I did not know this service existed until I Googled pet cremation. The ashes were returned within 24 hours, well before I believe. Definitely a great non contact service to put your pet to rest respectfully. ❤

I would like to profoundly thank PACE - Pet & Animal Cremation Endearment for the kindness they bestowed upon me during my time of bereavement. Both of my Chinchillas died of old age (16 & 18yrs old), 23 months apart from each other. I was treated as if a family member had passed away. They treated both my beloved pets with kindness & dignity. They never questioned my request & allowed the validation of my feelings!

Took excellent care of my family during our difficult time.

Staff over the telephone and those who came out to my house are wonderful, empathetic and respectful. PACE was able to send someone out to my house to pick up my cat before my daughter returned from school. The return back to me only took two days and the technician went above and beyond to get my cat to me in hand, waiting several minutes at my door for my arrival and calling. I was very impressed with how the company handled such a difficult time for me and kept me at ease. I will definitely use PACE again if I am ever in need and will recommend to all.

This week my mother and my pet have passed away. PACE was as professional and courteous for my pet as if it were a normal family member. Great company if you are in need.

Gotta say, in a time of pain and confusion the service this company provided was such a relief. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the professionalism and speedy response in light of our situation. 10/10.

My family recently lost a beloved dog unexpectedly. The gentleman who delivered my boy’s ashes was so very kind and empathetic. People like him are what made a heart wrenching situation just a bit easier to cope with. All our thanks to Pace and that very special man.

Unfortunately, we lost 2 family pets this year. PACE was easy to work with during a very difficult time. Quick, easy and very respectful. ❤️

Krispy was very kind and sweet explaining the whole process and packages. She was very helpful patient and understanding, she answered all my questions no matter how many times I called, she was always polite. The guy who came to get my baby was very nice and comforting and the young lady who dropped him off was also very empathetic. All in all I had a great experience and I’m glad my cousin found them.

We lost our fur baby unexpectedly and this place did the cremation. We requested the hardware in her leg back so we could have something made. What we got back was a silver baggie with a blob of some melted cheap metal. Stainless steel and titanium do not melt in cremation process. What they brought me is not fromm furbaby. We opened the wood box to find another silver baggie with broken up chunks if something. No ashes. We are very disgusted and heartbroken. :(

Staff was so compassionate and professional. They made a difficult experience a little easier. Highly recommend.

All arrangements were dealt with in a caring manner and my beloved pup's remains were hand delivered to my home.

Hello, we lost our fur baby Thor suddenly Saturday night, I want to take the time to recognize this company and their staff. Not only were they super friendly from the first phone call to the pick up and the delivery of Thors remains,they were so compassionate!!! I want to especially thank Emily for getting us through the tough phone call, Reggie and his partner (name unknown) for graciously taking Thor to his final resting place, and Brian for bringing Thor back to us safely!!!

I have used PACE for years. They have now taken care of 4 of my pets and I could not express the amount of gratitude I have for them and the kindness and professionalism they have always shown me. Very prompt responses and amazing people at this company. I know that when I contact them for their services my fur baby is being taken care of with the most respect and care possible! Excellent staff and very professional. They did a excellent job with the clay dog prints and ink paw prints.i lost two dogs on the same day and then was referred by my vetranarian to pace cremation. I will recommend anyone and family to go to pace for there animal to be cremated if that is what they choose to do. Pace staff is very caring and understanding. On a scale 1-10 10 being the best overall.

This group is by far the best crematory service I have dealt with in my 47 years of practice. The deceased pets are treated with the utmost consideration and care. Angelo was so compassionate and kind. Losing our boy Brody was devastating and Angelo's professionalism and empathy was amazing. He helped make this difficult situation bearable. We appreciate how quickly Brody's ashes were brought back to us and a beautiful clay paw print was included! I highly recommend PACE.

PACE does fantastic work and quickly. After my second time using their services in a year I came in to pick up our urn for our family dog. The guy who helped me remembered our other pets name immediately just based on the last name and it really surprised me. Excellent communication and hours available to pickup when needed and fair pricing.

Losing my dog Chloe was such an emotional time for my family. When we learned about the services PACE offered, we were so happy to know that she could be honored and remembered in the right way. Richard at PACE coordinated a delivery time and when our delivery arrived, the driver Angelo was so kind and professional. It was truly a heartwarming experience and we felt the love and support from the entire PACE team. If you have recently lost a furry friend, this is a great way to honor them. We lost our beloved Santino ( boxer) and didn't know what to do. 1st we called the vet who recommended a facility. Their prices were a bit high, so I figured I would search around. I called Pace, from the operator to the pick-up and drop off person, EVERYONE was so compassionate and understanding. We received Santino back in 1 day in a keepsake box, we also purchased a clay paw print. Thank you Pace for being there for my family!!

When my poodle of 17 years passed away, I didn’t know how to handle it. I didn’t know the best course of action to take to ensure my heart as well as his was covered. PACE helped secure all those emotions and guided me on a successful transition for my beloved, Onyx. From the moment they called to help me better understand my options to the pick and delivery of my doggy — the care was above and beyond! All the right questions were asked and the responses were so comforting. When the physical part of taking my dog to get cremated happen, the transport personnel, Angelo, was extremely kind and made sure my family and I felt good about the tough experience!
