Five after our dog was fixed since they have private play available and it was a huge relief. Now she does group play about once a week and it has really helped her separation anxiety. They are all very patient with her and I love being able to check on her through the cameras through out the day.

So excited to have Keeper going for puppy daycare! It wasn't my first choice (location wasn't as ideal for getting to work) but he had a great first day. The staff is amazing. He will see you on the 29th for the puppy program.

For those supporting the business with their money, a few things should be known. I love dogs. I spent years working with Greyhound rescues, helping place traumatized dogs into loving homes. I lasted 7 work-days at Canine to Five before quitting. To give you an understanding of the type of people hired, my supervisor had "PURE HATRED" tattooed across the backs of his legs. So, yeah, not the most mature or inviting type of person, to be certain. I was threatened with termination should I disclose abuse from pet parents to any reporting authorities, after I had been told that one of the dogs in the "Private Play" program (behaviorally challenged dogs) was hit by its owner in the facility on multiple occasions, as an explanation as to why the dog had such high anxiety/agitation. I also witnessed multiple staff belittling/insulting dogs, calling them names, and using excessive force when redirecting them. All in all, it is NOT a place you want to bring your animal, let alone work. Be advised: positions from this company pop up on Indeed very, VERY regularly, and for good reason: People don't want to be paid $10/hr to scrub waste after being promised a trainer/hands-on position. Also, ANY job asking you to work a 6 day, 50 hour week that involves a care-taking aspect clearly is not focusing on the well-being or safety of those in its care, dogs OR employees. There are signs all over the building begging staff to work AT LEAST 50 hours a week and pushing the 6 day work week, with no compensation beyond a tiny bonus ($50). There is a massive emphasis on staff (who they cannot retain due to their practices) to work until utter exhaustion, introducing even further risks and danger to an already tense and anxiety-inducing environment.

I have always used this place for daycare without any issues. This was my first time booking boarding for my dog. I called to get her signed up. The guy who answered said he’d put me on a stand by list or something until I sent in her updated vax records. I called my vet right after to do just that. I followed back up a few days after to make sure everything was confirmed. The lady said she didn’t have any record of it and then somehow….saw the notes for my reservation. She said she would approve it and would update the vax records. I asked if I was all set, she said yes. I said great! I called back the day before my trip to ask how I needed to bring my dogs food and decided to confirm the appointment again. To my surprise, the lady who answered the phone also couldn’t find anything on my reservation but then somehow does find it and says they STILL NEED HER VAX RECORDS and that my resy ISNT CONFIRMED bc they’re fully booked. Keep in mind my trip is tomorrow morning and it’s 4:50pm and my vet closes at 5 :) Idk what is going on over there or how they’re keeping track but I’m extremely dissatisfied and there’s no way I could ever rely on them in the future. Will be looking for a new pace and would suggest you call to confirm your resy if you do book! Fortunately my friend was able to watch my dog.

I would regularly take our dog to the Ferndale facility. He loved it, he was always well cared for, and I always had great confidence in the staff's care of him.

I have a high energy lab puppy, and Canine to Five is a lifesaver. My dog can go and play and socialize with other dogs, she comes home tired from all the good play time. The also help reinforce her training. I love it.

I WOULD AVOID This Business at all costs. They promote and foster a horrible work environment and encourage harassment and mistreatment of those with learning disabilities. Allowing staff to call others "Retards" with disabilities. I witnessed this in person and the management joined in and visibly upset the staff member. teasing him to near tears. What awful people, I cannot imagine how they treat those poor animals

First time taking my dog and she was so scared of the other dogs, so they put her in private play. She came home exhausted! Definitely going back!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I cannot recommend Canine to Five highly enough. My first dog was not dog social so when I got Hopper as a puppy I wanted to make sure that he would be as friendly and socialized as he could be. Their puppy program has provided him with what he needs to be the happy, confident, social butterfly that he's become. I had a lot of anxiety the first time I left him there but the attentiveness of the pack leaders and being able to check on him via webcam helped me quickly get past my worries. It was also a huge relief to have a place to take him to get his puppy energy out while I clean, run overdue errands, or just plain have a little break. He loves when we go for daycare and I have even boarded him there a few times, all with great success. Their grooming services are also a must for anyone needing to save a few minutes or nervous about nail trims. If you're nervous or anxious about leaving your furbaby with strangers, take the leap and try Canine to Five. You won't be disappointed!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Canine to Five. When Annabelle first arrived she was shy and I wasn't sure doggie daycare would be a fit for her. Kaitlin was fantastic, proactively planning for Annabelle's next visit and keeping me updated. Quickly, Annabelle became comfortable and came out of her shell thanks to the caring staff. She loves Canine to Five and is thriving there. Canine to Five has my and Annabelle's heart - We both love it there!

I am overjoyed to share my experience at Canine to Five!!! My puppy Yorkie Maxx is 6 months old and his first day was a success! I was a little nervous because it was his first time around other dogs ever! He was the only puppy born in his litter and I’ve had him since he was 7 weeks. He’s very spoiled and energetic so I was really nervous, but the staff was so welcoming to him. Everyone was so sweet and loving to Maxx and I! My favorite part was being able to check on him on the live cam while I was home. He made friends and happened to be the smallest dog in the group but they made sure he was taken care of and safe. I can’t wait for him to go back and make more friends!!!

This was our first visit and both doggies are going back. They came home wagging tails and happy. It’s important to know that your pets are safe and Canine 2 Five provided that assurance! The ice cream treats was a bonus! I’m glad I took the chance after being with last boardinghouse over twenty yrs, Customer service started with phone, then online follow-up! Top Notch????
