**Update: Also, apparently this business prioritizes their image more than their customers, providing false, argumentative information in response to negative reviews. To be clear, I was told on multiple occasions that they were overbooked on the day I originally booked and that they *could not* see my dog that day. Honestly All Paw Spa, if you cared about customer service as you claim you do, you wouldn't attack reviewers and say false facts. I have been loyally bringing my foster dogs for over a year and now my personal dog to All Paw Spa and have always been really pleased with their grooming and how the baths turn out, so that is certainly a plus of this business. They do a great job with the dogs. However, there is unfortunately a dip in customer service as of late. On multiple occasions I have been called the morning of my appointment asking me to come in early, and sounding very inconvenienced if I'm unable to make it early even though I do try--I live in Detroit so it's not exactly easy for me to just rush up to the spa. Then recently, I had booked an appointment online well in advance since they are very clear that they book up ahead of time. And a week prior, they called me saying they were overbooked and had to move my appointment. I said that's fine, I can do this week instead. But then they wanted me to come in at 8:30am on a Saturday. So not only accommodate their overbooking situation, but do it at an inconvenience to me--but they acted like it was a favor to me. I originally booked at a time and date that was convenient for me, and then was asked and expected to accommodate their mistake. I understand short-staffing due to the pandemic, and the difficulty businesses have faced, but this was not handled well. I then expressed my concerns later as it had been bothering me, and was given attitude for being concerned with my customer service experience. Ultimately, I was told I could find a new groomer and that's what I opted for. I'm really sad because I love this place but I do not appreciate being treated like an inconvenience. There are many other good groomers in the area--I suggest you find a different one.

Brought my 6 month old doodle in today for a haircut & she looked stunning when I picked her up! Emily did a great job and cannot be happier about it. Will be coming back to this establishment.

My all time favorite place to take my Goldendoodle! I went to many groomers prior and my dog was never happy with his experience and always gave me a hard time getting out of the car until I started taking him here. They’re so professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and great at what they do. My dog Ralphy always comes out so excited and looking adorable. Each staff member is always so happy to be there and truly love animals. Highly recommend this place to ever pet owner!

What an absolute dog **** establishment, no pun intended. They shaved my Leonberger instead of dealing with small sections of matted fur like a professional grooming service. It looks like it was done by Ray Charles on top of that, its uneven up to an inch or more in some places. Forrest Gump could have done better with a set of rusty shears. It's impossible to call them, and they will not call the owners if they questions.

Our 13 week old Rottweiler looks amazing! His fur feels amazing, he smells amazing!!! He looks happy. They were professional, kind and very organized!! That’s our new spot for our pup!!

I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian Antonio and Chihuahua Taco here since she opened 2 years ago. Never had any issues and the pups always come home beautiful and happy. I would absolutely recommend this Spa to anyone who spoils their babies.

My girlfriend just had a wonderful experience with this business. Our curious cat Binx got covered in glue from fly trap last night. After taking several suggestions from professionals, the only thing that would effectively remove the glue from his fur was peanut butter. Unfortunately, the peanut butter made Binx extremely oily from head to toe despite our own attempts at bathing him at home. She called All Paw Spa this morning and they took the time to fit him in their schedule without having an appointment. They were so friendly, and were able to remove all of the oil. Our sweet baby looks good as new now! Thank you SO much to all of the wonderful employees who were patient enough to get him nice and clean. He is clearly feeling much better. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

We have been coming to All Paw Spa since their grand opening. Our dog Luna loves it there. Very professional and courteous. Friendly staff. I highly recommend!

Just took my very nervous dog in today. They were wonderful with her. Because of her anxiety, they made sure the get her in and out quickly and did a great job on her. She looks beautiful! It was nice to be able to drop her off and trust that she was being treated well.

I took my puppy there for his first grooming. They gave him a bath, clipped his claws, gave him a paw pad treatment...the works...in about 90 minutes. He was adorable and happy when he was done. The staff was very nice and professional. He loved his bandanna and treats when he was done. I'll be taking him back very soon.

These place is great. Our dog recieved royal treatment in a timely manner. Very pleased with his cut. We will be returning in a couple of months. He loved the treats.

He came in needing to be done up , full on deshedding treatment, came home looking lighter than what he looked like when he walked in . His temperament was still the same when picking him up ... A HAPPY DOG !

I have been taking my goldendoodle to All Paws Spa for about a year now. Today I picked him up and was very upset with how he looked - they had shaved him. When I called the owner upset she was very defensive and told me they called and talked to someone about his matting and that he would need to be shaved. I never got a call or spoke to anyone about it and told her that multiple times. I am the only phone number they have for him. The owner was very defensive and simply told me “it will grow back” and to use a different brush. No sympathy or apology for lying about calling me. Simply put I will not be going here again, very upset with the customer service.
